Amphibian told that it's fixed now. The site appears to be up, but the servers are apparently down. I keep getting "Failed to get donor block". Tried from two different machines/ips, with the same problem. How easy is it to set-up one of these servers yourself? Is it just a matter of passing some command line to the daemon to accept external connections? I'll talk to amphibian as soon as he comes online. About the node establishing, as far as I know it's not that difficult, you just have to comment a few lines in code and start deamon differently (can't remember how lol). If you want I can ask that too. |

I'll ask Amphibian to update a first post with all the translations. About the updates: Amphibian is working on one right now, probably will be ready for release next week. |

Update: we are in big need of open-source pool. And not even a merged mining one - simple open-source FCN-only pool will suffice.

Hi fellas wanted to ask you a favor. Could you write to the pool's marketer 33zer0w0lf and developer zone117x and rise up a question about the FCN (FCN only or merged mining) pool. Maybe if we all could do this they will actually notice FCN and a community behind it. I've been writing them for a while now and received only 1 answer that it will be launched as soon as it's ready. I understand that developers are busy people but it looks like all other coins got their pools. And there is not too much difference between FCN and other CN coins. (merged mining does not count - I'm not asking for it currently - it's not a trivial task) On the side note: going to launch new marketing campaign any time soon and will try to bring more people to FCN. Details will be published later - as always, any help is welcome. |

Wrote to zerowolf and zone117x about the pool once again. This time I asked about the only_FCN pool. With current difficulty solomining is more than troublesome, so pool would come in handy.
MM implementation is not an ordinary task to do. Maybe we would at least got ourselfes a simple FCN pool.

Payment ID support was implemented very long time ago and everyone are using it. Thank you very much. (My old wallet is May 5th version) Why did I download old version wallet??? Mysterious...  No problem. Where did you find this version? Maybe I forgot to update it there. I had the same problem and it drove me crazy. If you download from thread it gives May 5th release from Sourceforge, but if you download from FantomCoin site it downloads May 29th. Links in first post of this thread should be updated. Yeah, amphibian updated these links a few days ago. Everything should be working properly now. Bounty for the OP translation: 20 FCN for each post.
