Want-list has been updated with new minimums. PM with requests. I reserve the right to deny any sales or offers if I run out coin to buy with or if market price falls for these stocks.

If I accept an offer within 4 hours of receiving it via pm, it is binding by both parties

Thanks!
1382  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] TAT.ASICMINER New Micro-share Passthrough! on: May 23, 2013, 01:32:23 AM
Tried to sign up today but registration is closed...  Bummer - would love to get in on some of this micro-share action.

Registration is closed?

I am not really in any rush, so is there a guess/estimate for when/if registration will open again?  I have been poking around other sites including BitFunder but wanted check see if I can wait around for registration to open again.  Appreciate any friendly advice Smiley

Thanks!

It is my assumption that BTCTC closed registration to try and work on some fixes for the recent lag issues. You would have to ask burnside what the plans are.

I've said this several times for the last few months in IRC, maybe even in these forums, but I wanna do it one last time for posterity.

HOW TO RUN THE BESTEST BTC SCAM OF 2013

1. A man makes a gambling game that is "provably fair"
2. Owner then uses all income from that game to bet back into the game anonymously, padding revenue.
3. Owner uses this hype to go public with his company, making millions of $ in bitcoins
4. Owner continues to bet income back into the system, inflating the stock value.
5. At the stock value's peak, owner releases 3 million more shares to rabid buyers, banking even further.
6. Owner stops his "whale" activity allowing stock price to plummet.
7. Owner totally neglects the business in as many ways as he can get away with (expired domain, blocking US customers, etc).
8. Owner begins "whaling" by using income, except this time until he wins, keeping the profits.
9. Once the stock price plummets further, he buys as much of it back as he can; he can certainly afford it.
10. Owner sells entire operation to a big name casino, cashing out totally.
11. Owner laughs his days away 'til he meets his maker.

So you'll be starting a btc gambling site soon?

Will you do the math for me?   Wink

There are two other exchanges you can buy on.

Dividends will be .000198 !

I need to move more coins into my account to pay this out to everyone, but it shouldn't be more than 6 or so confs from now!

Why are dividends 42% lower this week than last week (when they were 0.00034411 per share)? How are dividends calculated?

This month TAT needed a new sweet crib. Last month he only needed a new gold plated gun.

( The above is sarcasm. If that was not self-evident you should feel very, very ashamed.)

Dividends will vary weekly. They are calculated by taking all profit from ASICMINER's mining operation, hardware sales, and private contracts, and dividing that total into each share. There are 400,000 whole-shares, which will never change.

Last week AM sold a lot of hardware, this week they were building new hardware and selling some. Next week's dividend might be higher, but it is difficult to predict.

NOTE there appears to be a delay in dividends getting pushed thru Havelock's software. Confirm you have received them before selling!

Dividends for ASICM have also been paid.

After reading the discussion in the main thread, I have to say:

You do a great work and I am happy with your service!

Thank you, sir!

Dividends scheduled paid at .000198 very shortly!

I think the software needs time to catch up or something.

Pew, pew!

Hi all.

More DDoS this morning.  I'm pretty sure they got around the DDoS protection by extracting the server's IP from the emails the site sends.  They were attacking the server's base IP and email is the only real give-away I can think of.  (open to suggestions from you other site operators out there.)

We've had to move the server and all outbound emails have been suspended for the time being.

Talk to topace/lightbox, he figured this out I think.

get a wot would be a good start
Seriously no one here is going to trust a newbie with 9-10 posts, the btc scams abound.
But since you are claiming investment knowledge tell me what you think of Satoshi Dice stocks atm?

Satoshi is not on my buy list. The problem with them is that when bitcoins appreciate in value, the bet turnover drops lower. This is because people are in the mindset of USD when part-taking in gambling activities. This means that Satoshi revenue growth will continue to be stunted and hamstrung by a rising bitcoin value. This is the opposite of a company like say, ASICMINER, which see high revenue growth on the back of higher bitcoin values.

Also, the entertainment value of their gambling systems are lacking.
Thanks, this shows nicely you haven't a clue and prefer impressions over data. Satoshidice dividends don't show any correlation to bitcoin value so far, despite btc went up over 5x since IPO.
And ASICMINER revenue depends much more on difficulty and sustained technological lead than bitcoin value - that correlation may be even negative. Because if bitcoin rises, more people restart mining on older hardware or botnets.

Jurov, this is entirely incorrect. I showed proof a couple months ago. Total BTC "in" is very much affected by BTC/USD.
Edit: here is the proof https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=80312.msg1834765#msg1834765

I agree with MPOE-PR here, no one new has any business running a fund. Start smaller, show more proof.

how much are the dividends now, where i can follow them, when they change?

Here, click on "history".

I've recently added dividend payments both to the graph and as a databar here, on my charting site:

Nice work Parseval, the website is looking better and better!

For everyone else, I'm just going to note that I can tell that pierrejo is the kind of person that is "always right" and cannot be reasoned with. Since he has not posed any new questions, nor ascertainable criticisms of substance, I have no more to say to him. I know if respond point-by-point to him any further, this will just clutter an already stuffed thread unnecessarily.

Managing assets is much more time-consuming than it might appear, ask anyone that has actually run a popular one. Thanks to everyone for your support; I'm here to stay and if you ever have questions or suggestions, my door is always open (within reason, of course!)

I'm new to this, just trying to understand how it works.  How do you find out when dividends are being paid per share?  On your site it shows may 15, but next is NA?  I thought this was weekly, confused.

The dividend is weekly and determined on each Wednesday. I push the dividend the same day it is determined by ASICMINER.
