Please stop spamming other subsections with your panhandling request.
lol ok

You are the biggest fucking scammer I've seen. I'm sure you're an addict yourself, ironically. I feel bad about that, but do you not see how transparent your motives are on here?
1663  Other / Off-topic / Trade Silver OZ for OZ on: January 20, 2013, 10:23:04 AM
Hey,
I have a bunch of silver bullion, all in 1 oz rounds and bars. I'm in it for the long haul so I'd like to consolidate everything to a bigger bar (5 or 10 oz). I want a hand-poured bar though, thats a must. But if anyone is interested please PM me and I can tell you what I have.
Thanks!

Hmm.

how much are you selling?
Maybe a pricelist and a list of domains

Good call. OP edited.

Looks like a legit charity, but I agree that he's probably using it to front his scam. This topic probably belongs in scam accusations though.
Yeah, I looked up the charity and it looks legit. But the OP I don]t believe is affiliated in any way with it. And you're right, it probably does. I just replied on here because OP did.
1667  Economy / Goods / Re: Response to locked thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137140.0;topi on: January 20, 2013, 12:02:05 AM
Wow. siesatsu is a fucking scumbag. Just think by stealing bitcoins that would have gone to a legitimate charity, you are killing innocent children. Murderer.
Wow, well I guess you're right, he is-indirectly. Unfortunately whenever someone mentions donating to a charity people's red flags go up. Sad that its that way but it is. Some people have no conscience.
1668  Economy / Lending / Re: 1 BTC Loans Offered [PLEASE CLOSE] on: January 19, 2013, 11:57:25 PM
Also, Mods: Please close.
1669  Economy / Lending / Re: 1 BTC Loans Offered on: January 19, 2013, 11:56:10 PM
Is this not standard procedure? Its what I did when I got a loan. Tell me one reason why you shouldn't take precautions like that.

I ask for ID with address, photo, etc, but not for a 1 BTC loan. Have enough OTC rep, have a few successful trades, etc and I'll send you coins for small amounts.

This is exactly what I agree with.
I would (and have) sent out ID for bigger loans, but for under $20? come on!
What if a brand new user asked you for a 1 BTC loan?
1670  Economy / Goods / Re: Diversion Safe: Large Can of Pedigree Dog Food on: January 19, 2013, 11:54:52 PM
if I bury this in my backyard, will it hold up to water/etc wear?
It will hold up to natural wear like any sealed can of food would. When you twist the bottom on the seal is watertight. I am not sure how the average can of food holds up to natural wear, but that is what you would be dealing with with this.

Response to locked thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137140.0
You asked how it could be a scam...here's your answer.
First of all, its interesting you locked the thread.
Second of all, the BTC address you have listed on your site for donations to the charity is
1B4pDiGiHkTAZvGsjWintcY3by6AvVSVLu
But, the address the charity's official site has for donations is:
1NoA98grVfXfVqysU4ijM9jhMBD8vmrUC8
Also, you stated you donated 30 BTC to the charity. As noted by someone, only 29.xx BTC had been donated to the charity to date. I believe a number of people made smaller donations totaling that amount-because who is going to donate 29.xx BTC-thats a strange amount. I asked for proof you sent the coins yourself. I was looking for a screenshot or something-nothing from you.

I am only making a "thing" out of this because it is truly terrible to run a scam like this. Any scam is wrong-you're taking people's hard earned bitcoins for yourself. But in this case, you'd be taking bitcoins from a legitimate charity, and thus people who REALLY need them.

I hope I am wrong. Please post a screenshot of you donating to the charity's address, and I will not call you a scammer.
1672  Economy / Goods / Re: Hand-Poured 2 Troy Ounce Silver Ingot on: January 19, 2013, 11:32:45 PM
Thanks for the response.
Of course. Assaying every ingot I make would be unrealistic (a true assay costs about $60). But if anyone buys one of my ingots and wants to assay it, I welcome that. I'd even be willing to contribute a little.
1673  Economy / Economics / Re: You Know Whats f**king Sad? on: January 19, 2013, 10:35:46 AM
I'd also like to add that BTC are very similar to the NORFED Liberty Dollar. Look it up. It involves-when something costs $1-buying it with $1 worth of silver. And, this is the way our country used to be.
Bottomline: It is simply a mathematical equation; there will be a day that w/fiat currency and constant inflation, money will be worth only what its printed on.
1674  Economy / Economics / Re: You Know Whats f**king Sad? on: January 19, 2013, 10:26:18 AM
To all the people speaking of "GreenJew"-sorry about that, not tasteful.
And I can't believe almost everyone missed that this was a discussion of fiat currency vs. solid currency (gold, silver, etc), and the BTC's role in that. BTW, I'm pleasured to share a thread with geniuses.
1675  Economy / Lending / Re: 1 BTC Loans Offered on: January 19, 2013, 10:13:57 AM
What do you not understand?
Never heard of ID fraud?

I'm the one who commits ID fraud? I do not believe this to be invasive. Its my money and I'm going to do whatever I need to keep it.
1676  Economy / Goods / I promise if you use this right you will have it forever on: January 19, 2013, 09:48:14 AM
I have a [probably silver-plated-acid test mostly positive] heart-shaped, velvet lined jewelry chest. It is very vintage. Its heavy-weight, well lined, and beautifully designed-they don't make em like they used to!
Anyways, I have one of these for myself (got the only 2 the pawn shop had) and I plan on using it to put an engagement ring in one day. Thats how I envision others using it. However, you can use it to gift, put special things in, etc.
It topped out my scale, but I believe it to be about a pound (told you it was heavy). I am asking 1.2BTC shipped (because shipping isn't cheap). Its well worth the price.
Thanks!

BIG BUMP
1678  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoins to Charity on: January 19, 2013, 09:04:20 AM
This seems like a scam. If your intentions are purely good-I'm sorry no one has replied.  The thing is people work hard for BTC and wont donate them to some unknown charity. Do you know if 100% of funds go to the charity? Because by law, to be called a "charity" you only need to use the funds for some majority of "charitable causes".
People may donate if you give more info on the charity and if you talk about why it matters so much to you. Also, they would probably like a receipt of some kind. The best thing you could do: prove you made the donation you say you did.
Just FYI. I hope your motives are good and things work out.
1679  Economy / Goods / Re: Baseball Cards [A LOT] on: January 19, 2013, 06:38:54 AM
Thats the issue. I'll have to figure it out.

I'd probably be interested, but shipping would probably be more than the trouble to ship the 1990 box, the 1991 set might be worth it though.
I imagine UPS ground would be the cheapest...
1680  Economy / Goods / Re: MOST POTENT AVAILABLE Pepper Spray [In Bottle and Pen]: 1 BTC shipped on: January 19, 2013, 06:37:07 AM
Can you provide a video demonstration?
You'd like that huh lol. Check YouTube, theres plenty of idiots on there who have already accommodated your request.
