I really don't get why one of the established exchanges isn't being used.  Seems like the shares in the passthroughs work just fine.
1762  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: March 21, 2013, 02:46:49 PM
I would not even sell shares just for the fun of being involved in such an interesting project. No need for a platform. Shares are traded anyways. I'm rather curious when the remaining 6 TH will come online. It would be awesome, if hashing speed doubles exactly when the 200k bitfountain shares set in (or earlier). Looking forward to today's update.

Edit: AM on BTCGuild down 1 TH and bitfountain miner back on ozcoin

I speculate that you'll see another 6TH right after the next diff change.

Friedcat, when is the next upgrade in hashing to be implemented?

Thank you!
1765  Economy / Securities / Re: S.DICE - SatoshiDICE 100% Dividend-Paying Asset on MPEx on: March 20, 2013, 05:30:34 AM
How about, SDICE is low because profit is down this month again?

Bitcoin dividends are a large part of asset value.
1766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Consolidated Litecoin Mining Guide for 5xxx, 6xxx, and 7xxx GPUs on: March 19, 2013, 02:15:29 AM
I'm running two 7950s in a an AsRock 870 Extreme 3 (older version). I have two issue that are probably related.

When I try to mine litecoin, I get an extremely high hashrate, but 0:0 for shares accepted:stale. The GPU is at like 30% usage.

I also have two 2GB sticks of RAM, but the system only recognizes 2GB total.

I am in Windows 7 64bit using Reaper and CGMiner. The only other odd thing that could be affecting things is that I'm using ESATA as a system drive, but I doubt that;s the issue...

Please help, I have more card to add too!

1773  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Satoshi Dice -- Statistical Analysis on: March 15, 2013, 09:19:34 PM
Thoughts on why profits are so low this month?
1774  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO][LTC-GLOBAL] Crypto-trade.com : IPO started! on: March 15, 2013, 03:25:57 PM
It's a design concept where sometimes a designer gets trapped into the desire to put everything in a box and/or border. If you step back and imagine ways to remove most of the visible borders, and as many boxes within boxes as you can, you would then be "curing" borderitis.

Borderitis stems from methodical approach to placing content, and eschews the goal of "less is more". It also comes from old school table-based web design habits.

Ok I got it. As said Burnside isnt involved and the designer who restyled the previous design is designing like this all his designs. Personnaly I like and it seems most feebacks I got show ppl love better this one.

I also think it looks great, but it can always look better!  Cool

The design is very nice, but I do wish it didn't have the same borderitis as BTCT. I assume Burnside is helping with this?
1777  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-E.com exchange Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin <-> USD\BTC (fee 0.2%) on: March 14, 2013, 07:52:09 PM
Guys, if you have issues, even with withdrawing, USE TOR.

I know it's annoying, but at least you can get shit done.
1778  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: March 14, 2013, 07:21:51 PM
Any estimation on the exchange? I would give us a better view to speculate on the price of the shares. Plus I want to sell some shares and I need to be very sure they are not undervalued.

- Just IMO the shares will not lose the value of 0.7BTC fir a very long time.

IMO, everyone should either leave their shares with Friedcat, or move them to BitFunder/BCTC. I just can't see justifying the distraction of the Bitfountain team to create that which already exists.

Cloudfare may be preventing DDOS attacks but they are also preventing people from legitimately using the site. A trading site cannot function if people can't trade.
for me the same; - cannot reach the site Angry

For anyone that can't access the site, install this special Tor Browser. It will hide who you are, and stop BTC-e from blocking you.

1780  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-E.com exchange Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin <-> USD\BTC (fee 0.2%) on: March 14, 2013, 02:25:30 PM
I can only connect to the site if I use Tor, and even then it updates less reliably due to Tor...
