Oh, and how much does it cost for an old man to get laid by a young girl (I need to calculate all outgoing expenses)?

That depends. From $25 to $1,000 depending on the quality. And much more if you get caught by the local police.

no hooker is worth $1000 lol

I'd pay Olivia Wilde $1000 and give her the best screwing she's ever had

the best 8 and half seconds of her life no doubt  lol

A lot of people sell early, then get out of the game permanently.
When BTC hit $1000 again, I'm sure there'll be a ton of people who sell with their double profit then get out.

Only those who keep buying and hold have really become wealthy from BTC.

anyone trying to make a quick buck trading  can more easily end up poorer since they need to be right more than 50% of the time
EVERY time to stay in profit after  tx fees

you can watch the news and be 'ready"  nearly 24/7 but you risk exchanges getting hacked ,going insolvent doning risky deals with everybodys money or the owners just decideing to retire and taking the wallet with them  etc etc etc

no hooker is worth $1000 lol

You should say this to Eliot Spitzer.  Grin

He paid $4,300 to Ashley Dupré, and that too for just half an hour.

He got ripped off. I wouldn't have paid more than $3,900. lol

Im a fan of this thread and as entertaining for me as that sequence was, Im sure not everyone found it in good taste and its certainly getting off topic.

Anyway, lets think not just think bigger guys, lets think better. Bitcoin has the ability to create freedom. Freedom is extremely powerful.

Having a lot of money means yes, you can do whatever you want - but its also a great responsibility which you need to prepare for.

Not just being responsible to your own person, it means being responsible towards those around you, and your fellow man across the world.

Im sure not everyone feels this way, but being in a position to help others get clean drinking water, decent food, medical care, freedom is a great gift.

For those who hold more than just a few BTC, I believe it is our responsibility to use this gift for the greater good, not just ourselves.

We can feed people. Clothe them. Get people internet access. We can create freedom. We can improve humanity. We can shape the future.

If you are confident that your children will not sell off the coins which they inherit, then may be.

BTC can reach the million mark by 2050 (latest). So may be our kids will be rich too.  Grin

Depends on your definition of wealthy I presume. I agree "elite" is probably overstating it for everyone but a few notable exceptions, but not having to work for the rest of your lives is within the grasp of a relatively large group of early Bitcoin adopters.

that depends upon one's personal view of what a high value is.

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

- Carroll Quigley, CFR member, mentor to Bill Clinton, from 'Tragedy And Hope'

i think high would be anything over $10,000 per coin but i got mine  2 yrs ago when they were cheap
someone who paid $1200 per coin might wish to hold longer than me for a higher value

+1

Its always fun looking back at old threads and seeing where people think it will be in x years or when people say it won't ever go anywhere and will be dead by end of year Cheesy
