We confirm that 666 shares are allocated for the account:

1rHfXj4AwH9zymwwJuXnbXLiDbAE9V1uz (tat.investments@gmail.com)

Thank you, Friedcat. I can also confirm to shareholders that this is not only more than enough to cover TAT shares sold so far, but that this number will be even higher on Wednesday.
1547  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC][ASICMINER-100PT] - Public trading of 1% Interest in ASICMINER shares on: May 12, 2013, 11:23:49 PM
I am very interested in this solely because you will be allowing transfer of fractional shares to PT/Real shares which TaT doesn't.Definitely understand a small fee though. The only reason I haven't bought any of his yet. Will be watching this closely.

Glad to hear it. I too think that share transfer is a valuable feature.

I am still waiting for the owners of btc-tc to vote to approve my listing.

I think you still need to address the issue raised - that you were trying to sell shares in the pass-through without owning any shares of ASICMINER.  If that's been resolved then you need to amend your contract to reflect the change.  Last update you gave here was that you were looking for an escrow - if one was found that it could be a good idea to say so (and have them confirm it).

As far as I can tell that's the only stated reason why anyone hasn't voted yes - so maybe if you address it you'll get the votes you need.

Please reread the offer.  The ownership issue has been addressed, some time ago.

It was never my intention to sell shares without already having the necessary backing. It was my intention to find extra shares to back the IPO to avoid selling my personal holdings. At all times i had my personal holding as a fallback. And since I have been unable to secure alternatives, these personal shares are now committed to the IPO should it eventually happen.

Furthermore i have committed to making the address holding the PT shares public - something none of the other PTs I'm aware of have done.

If you can point out where in my offering the language used isn't clear I would be very appreciative.

Sorry for hijacking, but I wanted to be clear that TAT asserts ownership of all shares it sells (and more). At the moment I do so on request, but on Wednesday I will be issuing a full report of all holdings I have on all exchanges, and with Friedcat, and how anyone can verify what I sell.

BFL started shipping ?

BFL shipped roughly 50 units and then nothing, afaik.
1549  Economy / Securities / Re: [WTB] Bulk Shares of SDICE, BBET, ASICMINER, MPOE on: May 12, 2013, 01:34:17 PM
Please make sure you read the full original post before making offers.

Some people are asking me to pay whichever highest Market Price they can dig up, or Ask prices for their shares.

This is bulk buying, and thus the price is meant to favor the buyer at least a little bit  Kiss

Also, remember that the quantities I listed are minimums, not maximums.
1550  Economy / Securities / Re: [WTB] Bulk Shares of SDICE, BBET, ASICMINER, MPOE on: May 12, 2013, 03:14:18 AM
Latest deals have been completed and I have freed up more BTC to buy with.

Minimums have been updated, and I added the TAT.ASICMINER asset to my list. That's right, I'll buy back my own fractional shares on any of the exchanges... for the right price.
1551  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder] TAT.ASICMINER New Micro-share Passthrough on: May 11, 2013, 09:15:41 PM
This might not be doable, but the only thing keeping me from hopping all over these fractional shares is the lack of ability to transfer them back to real shares. I was wanting to use my small daily dividends to invest in these fractional ones until I had enough to turn in to 1-5 real shares. I could definitely understand a small fee to do so though.

tolan77, this is a feature we may consider adding the future, but your example leads to one of the reasons (there are a few other reasons too) that this service is not offered. Such a small transaction, if done by many people, becomes extremely time-consuming for me, and the other people facilitating the transfers. It would likely be most efficient for you to simply sell your shares and buy the ones you actually want.

At this time, I am reinvesting all BTC income to buying more AM shares, so importing of shares isn't really sensible yet.

This is a service I am regularly re-assessing, so stay tuned for news.

I will have several announcements about TAT Investments & TAT.ASICMINER updates this coming week as well, stay tuned.

1553  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: May 11, 2013, 07:48:05 PM
there is a funny spot for AM.  Right now no one is selling Asics except AM.  Avalon has been really slow BFL forget that boat it is too slow.

AM needs to help the balance of power by selling the 'right amount' of asics to single miners.  The network was projected to grow quite a bit faster but with Avalon's slowdown and BFL's crawl it is still under 100Th.

Just think AM has 200 Th the rest of the network has 100 Th  total 300Th.  Bad case scenario. For a long plan.  So AM needs to sell just enough hash power at the right prices. As for the right price being 2 BTC for a usb stick and 50 BTC for a blade I would argue a little lower would be better.

Maybe 1.25 BTC and 35 BTC.  Very hard to judge since I am an outsider I don't know what avalon or bfl will do.

Also pierrejo's point is valid sales will slow and AM can lower price.
judging by how fast the blades sell and what they resell for, I think they are priced fine.

as for the USB miners, I think either the price drops or the minimum drops.  But, they won't be doing that, so we'll just have to watch how it develops.  I think if the USB were priced at 1.25 btc, they would have been sold out by now.

Maybe they are sold out, who knows?
1554  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] TAT.ASICMINER New Micro-share Passthrough! on: May 11, 2013, 07:08:45 PM
Love the PT thanks for making asicminer more accessible! Certainly makes it easier at 1/100 to invest mining proceeds.

My pleasure! I'll have more announcements soon, stay tuned Smiley

so, if we give you credit, can we share that dividend graph?  That thing is beautiful.

The divident graph was, in the first place, just created for myself to automatically calculate/show me the divs from mining.
Because SebastianJu noticed the sheet he posted the link here and then there were questions about it Tongue
It's pretty useless for the one's not following this topic because devidends are also dependent from auctions income,
possible investments in new miners, other unseen costs. see my post here.

But for the rest of the graphs:

I thought you ment sharing it on forums etc.
The more publicity, the more buyers for the Block Erupter Blades, the more profits for shareholders Cool

If you plan to use them on a commercial website adding my donation address
isn't probably to much to ask: 1SmiGSGWXzD5aZhmw3jyfpBFCgiki45MT
*I have to think about that one, depends on the site maybe.

Until now all the days/weeks of work for that docs got me an astonishing BTC0.04
But receive anything for it is AND never was my main goal. I started with it just for fun and because I like stats. Smiley

If I ever receive enough BTC for it I 'll probably donate it back to the Asicminer shareholders by buying that
ooooooooh soo niiiiiice USB Miner  Grin

Please check your pm when you get a chance Wink
1557  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: May 11, 2013, 01:32:43 PM
Weex appears to be catching up with transactions. Both of mine from yesterday have been processed.
1558  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER vs. Cado.AvalonB3 on: May 11, 2013, 01:30:59 PM
My opinions on this:
1. The marginal cost for ASICMINER is much lower.
2. ASICMINER is the developer of the chips. So they can sells as they develop better chips (Hence the latest 50 blades auction)
3. They have a headstart, A relatively long one at that.

I agree on the fact that the shares prices are overpriced at the moment in regard to the current hashrate. But this gap is getting smaller everyday and ASICMINER investors are speculating on what is going to happen after crossing the line of one ASICMINER share being entitled to more hash power than the price could buy.

My personal estimate is also considering speculation price increase after that so a share would be traded at 2BTC+

My humble opinion on the matter.

- Lophie

AM will likely be paying out .011 - .017 per share in divs in at least the short term.

If you buy AM shares at 1.5btc each, that's a rate of 48%-58% APR, roughly. (That does not include compounded interest if you are reinvesting...)

Are you suuuure it's overpriced?
1559  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Block Erupter USB on: May 10, 2013, 09:58:31 PM
What I'd like to see is a PCI-e ASICMINER product that hashes at 5000+. Get that going Friedcat!
