I have some ads on my site that earn me bitcoin. These ads are the same used in lots of faucets, and they are pay by impression, with a plus (I think) for clicks. So it is somewhat mixed.
As a site owner, I think that paid per impression is more fair. You have to allocate some space from your site to show the ad, so that should be paid, even if user do not click. Futhermore, some users will remember the ad and look for the advertiser later, without clicking at the moment.

Good question that makes for a good reflection. My point is that people will not leave altcoins because of the BTC price going up. I have noticed that, sometimes, a BTC price raises does not affect the price in BTC of some altcoins (which means that the alt also raises price). Even with hundreds of altcoins at different prices, people do not get discouraged, so I think they will stay.
And yes, I think mining or staking altcoins will probably get a revival.

As far as I know, you do not pay taxes if you keep it in BTC. But one should pay it if the money gets into your regular bank account.

It is an amount that I do not think its too low for only a 10$ variation. Probably it will get more stable as more and more people enter into trading Bitcoin, but thinking that there are not so many people doing it, it does not seem strange.

1. What is bitcoin is legal or illegal?
Legal. I can't see why it would not be so.
2. What are the shortcomings of bitcoin?
Not really easy to use and obtain. There isn't many places to spend it, and you get not much advantage by spending it instead of fiat.
3. According to you whether bitcoin transaction can be said to be "safe"?
I think they are quite safe, as it depends of a public ledger. But not reversible, so think it twice before sending.

My prediction for that date is something between 550$ and 650$. That would be a great result for an investment and it is not too ambitious.
Advances in Bitcoin do not neccesarily have to mean a more expensive Bitcoin.

First claim done! it works nice indeed, fast and good payment, with claim and address buttons clearly visible. We need more and more faucets like this one.

I have a cheap prepaid simcard that I bought for €3 that I use for giving my number to services if they require you to add one. Best solution.
A great solution indeed. Had not though about that, and will apply it from now on. I do not like when they force you to use 2 factor authentication really. One should be able to disable it under his own responsability.

Well, it is good you talk about this, because I do not understand it very well either, thank you.
Escrow looks difficult for me.

Good reward for 20 minutes and easy to claim (no anti bot links, no popups, fast loading) It is fine for me, good for including in a rotator.

I personally like satoshis and just plain BTC with the decimals. You get accostumed to the zeros at some point.
I feel that are more common and that is why they are easier to read. Got accostumed to mBTC when I used coinbase a lot, but then lost it somehow when I stopped seeing amounts on mBTC.
You get good at reading what you read most.

If you identify yourself (ID card etc.) coinbase is very easy and fast. I just linked my bank account and could transfer money and buy bitcoins very easily.

Should i buy my first whole bitcoin ?
I just want opinions, would you buy a whole bitcoin ?
I think that, as an investment, is a good idea to buy a full Bitcoin and keep it for the future (in case you can afford it that is). It is likely that its price raises, and that it becomes more usable. At the very worst, (Bitcoin bombs and ends being a failure) you will have it as a souvenir. You can try and earn it too. That's the path I chosed. But if I could not earn it by any means, it is likely that I bought some.

Yes, the blocksize things seems to be a neverending issue, although in most people's eyes it does not seem as complicated and the majority advocates the blocksize rise.

Are really things that bad? I think Bitcoin is pretty healthy, and do not feel banks will make something similar anytime soon. It would be great for us that the developers had agreement and more leadership, but do not think it is really that bad. There are lots of money at stake, and, being geniuses, I think they will take care of not going wrong with their own money.

Thanks for posting this. I have already entered the IRC chat and waiting for my coins.
Cryptobullion is a nice POS coin, by the way.

Very very likely he is still reading. And I give about a 40% possibility that he is participating and posting. It is not impossible, but I think it is not likely and does not look like a person who could use is influence and remains silent and anonymous, just to on the other hand try to influence/post in the shadows.

I am wary of using such a high amount of btc just to try, when there is nothing to guarantee that it really pays.
Hope it goes well for the people that tried, though.

Although price is not very stable, it is staying above higher levels everytime. Using a strategy of buying and selling small amounts a bit higher, and then buying a higher amount when the price goes down seems good right now. I got caught with some coins bought at 460, but compensated when the price went down, and surely will recover with benefits

It is really going up again, I did not notice that until I saw this post LOL.
Hope it gets up to the 419 euro mark, to sell with good benefits. I have been buying when it was down to 382 eur. (Sorry I trade in BTC/Eur market not in USD).
