1441  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Does Binance.com allow buying fiat on p2p & have the fiat sent to someone else? on: November 22, 2021, 11:00:23 PM
It is against their policy.

III. Buyer’s Instructions:

2. Please use the payment method with the account owner name that is consistent with your registered name on Binance (The name must be identical with the KYC Verified name on Binance.) The Platform does not support non-real-name verified payment methods. The User’s P2P function will be suspended for a minimum of 15 days if a non-real-name verified payment method has been used.

... 7. In case of any violations of the “Buyer’s Instructions”, the Platform may, in accordance with this Policy, the Terms or relevant laws and regulations, or in its sole discretion, take measures as it considers fit, including but not limited to freezing the violator’s account or disabling any account functions on the Binance trading platform or/and the Platform.

IV. Seller’s Instructions:

1. The account owner name you have used for collecting payment must be consistent with your registered name on Binance. (The name shall be identical with the KYC Verified name on Binance.)

...8. In case of any violations of the stated “Seller’s Instructions”, the Platform may, in accordance with this Policy, the Terms or relevant laws and regulations, or in its own discretion, take measures as it considers fit, including but not limited to freezing the violator’s account or disabling any account functions on the Binance trading platform.

Can I ask what's your purpose OP? You can wait for the money to land to your bank account then proceed to transfer them to non-binance person either thru their bank/somewhere else.
1442  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CryptoSeen - cryptocurrency market monitoring on: November 19, 2021, 09:13:04 PM
1. Doesn't prove anything when it comes to guranteed profits.
2. It is on your website. If you're in dark about this, you should hire an english speaker instead of relying to google translate.
3. creating a telegram account is easy and so reviews from telegram alone aren't enough.
1443  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Hashnest on: November 18, 2021, 05:53:37 PM
OK, at least they didn't tell me lies but this doesn't solve he problem
Sure. I just want to get out but they don't let me withdraw the coins I still have there.

I PM'd them about this thread. Let's hope they are being notified thru email for every PMs and checks their mailbox.

Consider starting a scam accusation thread about them if you have been waiting for too long (recommended format).
1444  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info - Are they really stealing people's BTC? on: November 18, 2021, 02:58:50 PM
There was someone (or a group of ppl apparently) wanting to file a lawsuit and was looking for fellow victims, thread: Blockchain.com scam - lost funds

But this was in 2019 and who knows what happened. I'm guessing they weren't able to push thru considering I don't see any articles about this. They did left their email addresses and yt channel, you can try reaching out if you wanna hear the specifics.

Another possibility is this could be a scam, exercise caution as always.
1445  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CryptoSeen - cryptocurrency market monitoring on: November 17, 2021, 11:59:28 PM
Nobody bothers you to check our signals on a demo balance

So you think your first few tries which I'm assuming succeeded would apply to following signals as well? Question, can it predict the future drama, manipulation, hype, news, etc.. as well? nope, and thats one of the reasons why you shouldn't offer guaranteed super profits everyday.

Demo market is when people are not risking anything, it's very different from actual. If this was only tested there, that makes this a lot less credible to guarantee profit.

Well, these signals have always been shady. They're either a tool for a pump and dump scheme or outright scam.
1446  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Hashnest on: November 17, 2021, 05:54:08 PM
I have already written to bitmain repeatedly and they deny they have relationship with hashnest.  They say they have "separated" from hashnest, that they are different entities, that I am complaining with the wrong company and that they can't help me.

So either they lie to keep my money or all the sites that say "you can trust hashnest because it's a brand of bitmain" have wrong information.

When were these info published? they could just be outdated.

March 2019 article:

Hashnest, a cloud-based mining platform, is no longer a Bitmain subsidiary but an external project funded by it.

and it's been two years since... they might as well not be funded by them anymore considering cloud mining is not as in demand as before.

In any case, it's best to get out of anything cloud mining. When things go south, it's highly likely you will be used to make up for the company's losses.
1447  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase, how to contact support and more on: November 14, 2021, 08:52:29 PM
@cashfairy

From coinbase's

Important: at this time, Coinbase only supports USDT on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC-20). Do not send USDT on any other blockchain to Coinbase.

I went to coinbase and couldn't find any other network aside from ETH for USDT. Normally, exchanges would tell you/lay out options. I believe the article is up to date.

There should be a (!) note like this when you deposit to coinbase as well.

1448  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Does gate.io ban any country ? on: November 12, 2021, 11:47:29 PM
Few days back I cleared this without any hassle because support send me reply now Pakistan is out of prohibited countries now they can create account and after clearing KYC use this without any issue but still please go with small amounts.
For good amount I am still comfortable with Binance and Poloniex as these both are my most favourite exchanges in long run here in crypto community.

Edit:  @logfiles  Now Pakistan is already in supported countries as I personally have email from them.

Curious how were you able to verify? I couldn't see Pakistan on the list last time I checked. There was no "others" option as well.
1449  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CryptoSeen - cryptocurrency market monitoring on: November 12, 2021, 11:08:33 PM
You have the opportunity to check it yourself)))

Lmao. That's like jumping off a cliff to test if it would hurt you...

There's no such thing as guaranteed profits unless you have some kind of psychic abilities. Let's be honest, if you can really do such thing, you wouldn't be wasting your time here.
1450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Religion and Finance [Bitcoin] Overlap and Clash on: November 12, 2021, 08:18:42 PM
"Harm" was also mentioned as one of the reasons why which makes me think they still believe in debunked-countless-times-misconceptions. There's also the thing with holy books being open to a lot of interpretations. There should be some ppl who thinks it isn't haram.

In this case, it would be best to just form a perspective of your own and use others' opinions as a reference.
1451  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CoinBene is Closing. Withdraw funds Immediately. Deadline 15th Nov 2021. on: November 12, 2021, 12:32:01 AM
They can't really blame it on the users when they're only giving 12 days to withdraw on time! and I doubt their support can cater most users who reach out to them. If you emailed them few days before 31st, your funds are likely to be lost.

Did any coinbene user received an email about this at least?
1452  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CryptoSeen - cryptocurrency market monitoring on: November 11, 2021, 10:36:58 PM
This looks like something that came out of google translate...

But woahhh. Guaranteed profitsss (super-profit) everyday!!! what is the secret? time traveling? clairvoyance? tarrot cards? Illuminati membership? sarcasm
1453  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: paxful scam alert on: November 11, 2021, 05:12:58 PM
and this time i can withdraw my money because of high and no sense fees.

Did you mean you can't withdraw? it looks like a typo to me. If so, how high are the fees?

the problem is that when i got ban from the old account they said you can normally crate another account now they ban it.

It highly possible they weren't as strict as now. Exchanges over time gets stricter.

But it's weird they gave such advice... it's like "we have banned your account but don't worry, you can always ban evade", any chance this is a distorted memory?
1454  Economy / Exchanges / Re: please help me on: November 11, 2021, 01:02:49 PM
There is no centralized exchange with that due to possible legal trouble. What they do is setup account tiers with different withdrawal limit. The higher the limit the more info you have to provide. If you've used Indodax, I'm guessing you're from Indonesia? I don't really see global exchanges restricting the said country, you shouldn't have little options.

For extra huge amounts, you might wanna look into OTCs (Over the Counter (OTC) Cryptocurrency Trading - Explained in Details.)
1455  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bilaxy exchange update. on: November 10, 2021, 06:27:58 PM
They are currently working to put in place all necessary security measures to ensure that such an event does not occur again, and that all of their customers are protected.

Bilaxy seems more likely to bring trouble to me... the current situation is, they're trying to make up for the loss (from the hack) by heavily increasing the withdrawal fees of unaffected cryptocurrencies from the hack (only ETH tokens were hacked).

Hi allk ok quick update ive widthdrawn LYKe at the cost of $150 and SOUL which the cost was reasonable at 11$. So I hope when trading resumes that Bilaxy can reduce the fees and become trusted again and speed up widthdrawals good luck all
$ 174 for a withdrawal of less than $ 1,000. Can you solve it?
Hello, I have 100 ALBT in bilaxy that I'm trying to withdraw but fee is 140 ALBT. I think the only way is to trade it to another coin and withdraw that. When are you going to open trading?

A lot of these in their telegram.
1456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to store your keys? on: November 10, 2021, 08:46:15 AM
Took a quick look into the swiss vault and you don't store your keys with them but instead, store your cryptocurrencies in their keys. It would be impossible to withdraw without their platform/help...

From: 8. Custody and Bank Guarantee (To access their TOS: https://www.bitcoinsuisse.com/legal > General Terms and Conditions)

It's like storing your funds in a centralized exchange/wallet long term which is greatly discouraged cause it's inconvenient and very risky. The difference is they're claiming your money is "insured" but it probably won't be seamless and has a maximum claimable amount. They have limited info about this...
1457  Economy / Marketplace / Re: how to buy btc/usdt anonymously EU on: November 07, 2021, 05:33:57 PM
I remember stumbling on a good answer for this question, I quote:

I got it. If your goal is to cover your ass from your bank so they don't see anything related to crypto, in this case, I recommend you to look at Bisq. It's a decentralized platform and you'll be able to receive SEPA. I use it often myself.

Your bank won't see you received funds from a crypto exchange since you receive payment from average people. All they will see is you received funds from someone.

I often ask the person to add a message to the SEPA. Something like "for the holidays", "Happy birthday" "payment for the 450 CRF"
Like many other people, I only use it with a "disposable" bank account which I don't care about. So if a day my account is on hold I don't care at all (hint: better to look at the neo-banks)

Another option would be to find someone online and transact thru cash but be careful of wrench attacks!

List of non-kyc exchange: https://kycnot.me/ (don't forget to DYOR/verify if info is true)
I might as well mention our Currency exchange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) board, it might come in handy.
1458  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Does gate.io ban any country ? on: November 06, 2021, 04:32:43 PM
I tried to contact the support too but kept me in the waiting list. If you are able to find a person on the chat, then do let me know what they say about this issue ?

I managed to snatched one human. But sorry OP. I meant to screenshot the whole conversation however the chat history was nuked before I could even do it. Good thing I managed to do 2 snapshots while I was waiting for them to respond.

For the last question, their answer was because they are working on supporting Pakistan. It's good that they are looking into supporting the country but it's not a done deal yet and so they should've kept it included in their list of restricted countries.

August 08, 2021 - Signup page snapshot

Citizens and residents of Washington State(U.S.A), New York State(U.S.A), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria,Pakistan, the Government of Venezuela, Crimea, and Thailand are not supported.

This gave me a bad impression. I waited for at least 3 minutes and nothing has changed. For an exchange that boasts of more than $2.6 billion in daily volume, clients should not be allowed to wait for almost an hour to contact support through live chat.I suspect this 101 person and 50.5 minutes are the same for all of us.

Perhaps you didn't leave a message? but I do agree that it was confusing. I had the same automated message...

1459  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Does gate.io ban any country ? on: November 06, 2021, 12:27:03 AM
Strange. I don't see Pakistan when I try to KYC.

I'd try to get further confirmation in their live chat (https://www.gate.io/groupchat/call_service?platform=web) just so you are sure.
1460  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: list of all Bitcoin Accelerators on: November 05, 2021, 10:57:42 PM
Any update on this ?
The user above already answered you but I'm a bit curious. Why would you need them? Especially with the current network state?

Peep their profile (archive). They have started a shady paid accelerator service (archive) with fake testimonials and is most likely looking where they can redirect users requests when they need to.
