I received a pm offer by xaviarlol for 10 @ 2
can we keep bids to the thread and not via PM? It's hard enough participating in an auction by thread when you don't know what's going on via PM channels... I totally agree. Auctions should state whether they will allow proxy bids in the initial post.

I gave you 10 hours for a payment. Actually I was waiting for you for a few additional hours. You did not do it in time. If we talk about scamming here, that I scammed 15 ppl who won the auction (but definitely not scamm you): I PMed to friedcat after almost 40 hours after this auction ends, although I should to do it in 36 hours. This additional hours I was waiting for you.
have a nice working day

Has Eric got a plan? where is SD going? are we just waiting to be overtakes by a competitor? I don't expect details that would compromise the competitive advantage, but a little information would be helpful!

On the other side there is TAT who still needs to buy about that amount so they should just work out a deal between themselves at mid price. Market price should therefore not move. Possibly, but I try to buy off-market, so it's a little more tricky as I think DT wants to keep the shares within BitFunder if he can...

It's nothing new, he has been selling G.ASICMiner-PT for a few weeks...they had ~3600 shares, 2800 left. Closing down a fund.
No FUD to spread here sorry.
This is correct, DT holds a large amount of shares on behalf of a bunch of fund asset holders. He is liquidating that fund to pay everyone out and close the old asset. Sure, it'll affect the market a bit, but only for a few days. ChEEpCoINZ!

Dear friedcat,
I do appreciate all your work but please answer the following:
Where are we hashing and at what rate atm? If solo, please explain what is going on.
How are the future deployment plans progressing? You promised a lot per week. What is going on, please?
How many Blades were sold? How many USB thingies were sold?
Why are your "updates" not answering questions everybody would like to be answered (no rocket science)?
I myself have a considerable amount invested in ASICMINER. If this attitude of ASICMINER continues, I will sell it all off.
If you simply read through this thread, you will find ALL of those answers, or reasons why they are not answered. How many fortune 500 companies give weekly updates rather than quarterly anyway? I'll wait while you put a list together. Go ahead and sell off your "considerable amount", I'll be ready to snatch it up when you make that mistake. lol, yeah and he'll also get a great sampling of a million computer geeks trying to tell FC how to run a $100m business.

So, new topic of discussion...
What do we think dividends are going to be? There is limited transparency on hardware sales now... so that is an issue. We should get >0.01 from mining unless something drastic changes. I believe a good number of coins were taken in from USB miner sales... not sure how many but I know the cap was 10,000 units @ 1.99. Also... I wonder if any people decided to try and buy in on some bulk blades since friedcat decided on a price, I know a few people before in auctions were trying to get 20+ blades, but ended up getting outbid.
Thoughts? Is there any hard numbers on these sales of blades and USB drives to be found elsewhere on the forums?
No point in guessing, we'll have to just wait and see. Don't be surprised if Friedcat says he sold ALL the hardware but is keeping half the BTC earned to fund the next orders and plans.

Havelock is getting closer to a board seat, doing quite well today, hope to see 5000+ full shares sold, itll even be more profitable with their own blade
We're at about 1400 currently! Board members, to my knowledge, have not received any tangible benefits yet. and they shouldnt What should or shouldn't be, is not for you to determine. Friedcat made some comments about giving board member a test board a while ago. Since there's not testing needed, it's unclear whether he will give board members any such "freebie". Maybe for gen-2? Who knows, either way, I'd be proud to be a board member, freebies or not.
