OK, someone is playing with us. The countdown is increased by 2 minutes, even without a post in here ?! I urge to call this auction over at the end time specified in the OP. All bids after that should be invalidated IMHO.
Only one bid missed the cutoff

my fiance and I both now own shares in this and ASICMINER-PT, we bought before the price went past 2 btc Ive explained to her the risks etc and she feels confident enough to take few out of her stockpile and invest/gamble. Hopefully the start of something great for her and I, now mining via proxy with regular email notified payouts (she will love that). use this to get a notification of the dividends (works for true shares only as it monitors a Bitcoin address) http://www.bitcoinmonitor.net/I think you can also configure blockchain.info wallets to email you as well.

100% believer in ASICMINER, but stepping out at BTC2 for a while now. It's gone too fast from BTC1.30-BTC2 and I think we will see at least BTC1.50 again shortly. I am going to be sad if I miss the dividend on the 21st though..
If you want to take profits, more power to you, but consider that even if we only got .015 divs every week, and if the shares were 3BTC each, that would still be a consistent 26% yield (excluding reinvestment potential). No bitcoin stock can claim that kind of potential income. SDICE did it for a couple months here and there, but now has tanked. Like it or not, AM is the only game in town for the time being, and Friedcat has a demonstrated track record. That's why the shares are rallying.

Guys let's not get too excited here. Sometimes companies pay out a one time special dividend that's way above normal. Microsoft did that once. The most recent case is Costco and Wynn Resorts (of Las Vegas fame). There are some companies on Nasdaq or NYSE that pays out 90% of taxable income. These are the investment trust companies. These companies pays out 90% of the income to get tax advantages. Try ticker symbol MPW, HGT. More about HGT: http://seekingalpha.com/article/608191-hugoton-royalty-trust-how-to-buy-60-cents-for-a-dollarFull Disclosure: I am not endorsing any companies mentioned. Using them as example only. Yes, my prediction is that if it's AM policy to pay out earnings after only retaining enough for operations, future hardware orders and R&D for next-generation chips (rather than retain earnings for new ventures), that dividends will be relatively high in the near future from a sales bonanza on blades and sticks, then decline as customer demand for hardware declines (they'll either drop the price on blades or be content to sell fewer of them). AM will not try to smooth out dividends to keep the share price high, and I don't have a problem with it. It will cause more volatility in the share price, though, which makes investing for the short-term riskier. True with risk comes rewards but it will scare people in the short-term That said breaking 0.2 I'm selling at best price on Bitfunder and BTCTC for a limited time. Sorry for the cheesy promo, but I know some of you will appreciate it.

Are these future dividends going to be consistantly bigger than what we've seen? Is this price raise due to a fast rising hash rate or just from massive auctioning of the blades?
The recent dividend was .015 from mining + .021 from selling blades. It is not possible to predict what the next dividend will be, but it will probably be greater than .015. Historically, ASICMINER doesn't sell hardware every week, but we don't know for sure what the plans/volume will be for hardware sales going forward.

How do you execute a call option? I cannot find Options documentation on the site.
It's on the secutity page, options tab, at the top where your held options are listed. I agree that I need to setup an FAQ and re-work some of the layout. Cheers. Thanks burn. Is it where it says "List on Market" ? Is the execute only going to show up if I have enough balance to use? Because i don't see an execute function. What does it look like if you sell an option? Yeah, it's only going to show up if you have purchased options. Here's a snapshot: If you sell an option it should show up in your trade history on the "portfolio" -> "my options" tab. One of the things I want to address with the options is a way to exercise from the portfolio "my options" tab, rather than having to go to the security page. The other thing that I'll be changing soon is I'm planning to introduce an account profile option (ON by default) that will auto-execute options that are in the money before they expire. For the purpose of determining whether it's in the money or not, we'll likely be using (current bid * 98%) for calls and (current ask * 102%) for puts. That way it should be relatively safe even in low volume situations. We may make the deviation argument adjustable on a per-account basis as well. Cheers. Great feature to add, I've had a number of options expire that I forgot about on BF
