Can you tell me why you flagged as scammer ? i never want your knife first like i told first time i am everytime okay with opskns, bitskins and escrow am i asked you for giving your stuff to me without getting any money this is wrong mate

I just explained it in the last post; You are still lying, because you told me OPSkins wasn't ok with you and you said that Lutpin was not a trusted escrow. I marked you as a scammer, because you are acting like one; You are playing sleight of hand, lying, changing terms, saying official escrows are not trusted, lying about prices, etc. I have done many deals around the forum, I have had many deals fall through because of tough negotiation; This is one of the only times I have ever had a problem, do you think that is coincidence?

Until you show me that you will act in good-faith then in my opinion you're attempting to scam. Even now, instead of moving forward and negotiating like a real person; you are crying about your rating that does not matter. If this was really something you were trying to operate professionally you would have read my last post and tried to make me an offer. Obviously if we have a good deal I know you haven't scammed me; I will not change my rating to positive, but I will remove it or change it to neutral once you have proven to me that you aren't a scammer.

Right now though, you are just crying about a rating instead of  trying to move forward and this is still a bad sign. You are lying about OPSkins and Escrow, the only reason I contacted an escrow was because you (at the last second) changed your mind about OPSkins saying "It take too long", even though it is instant.

Are you going to make an offer, attempt to negotiate (AND STICK TO YOUR WORD) or just keep acting like a scammer?

Also, stop quoting the entire post; just what you are responding to, it looks very ugly.
2542  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTB] Steam Wallet Codes , PUGB-CS:GO ingame items , skins , keys on: January 29, 2018, 01:52:27 AM
He told me his knife worth about 600$worth and i accepted 400$ but when i asked my trader friends they says that is not a good price for selling it thats why i dont buy i am everytime okay with escrow , but i cannot waste my money i am sorry for wasting your time Sad

The knife is worth about $600, yes; then you offered me $400 (The price of a below-average Butterfly Knife) and I accepted reluctantly because I just wanted to get the deal over with and have the cash in-hand without going through the verification process on OPSkins or some other similar site. You were perfectly fine with this price for multiple days, I asked you on 4-different days that this price was still ok, so that I did not have to waste escrow's time. You waited until the escrow is standing-by and ready to make the deal go through to start changing your terms and everything else.

I don't care if you waste my time, I care that it seems like you are trying to scam me or at least run away when you think it is too difficult or public to do so.

I'll make you another offer and see if this is more to your liking. I have a StatTrak Desert Eagle Crimson Web Factory New. Worth at least $300, but you could get $450 for it.

http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/730/StatTrak%E2%84%A2%20Desert%20Eagle%20%7C%20Crimson%20Web%20(Factory%20New)

https://opskins.com/?app=730_2&exterior=fn&loc=shop_search&search_item=crimson+web+desert&sort=lh&stat=1

These are the links to Steam Market and OPSkins for this exact item, you can see that I am not lying about price.

I also have a StatTrak M4A1-S Hyper Beast Factory New, which is at least $140 and you could easily get about $200 for it.

http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/730/StatTrak%E2%84%A2%20M4A1-S%20%7C%20Hyper%20Beast%20(Factory%20New)

https://opskins.com/?app=730_2&exterior=fn&loc=shop_search&search_item=M4A1-S+%7C+Hyper+Beast&sort=lh&stat=1

These two items combined would catch a minimum of $440 if they were instantly sold to the lowest bidder; it you actually tried to sell them for a decent price you could fetch somewhere near $650. What are you willing to offer me for these two items combined? These items aren't rare patterns or anything else subjective, they are firm, objective market prices and there should be no reason for all the nonsense of last-time.

I will pay escrow fees, I have already found a willing official and trusted escrow. I'm willing to work with you, and I'm willing to adjust my statement, but I just haven't seen cooperation on your part whatsoever.
2543  Other / Off-topic / Re: sMerit Post-Review on: January 29, 2018, 01:24:08 AM

Every single one of these posts is in a mega-thread, I'm not going to even explain in-depth what is disappointing about these.

I have Merited both of the threads above, because they're helpful and intriguing. I have my own reservations about Warren Buffet, and I tend to think that his quotes, wisdom and advice is more self-actualization than it is altruistic. Although if viewed through the proper lens the man has a lot to offer. The blockchain without cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency without blockchain post is a conversation I've had to have many times in the recent year or so because of so many companies try to hop on the train just to throw out a buzzword or two.

I don't know enough about the alt-coins and ICO scene to really give you a fair analysis of these posts, so I'm sorry I won't be able to throw some merit at these. It would seem more likely that the person you're informing/helping would be able to hook you up.

None of these are that helpful, it mostly seems like you're in one thread having a disagreement with another member. Not exactly something that I would find helpful, or think that very many others would find helpful. If you would like to get merit from people within that thread that may be appropriate, but unfortunately not from me.

I will be watching this thread, and if I find the information to be integral, helpful and consistent then I will definitely pump some merit at it.

I wanted to give the MEW scam accusation a merit, but I unfortunately am not sure how many people were helped by this post. It would seem that MEW probably got the message out to anyone that was interested, but I suppose if someone merits you for that thread then I would be proven wrong, eh?

The other was a simple question, that has been asked many many times and discussed heavily.

Strict verification is something that will freak everyone out around here, so even suggesting that sort of thing is taboo, AFAIK. It's again, a conversation that has been had many times, and the community seems to have settled that particular issue in the context you've brought it up in.

I've given you Merit for this post, because my goodness is it long, informative, helpful and it gives a point-of-view we don't regularly get around here. It was a very interesting read, and for that you've earned it.
2544  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Looking to buy old empty Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin addresses! on: January 29, 2018, 12:43:20 AM
Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Just as a quick example, I had a BTC address with 1.2 BTC in it on August 1st, does this mean that there is 1.2 BCH claimable from this address? If this does happen to be the case, how much would you expect (estimate) to pay me for something like that? I have many addresses, but this does seem to be the case for one of them that I am looking at.

I believe it also had about 10k satoshi in it at the time of the October 2017 fork, would this add any value to the address or is the dust negligible? I hate to ask so many questions, but I indeed feel like I may be sitting on a stash collectively and don't want to over-excite myself if I'm not.
2545  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Looking to buy old empty Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin addresses! on: January 29, 2018, 12:26:17 AM
I was planning on finding/recovering all of my old addresses from 2014-2017, going through my old desktop and laptop, etc. Then seeing which ones "qualify", and after I figure out how many/which addresses qualify I was going to get all of the private keys organized and submit them all at once. Would it be necessary to import then all to one wallet file, or would it be sufficient to submit all of the addresses that qualify pretty much simultaneously with the same payment address and you will lump them together manually?

It might take me a few days because my old desktop and laptop is in the next town over (talk about cold storage). It is a good sign to me that even 1/4 of the addresses I have access to immediately qualifies, I have a few more wallets to go through on my computer here. I will make sure to empty them and then I guess we'll get you those private keys after I'm all organized and sure which addresses will be "compromised".

August 1, 2017 - I think the one address I checked qualifies from this date, and I'm sure my other old ones will qualify for the May 12, 2014. This is an exciting idea, saves me a lot of hassle. Sat here worrying about how to get my fork coins for awhile.

Fingers crossed that I have the big bucks sitting there.
2546  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Looking to buy old empty Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin addresses! on: January 28, 2018, 11:34:58 PM
No problem, I am happy to hear that it is back up and running; I just checked 4 of my old addresses and already 1 of them is giving me a positive message -
"We can dig this address! Fill in your private key and payment info, and we'll send your coins to you."

I am wondering if there is anyway to receive any indication of how much coin I will be receiving before disclosing my private key? I'd like to know if it's "worth" it, even though it is empty if I am compromising one of my addresses for next to nothing then I won't bother.

I have dozens more addresses to check, but I want to make sure the one address works. I am excited to dig through my old wallets, I could use the money and it seems like I already am sitting on some.
2547  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Looking to buy old empty Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin addresses! on: January 28, 2018, 09:00:11 PM
I'm trying to check some of my old addresses that I just recently found; I still have an old desktop that I need to check as well, since it should be from exactly 2010-2015 and I certainly used bitcoin on it. Your site had just been giving me a 504-error all morning though. I am wondering if you have any idea when this may be back up so I can check if the addresses I've already found are worth anything?

I see this other guy is really upset about something, is there a link or anywhere that more information on their case can be read? It sounds like we can check our addresses without giving you our private key, and it sounds like you pay everything, every time you agree to.. I don't understand what the hangup could be unless this user is just having an unreasonable panic attack.
2548  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 🔥🔥🔥★COMPILATION OF SERVICES★🔥🔥🔥 on: January 28, 2018, 08:08:41 PM
I'm wondering if my service is something that would belong on the list. I have heard that there are multiple other members doing a very similar service (now that I've started the trend, of course), but I have been unable to search out these other services. Anyways, mine is here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2819141.0 , I've already merited this thread because you already participated in my thread and I believed this to be worth a merit! So, you obviously know about my service and I am just wondering if it would fit on this list or if there is a reason it has not been included?
2549  Other / Off-topic / Re: sMerit Post-Review on: January 28, 2018, 07:30:46 PM

I have given you merit for this post, because it is insightful and most people overlook strategies and realities such as you've laid out in your thread. I've also bookmarked the thread, because when I get an extra minute or two I plan to hop into the conversation myself; I used to do some day trading and it was no different from how you've laid it out.

I'm not going to be giving you merit for either of these posts, because they are just asking a question; in a very hard to understand manner, at that. This would mostly only be helpful to yourself, especially when there is no follow-up guide or explanation for people having similar problems or anything like that. If you would have written an informational post about what you found the answer out to be that might help other's in the future, that post would deserve merit.

I have merited this post, because it definitely served the community as a good relay of information; I'm not sure about if there were similar threads at the time, but it definitely helped people understand what was going on in a high-quality informative, concise manner. I appreciate this kind of post.

I'm sorry, I won't be giving you merit for these posts, a lot of them are hard to read, repeat information that others have already presented in the same thread and are apart of a mega-thread. It looks like you're putting in a decent effort, but I just believe you're putting it in the wrong place. Try to be the first person to say whatever information you're going to say, don't be the 15th person; and read the entire thread to know if you are repeating anybody, if you cannot read the whole thread then you probably shouldn't be posting there.

Thread Reviewed & Cleaned up to this point I appreciate some of you just posting in here to say "Nice service, keep it up.", but if I let those posts stay this thread would get messy, very quickly. I've deleted the rejected posts and the posts that I don't believe to be a contribution to what we're trying to accomplish in this thread.  Thanks everyone who has participated so far.
2550  Economy / Goods / Re: I will buy anything you own in exchange for Crypto on: January 28, 2018, 06:43:21 PM
What about shipping fees? Also, can you buy digital stuff or only physical items?
We do not buy digital goods

I do wish so dearly that people would read the thread before posting a question that has been answered a dozen times or more. Anyways, there is your answer straight from the horse's mouth.

There are probably 400 sites online that buy things like this and zero of them use escrow.

Well, then it is a good thing that OP is offering something a little more customer friendly. I don't really understand the purpose of you even explaining that, but I'm sure OP appreciates the input. If they want to offer escrow and make their customers feel better about the deal, then I don't see the problem with that.

We have made deals with people on the forum. I am hoping that some of them will come forward and vouch for our service. If you have something for sale why don't you visit our form and get a free quote http://junktion.io

I haven't really seen many of the vouches and it's a shame that they wouldn't come back and review. I think I saw one, but I would love to be one myself; I'm going to just respond to your PM here since going through the form on your site doesn't seem to be going very well. I never got any of the e-mails, but we'll discuss more in PM. I would gladly get back in here, use your service over and over and write a review about my experience.
2551  Economy / Digital goods / Re: I have 26 merits!!!! Buy it if you want!!!!! on: January 28, 2018, 12:59:38 PM
I see you've been ripped to shreds by DT for posting this thread and trying to sell your merit. It might do you some good to take a peek at how other users are properly distributing their merit. This forum and it's new features (restrictions) are not always an opportunity for you to capitalize and make money off of it. Sometimes it is as simple as there is too much spam, merit will help combat that; you are literally trying to defeat the purpose of their entire merit system and turn it into a pay-to-win structure that awards nothing except money. While this would act as a deterrent of it's own, it is foolhardy and would result in a disgusting forum.

Lock this thread, recant your statements, adjust yourself accordingly. Message the DT members that have tagged you and ask if there is anything you can do moving forward to get their ratings removed. You just stepped on a lot of toes and show you care very little about the health of the forum or the guidelines we operate under.

You can come back from this, what happens next is only on you.
2552  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTB] Steam Wallet Codes , PUGB-CS:GO ingame items , skins , keys on: January 28, 2018, 12:35:07 PM
Bro i dont really want to waste time with you , escrow is okay everytime for me

Scammer, do not deal with this user.

They will tell you that escrow is ok, but they are lying; User explained to me that Lutpin is not a trustworthy Escrow and that they would attempt to contact their own escrow. Tried to change the terms we had already agreed on for days; the second I got an official escrow to agree to handle the trade safely, the price was suddenly unreasonable (even though it was what they offered me), I merely accepted their offer. Then they claim it's not worth it after they realize you won't do a deal with their sketchy escrow, accept their unsafe escrow terms, or accept a price they know will make you run away from the deal once it becomes too hard to scam.

I agree with xBox, OPs trusts are sketchy, his actions scream "Scammer!", they do not hold their word, they lie and manipulate in an attempt to steal your items/codes. Do not deal with this user, I have forwarded this information to a few DT members and I'll be making a thread in Reputation to see if this kind of behavior can be exhumed.
2553  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ Crypto-Games.net ★ 10 coins ★ Since 2014 ★ 7 games ★ Jackpot ★ Highest Faucet on: January 28, 2018, 04:56:13 AM
They changed the lottery system from +1% EV to 0% EV. I doubt he or anyone else will bother buying the maximum number of tickets again, since it is no longer profitable to do so.

That doesn't necessarily make it "not profitable" to do so, unless they are the only person participating; or am I thinking about it incorrectly?
If even 1-ticket is purchased by someone else, then you purchase the maximum amount of tickets, are you not almost guaranteed to profit that 1-ticket price from that someone else?

The 1% obviously pats the profit so it doesn't matter if anybody else even participates, but this seems to just encourage more participation.

If 2-people buy the maximum amount of tickets (or just the same amount of tickets), and they are the only people that bought tickets (for sake of argument) then one of them is going to profit 2x what they put into it.
2554  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ Crypto-Games.net ★ 10 coins ★ Since 2014 ★ 7 games ★ Jackpot ★ Highest Faucet on: January 28, 2018, 04:45:46 AM
Let me make a suggestion, because right now the forum is having some trouble with images loading in threads as far as I can tell (unless it is just me and the couple of people I have talked to. When you are displaying the Top 5 Wagering Contestants it does not display, so if we are interested in viewing it we have to quote your post and manually visit the image link ourselves. It might be a bit easier to just write the names directly, but that is just my 2-cents.

It looks like tomorrows draw is extremely light on tickets and in the jackpot, is Dellwin not participating this time around? That almost makes me feel like I could toss a small amount in and have a chance for the first time in a long time. Every now and then I buy a couple tickets, but it really feels like a waste with such a low chance of winning (though, I guess that's sort of the point of a lottery).

I wish I could come singing high-praises today, but I've had a rough couple days in real-life and in my casino-life. I lost a good chunk of Satoshi and had to call it quits before I started betting on my emotions; that's how you end up homeless in a night. I can't fault you guys, though, fair is fair and hopefully I can snatch some profit from you tomorrow.
2555  Other / Off-topic / Re: sMerit Post-Review on: January 27, 2018, 10:52:25 PM

I've given you merit on these two threads, because it seems like you get pretty involved with these kind of things and give a well-thought response while most others are just mindlessly saying the same thing they do in every ICO. I appreciate you calling out the one for being a blatant money-grab.

I'm sure these are high-quality posts, but I unfortunately cannot read this language so I won't be able to figure out if you need merit or not. I don't trust automatic translation programs, so I'm sorry to say no merit on these. If you'd like me to take a look at more of your English posts, feel free to come back with those.

hello i hope i can get sMerit from you about this post that i made
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2811123.msg29047893#msg29047893

The same information is posted multiple times in that thread above yours. I'm not going to merit you being the 5th person to say the same thing to the same person. You could have provided more information, as well.

One of these is in a mega-thread, which is always a bad sign. The one about declaration of donation did not provide enough information for it to be actually helpful or high-quality. That user walked away with no more information because of your post. The post about the merit system simply restates information that others have already beat to death and repeated multiple times. The last post about venezuela coins is interesting, but not too terribly high-quality. It doesn't add a whole lot to the conversation, rather just sort of quotes someone that I'm not sure how the reply fits as a response to them. It just feels pretty forced over all, try to only post in discussions that you have something unique to say that hasn't already been said.

You might have been the first one to bring this up so I threw you a merit; I noticed it is in theymos' OP, but I'm not sure if that was added after you had asked the question. So I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt and throwing you a bone.

I'm not going to be giving you any merit for these posts, two of them are just about mobile legends betting, which is goofy, but not helpful, high-quality or worth a merit as far as I can tell. Your solution to the spam problem has been suggested many times and turned down many times for various reasons; the search bar would've been a solid thing to use in this instance. Helping update the signature campaign thread isn't high-quality in my opinion, there are members that already do it, they do not need help, they do a phenomenal job and I don't plan on giving them any merit for it either.

I post in our local section (Chinese community)
This is the link(it is the Q & A for the new merit system):
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2829839

You do deserve merit for this kind of this, but as I said previously if I can not read it then I cannot properly analyze/review it for merit. I'm sure you will gain a lot of attention from that local board and receive merit accordingly; I will keep your post in this thread and not delete it, because I believe that it deserves merit even if I cannot justifiably give it merit.

Thread Cleaned-Up, Reviewed and Responded to up to this point
Thanks everyone for participating, I will probably go through all of the merited posts and give another +1 to them tonight. Keep the juices flowing.
2556  Other / Off-topic / Re: sMerit Post-Review on: January 27, 2018, 07:16:48 PM

No, this post can not. Very low-quality, no information being presented that hasn't been said a hundred times.

I have given you merit for this thread; it seems like it's a needed conversation to be had and I haven't had the time to look around the forum, but it seems like most people are not talking about this too much. Thanks for trying to talk about the faults of the system and how we maybe can move forward.

Most of these are in mega-threads about nothing that needs to be talked about. Nothing is helpful in the right way, at least in my opinion. The posts seem decent in quality, but just not something I believe deserves merit.

Rejected for being straight spam, contributing nothing; having hard to understand english, posting in mega-threads and being generally unhelpful. In the one thread you are being asked about a particular website and trail off about another site entirely without any reason for it.

Good day, I just want you to ask if the thread I've made is worth to be merited. It's most likely for newbies
Here's the link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2268213.msg22982782#msg22982782

I'm not going to merit this thread, because it is going to inevitably feed into our low-quality posting problem, which is why we are in this predicament to begin with. Newbies do not need to even be aware of signature campaigns; they cannot join them and most companies would not want someone that volatile and uninformed to represent them. In my opinion it is not worth meriting.

I found both of these posts to be very helpful, on-topic, well-thought out and concise. They convey the proper information without extra fluff and they make sure to actually help get OP the information/discussion they're looking for. I've merited both of these posts.

These posts may be helpful in certain instances, but definitely not high-quality, in my opinion. At best these are conversations, but not universally helpful, informative or useful. They may be helpful to the OP though, and they may be a better candidate to receive Merit in this instance. None of these get merit from me, though.
2557  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: January 26, 2018, 11:46:15 PM
It is a problem indeed.
In the same way (1) you found those three useless posts from that guy which rightly didn't receive any merits, (2) you can find, if you're willing, three or more excellent posts made by some other guy which didn't receive any merits either even if he deserved.
Find them, point me to them, I'll merit them (or you can merit them yourself, you know?).
There already are several threads by people that are looking to be pointed towards good posts so they can give merit as rewards.

Lutpin is talking about people like me, go to my thread and submit them; there are multiple people watching my thread and meriting posts within it. Good posts will not go unnoticed with very minimal effort.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2819141.0

There you can submit your posts, another's posts if you feel they are undervalued and we will merit them accordingly; I will even go back through and provide extra merit to posts I feel I have enough merit to give them their due.
2558  Economy / Economics / Re: Pricing and arbitrage: what are the requirements? on: January 26, 2018, 11:42:54 PM
arbitrage to affect the price of a particular market.
it seems arbitrage is clearly possible.

But what happens if the market structure is different between exchanges?

Is arbitrage still possible?

There is not enough information provided in your question to provide you with a definitive answer.
Arbitrage may be possible one second and not possible the next given the same exchanges, or as you said inter-exchange. It is a dynamic market and therefore the answer remains dynamic; you have to find your niche or your "reliable" method if you want to arbitrage. Anything that would be publicly known would not be worth doing or would become non-profitable extremely quickly.

The market structure does not matter; the strike/price/numbers that you input and output are going to be what matters. Write out everything you plan to do, the prices, the fees, etc. and see if you come out positive, or if you're daring and confident you can just go for it and make the trades/purchases and see if you end up with more money. Either way, you will have your answer, but without more information, criteria and parameters there is no way to respond to your question, except with more questions.
2559  Other / Off-topic / Re: sMerit Post-Review on: January 26, 2018, 11:17:12 PM
Wouldn't this thread be better served if people were to report other peoples posts that deserve meriting?

I doubt it, "better served" meaning what exactly? In my estimation if I made it a rule to only send other people's posts I would get either alts spamming my thread, or very few high-ranking altruistic members submitting extremely helpful (but probably already heavily merited) posts by legendary/staff members.

This gives people a chance to step-up and say "I'm undervalued" (merit-wise), and a public examination can take place. If people disagree with my merit or lack-thereof they can counter it however they see fit. If they agree and would like emphasize my merits that is warranted as well.

I'm offering my opinion, an honest look at these people's posts that very often are newbies or low ranking members. The critique and incentive is best placed on the individuals who would benefit or require adjustment, I think.

That being said, Feel free to submit another user's post; I have nothing against it, and with you having the ability to more objectively rate another's post as opposed to your own I would say that there's going to be a better chance we agree that it deserves a merit.

Our items are nearly all made on demand. Production process takes 1-7 days and after that we ship it.

Hey @bill gator thanks so much for the kind words and the tips. Much appreciated.

If I could make a suggestion, try to narrow that production window as much as possible. If that means keeping materials on hand, or having a batch of them half-made for preparation as you wait for new orders you need to do whatever you can to make ordering from you as convenient as possible for your customers.

While "Made-to-Order" is a great thing to hear at a diner or restaurant, it's much less the case when it comes to clothing. People don't like to wait, so when you say 1-7 days, people hear 7+ days, especially because that is simply production, not even shipping. Regularly people are too impatient to even wait for regular shipping, I can't imagine waiting an extra week for production is something that might turn a lot of people away.

Honestly, with that long of a window and your low account status (Member), some people might honestly think you'll run off with a few orders that you get within that window. What, among other things, I'm saying, is a few giveaways, vouches, maybe an escrow-scarf would go a long way.
