1121  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Don't rush life.. on: March 25, 2023, 08:05:34 PM
Life is too short so I would advise you to do everything you can to enjoy it as much as you can as often as you can. Don’t spend time doing things that are of no value to you & don’t waste time with people who aren’t good for you.

The only guaranteed thing in life is death, we are all going to die so make the most of every day you have on earth alive. Always try to be the best version of yourself possible & live with no regrets.
1122  Other / Off-topic / Re: Been feeding this cat that visits, but I am moving... on: March 25, 2023, 07:39:41 PM
Is the cat owned by somebody else & is it fed by them, if you are aware? If not then if you are able to, maybe you could take the cat with you to your new home. If you have been feeding the cat for years then you have obviously formed a bond with it.

Maybe if it was possible you could take the cat with you to the new home. I’m a sucker that would probably really consider taking the cat with me.
1123  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can divorced couple reunite?? - please share experience on: March 25, 2023, 07:25:24 PM
I don’t have any experience with this but I can provide a neutral, unbiased opinion. I believe that a divorced couple can reunite, it’s definitely possible. A couple may divorce, go back into the dating scene & realise that they’ve made a huge mistake. They may realise that they still love each other & want to reunite.

A divorce isn’t a death sentence, it is not final. They can always get back together & maybe try to start the relationship again.
1124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TerraForm Labs Founder Do Kwon faces $57M lawsuit on: March 24, 2023, 03:25:09 PM
Glad to see this POS has been arrested, he’s been on the run for a long time now. I’m not sure how much if any of the money owed can be reclaimed & paid back to people but at least he’s caught now.

Let’s see him face the law, hopefully a very long prison sentence at the very least.
1125  Other / Serious discussion / Re: WARNING on: March 23, 2023, 10:12:00 PM
That’s crazy, criminals are getting way too sophisticated. I recently had security posts fitted into the tarmac on my driveway to stop thieves stealing my car. They have a way these days of stealing keyless cars by emitting a signal from some kind of box which pairs with the keyless car fob in your house to open your car & start the engine. There is a lot of this going on where I live now so I took action. I also have a pouch to put my fob in which stops anything pairing with it.

1126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What could have happened to all meme coins on: March 23, 2023, 09:46:43 PM
I am wondering what the fate of projects like Volt inu, Baby Doge and other meme coins would have been if Elon Musk never supported Doge coin, would Shiba inu ever made it to top 20? What would have happen to meme coins? Will there ever be any if Elon never existed?

Doge was the original meme coin which was originally started as a joke. I don’t really know why Elon backed it so much, I think he just enjoyed the love he got from the community & he’s a little bit of a troll. Doge will never go mainstream & be a means of payment in the real world.

I don’t think SHIB & the lesser known meme coins would have done as well without Elon pumping & shilling it no. Lots of people who invested in them made a lot of money, they can definitely be thankful to Elon for his part in the success of these coins.
1127  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Wishing everyone a blessed month of Ramadan on: March 23, 2023, 09:40:56 PM
As-salamu alaykum my brothers, please enjoy the month of Ramadam & be strong during your fasting. Allah will give you strength as you reaffirm your faith during the sacred month.

May Allah be with us.
1128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the dangers of mixer/tumblers on: March 22, 2023, 03:31:56 PM
There are lots of risks involved with using mixers/tumblers. Firstly I just hope that you’re using them for privacy & not for crime or some other kind of illicit activity.

There are many risks as I said, some are that you might end up receiving dirty coins that have been used in crime, then when you deposit them to an exchange to sell they get confiscated/seized.

Another risk is like with the well known mixer Chipmixer, it gets seized just as you are mixing coins. You could lose your money. Basically unless you are very serious about privacy I advise you not to use them.
1129  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Xi Jinping in Russia on: March 22, 2023, 01:58:12 PM
I think they are sick of the West trying to control the world, especially the US. I think they are trying to build a coalition to bring to an end, the power the US has with the $ as the world reserve currency. The US banking system is a mess, they are close to a recession & maybe defaulting on debt.

I think Xi & Putin want to stand on the throat of the US & become the leading nations in the world. They already hinted at settling trade in Yuan, taking it into Africa & South America too. Worrying times for the US.
1130  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Why are people and things forgotten so soon? on: March 22, 2023, 11:47:21 AM
Human beings are simple creatures, we are still not too far removed from the ape. Man is really not that different to what it was a very, very long time ago. Our brain has developed but our long term memory really is not that great, we need constant stimulation & reminders to be able to recall some events.

I am obviously not a neurologist but recent events obviously are fresh in the memory. Past events are more difficult to remember as clearly as something which was last week for example.
1131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to keep your money in bank? on: March 22, 2023, 10:43:33 AM
Most people feel they have no choice but to store wealth in fiat bank accounts. Most of us here are very far down the crypto rabbit hole but to pay most bills & to pay for services, unfortunately it’s very easy to use a fiat bank account.

What we’ve seen in the news recently though is the banking system is in real trouble. Contagion from failing banks is spreading like wild fire. I would suggest to put most of your wealth in bitcoin but if you have a lot of fiat, spread it around multiple banks to make sure you stick to the national financial deposit guarantee. Do not put too much money in one bank as if they go bust you will not receive all of your money back. $100,000 max in each bank just incase.
1132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Banks are collapsing. Will Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies rise from here?? on: March 18, 2023, 08:29:12 PM
Well with financial turmoil in some traditional banks, bitcoin & crypto in general seems to be reacting very well.
The Fed look set to continue with money printing so this will no doubt have a positive impact on the bitcoin price.

Bitcoin is doing very well recently, let’s hope it continues. Alts will follow as usual, I just hope this isn’t a massive bear market rally & there’s a huge sell off if a recession is confirmed by the US.
1133  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expectations for March?! on: March 18, 2023, 08:19:32 PM
I’m not sure if any of us expected such a bullish month in March. We have some real trouble in banking worldwide right now yet honey badger doesn’t seem to care one bit. We continue to pump despite unfavourable conditions in world markets.

This is what bitcoin was made for, it was born out of the 2008 world recession crash. Satoshi designed a perfect asset.

Hopefully we continue to pump whilst the rest of the world struggles.
1134  Other / Off-topic / Re: Celebrating life and success on: March 18, 2023, 08:08:18 PM
I am late but Happy Birthday to you JamesBorn. I am sorry about the sad things that happened in your earlier life.
You are a true credit & an inspiration to all those around you. I see your two kids in the photo, I am sure they love you very much & you are a great Father.

Just continue being a great Father to your kids. Your parents would be so proud of you. Keep doing what you do!
1135  Other / Off-topic / Re: What all men's want most in life on: March 18, 2023, 07:56:39 PM
Real men want 3 things, good food, good pussy, good sleep. If you disagree we should create a poll for it.🤣

I can’t disagree with your taste there but there is more to happiness than just those three things. They are a good start at being happy in life though.

I think good health, a comfortable financial/living standard & maybe friends & family around you who love you.
1136  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Power Or Money ? on: March 18, 2023, 05:25:45 PM
Both money & power come with huge benefits. I’d like to have both in abundance but let me throw a wild card in there, I would rather have good health until a very old age than both of them. You can’t enjoy money or power for very long without good health.

Can I ask others what they would pretor if health was a third option?
1137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EU Lawmaker Johan Van Overtveldt Compares Crypto To Drugs, Calls For Ban on: March 18, 2023, 04:53:26 PM
They’re scared aren’t they!

Every time these people open their mouths, all I see is fear. The fiat system is unravelling, you can’t taper a ponzi. Banks are collapsing & all they can do to try & fix it is more QE. Money printer go brrrrr.

Bitcoin is going to eat investor capital over the next two decades. It’s really interesting to be alive to witness tgis happen (obviously even better to profit on it).

1139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about Infinite supply altcoins on: March 18, 2023, 01:48:08 PM
It depends if there is a keen, maybe even obsessive community behind it. The SHIB supply is borderline ridiculous but it still pumped hard & did very well during the last bull run.

Obviously supply cap coins are a lot more attractive & in my opinion will be much more lucrative but there is money to be made in the right big supply coins/tokens. It might feel a bit like roulette picking the winners though.
1140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guys!! I was finally able to buy my home thanks to Bitcoin!!! on: March 18, 2023, 11:44:23 AM
