1541  Other / Off-topic / Whats your favorite 1oz Silver Round? on: February 14, 2013, 10:50:30 PM
Doesn't necessarily have to be one you have. I think I got to give it to the classic American Silver Eagle.

1545  Economy / Goods / [WTS] 1ounce 24k Gold Cover .999 Silver Australian Surfer by Perth Mint: 1.4 BTC on: February 13, 2013, 11:19:57 PM
Hi everyone,
In a recent trade, I got a nice [what I thought to be] silver round. I could tell from the pictures that it was toned (so it was old, I thought). However, I received it today and it turns out its covered in 24k Gold. That would probably make the normal person even happier with it, but not me. Since it just looked like an old silver round I was going to melt it down and make a 1oz .999 ingot out of it. Its a very nice piece but I'd rather have a silver one I can melt down. I am asking 1.4BTC including shipping anywhere in the US for it.

That's right, not even shipping. For the first 5 that reply I will print out a custom BTC bill for you on either 100% Cotton or Plastic Paper, complete with Security scratch-off over Private Key. Design your own bill!
Guidelines:
Must be 6.1'' x 2.6'' with a .55''x.55'' empty box and a .7''x.7'' empty box. Everything else is up to your creative freedom!
The only thing I ask is that when you receive your bill you comment on here about what you think about it!

1559  Economy / Goods / Re: [CLOSED] 5.6 Grams of Silver: 0.13 BTC on: February 11, 2013, 04:58:12 AM
Wow, thank you for all that information, I really appreciate it! Smiley

I would like to make a custom round mold of a bitcoin symbol, etc. Of course I'm not actually loading the coins with any bitcoins as that's been done already; however, it's the principle of having a dragon on a coin vs a baseball or something if that makes sense.
Your best bet is a wax mold or green sand mold (check youtube). Basically you would have to create the BTC symbol out of cardboard or something similar and impress it inside a round cavity of the appropriate size. Or you can order a custom metal stamp, BTC would be pretty easy to have made. Or you could be super ghetto and get a regular metal stamp set, stamp a B and stamp 2 I's inside it lol.
