Philadelphia 76ers VS Atlanta Hawks

The stake odds for this game are 2.02 for the 76ers, and 1.84 for the Hawks, For the 76ers still the same James Harden and Tyrese Maxey can not play for the game, while Bogdan Bogdanovic, still the one that can not play for the Hawks, for this game 76ers is not in their 100% while the Hawks was near it so I will be going with the Hawks,

Toronto Raptors VS Cleveland Cavaliers

The stake odds for this game are 1.80 for the Raptors and 2.07 for the Cavaliers, right now Otto Porter Jr., and Precious Achiuwa can not play for the Raptors, while Ricky Rubio, Dylan Windler, Kevin Love, and Lamar Stevens can not play for the Cavaliers, for this game it seems that the Raptors had a chance in getting this,

Utah Jazz VS Chicago Bulls

The stake odds for this game are 1.81 for the Jazz and 2.05 for the Bulls, Right now Johnny Juzang and Rudy Gay can not play for the Jazz, while Lonzo Ball can not play for the Bulls, for me, my 2nd favorite team will be the one that I am supporting here, even though they have 2 injuries I will still be going with the Jazz,

Los Angeles Lakers VS Indiana Pacers

The stake odds for this game are 1.58 for the Lakers and 2.46 for the Pacers, the Lakers are surely not a perfect team but they are quite a handful while the Pacer's Daniel Theis can not play for the Pacers, for me, I am going with the Pacers than the Lakers even though the Lakers are the favorite to win,

Man what is going on with my Chicago Bulls. Has anyone else been paying any attention to them lately , or I should say for this entire season so far.  More than ever we need Ball badly. Ayo and Patrick Williams are our two biggest young players that we really need to see more out of them.

Let’s hope they can start to turn things aground.

Their record is not that ugly mate, it's still quite decent for me but yes, their performance now is somehow different compared to what they did last season when they are bullying the other teams in the league. I'm thinking that the competition in the East Conference lately is quite tough, I mean, look at the their statistics. They aren't that far away from the guys who are ranked from 6th to 10th in the East. Let's just give them some time.

Alperen Şengün's performance in Houston is mesmerizing. He had a nearly triple-double with 21 points, 19 rebounds and 7 assists, setting a career high rebound record. Together with Jalen Green, they led their team to victory. Houston has a promising roster, I can't understand why they're last in the West. The starting five in particular are not bad at all, but the bench rotation seems a bit lacking. They may be aiming to play in the lottery this season and get a good draft order. They also need to give good signals for next season. If Alperen or the other top 5 players are traded, we can talk about different things. They have a very young team apart from Eric Gordon. Maybe if there are 2 more veterans, the atmosphere of the team will change, it will become more balanced. There's a college team vibe right now. Good players, but lacking in experience.

I follow Rockets closely for a couple of season and I also think they might be getting intentionally bad scores for the lottery. Because there were some games that they could win but coach's decision affected the game in order for them to lose, I think. They must be aiming for a great team for around 2025 or 2026, we might see them in the conference final or the finals. As you mentioned, Jalen Green is doing splendidly and has a huge potential. Other young players as well. Also, about Alperen Sengun, I saw a stat today:

Even though Rockets are losing generally, Alperen Sengun is doing great for a 20 years old. His stats this season: 15.2 PPG, 9.1 RPG. Really not bad for a young kid who is a center. His passing ability is also great.

I'll admit that I don't know who Alperen Sengun is (sad for a big NBA fan) but I'll be doing my research as that is a hell of a statline.  When I first read this I thought to myself, ya, but the Rockets suck so it's not like he's got competition for shots.  Then I remembered what the 2005 Cavs looked like and I guess you could make that same statement about them.  Maybe it was a fluke game, maybe Sengun is the next big thing.  What I can say for certain is that anytime your name is mentioned along LeBron's in a basketball sense, it's a good thing for you.

It's because the Rockets has laden with a lot of rookies/sophomore like Jalen Green who are taking the limelight.

And so Sengun is force to be in the back seat most of the time, however, when you are talented, sooner or later you will have a break out game like he did and his numbers as comparable to Lebron. It doesn't mean though that he will be like James in the future, but definitely there is a potential for him. The Rockets team will just have to find a way to give him more minutes and exposure and obviously they have to keep on winning, otherwise this players talent are going to be wasted or maybe when they are traded or move to other teams, we will the talent.

Yes, even though he has great potential, he will likely not going to be a superstar. He is really talented but his physical attributes are not enough in my opinion. He lacks the height, athleticism and strength for him to be a big star or even someone who can be considered in the mvp race. I don't think so. But it doesn't mean that he can't be a great role player. The thing is, he is very very young for a player with his skill set and he is a center. Who knows, if he can work super hard and get strong and athletic enough, he might be a considerable star in the future. As it is mentioned, Giannis and Jokic were also not expected to be this good. So, let's see how much Alperen can improve himself according to his potential. I wish Alperen the best but I don't think he can be that good. I am optimistic about Rockets' future though. They really have quite a good potential with their young players.

Yes, it's the combination of factors,

a. Teams in the East as well upgraded their roster so it's hard to get a win if you are missing one key players
b. They are inconsistent with Ayo and White, they need to get this two to be really contributing day in day out
c. Not saying that they need to trade someone, but seems to be the chemistry is no longer like last year

Still a lot of games, but it's very competitive in the East, teams like Celtics and the Bucks (which they beat recently) and the Sixers will always be there to content for the top spot and Bulls need a lot from their players to respond. Not just to have everything on DeRozan as he can't do it.

Yes, the times has changed and the old Lebron cannot do what he have been doing for the past years. He can still be the biggest contributor and leads the team with the help of his experience throughout the years, but he need the rest of the team to deliver a win. Schroder is still adjusting because he have just joined the team late because of the injury he experienced, but I'll expect that he will do his best just like what he did in the Eurobasket. And he should be impressive this time if he wanted to have an extension.

Yes, that's true, but I believe, LeBron James is the best player the Lakers could have as a reference/leadership. He's not at the level he was when he played for the Cavs or Heat, but his experience, most of the time can be more advantageous, and of course, he can't "carry the team on his back" like before, I have no doubt that the other players will be a fundamental part of the team.
I have been following Schröder's performance for some time now, day after day he is contributing and helping the Lakers, he is a fast and agile player, I have no doubt that he could be a key player in replacing Westbrook in some games, or even starting as one of the 5 starting players.

It was the king's comeback for the Los Angeles Lakers. LeBron James showed his difference in his second away game against the San Antonio Spurs. He finished the game with 39 points and 11 rebounds. This time, Anthony Davis did not play in this match, but Dennis Schoreder made a significant contribution to the team. All is well with the Los Angeles Lakers for now. He will now play both games in Los Angeles.

Lebron won't be enough, we all know that. But with Schroder, it is enough to win a game as long as he will have the best night of his life.
This is the Schroder that I have seen in the Eurobasket just months ago. The Lakers team might not be his countrymen, or he is not fighting for his country, but the honor is there. If he plays well, his countrymen are rejoicing about his success.
I cannot wait to see how much chemistry they can create when AD is back. With Schroder backing up the bench team, they won't have to worry whenever they need a rest.

But Dennis has been playing and putting decent numbers in his comeback, so that is a positive sign for the Lakers. He shouldn't think of the contract extension, hehehe, he got burned the first time so he should just be focusing on playing with the Lakers and think that he is blessed to have this second chance with them as no team has pick him up after that wrong decision he made.

As an individual player, he's a great one but we're playing basketball on a 5v5. Individually, we know his capacity but you're right that he needs to get some decent help from his teammates.
And with that help, they'll get a good results from the games that they'll play. The roster setup that they have could be enough for that and just needed a good rotation or starting 5 shuffle.

He has been getting help, unfortunately, in their last 4 games or so, those help are inconsistent, that is why they are in a losing skid.

Finney-Smith shooting from the side is not falling, same as with Dinwiddie, Powell and Bullock.

Jason Kidd also need to fit in Christian Wood as well, it seems that Wood is somewhat lost in the rotation of the Mavs and they have to take advantage of this big guy, to score inside and haul rebounds.

I feel like the "help" he gets is not enough at all, they really need a good star along with him. I am not saying it's a must, look at Giannis and how he won without another superstar level player with him, Kris Middleton was his biggest helper, and he is not a superstar, so a good all-around team could also work.

But, finding 5-6 players that will be great role players and a great coach to help that team is not easy, I am guessing that it will take time, instead they could just hire a player from free agency and just get a superstar, their salary situation should be fine, so I am guessing that getting one other star, someone that is a great 3/D player for example would be awesome. I guess it's not going to be simple, and it will require a lot of convincing b if it happens then it would be great for them.

Disappointed with the Knicks last night.  2 games in a row down to the wire and they come up on the wrong end of the game twice.  They need to learn how to win those tight games otherwise they will never get out of the lottery.  Frustrating..

I think the other way around. Maybe he is thinking of that possible good contract in the future that the Lakers will offer him and that fuels his very best performance in every game. Kidding aside, he really should give his best since he's almost left unsigned during the off-season and the Lakers are the only team that shows interest in signing him although set aside Schroder's capability, the Lakers got a good catch here for signing a good role player for low-contract offer.

So far, things seem to look great for the Lakers and somehow they were able to silence their critics that are always active when the Lakers are on a losing streak.

The question is how far they will remain consistent especially against teams with over .500 PCT.

The same with the Mavs they lack the power to close out games when they are on the lead. They are not weak, it's the plus-minus when their stars sit.
I am intrigued at why they keep on forcing the last plays of the game to Brunson when they have so many players that can shoot the ball or attract a foul, stop the time, and make free throws.
They did the plan, every eye is on Brunson so the next plan should be giving it to someone else who I am sure will be free.
Tomorrow they will play in Detroit. Even on road, this should be an easy game.

Well there were against the Memphis Grizzlies and now that Ja Morant is playing pretty much they really had a hard time, and he even hit a triple-double last night which is why the game was a close match

Close game and a great spread for the Hawks, but a great job for Shake Milton, Tobias Harris, and Joel Embiid the game could have been the other way around but they really did a great job getting this win,

Toronto Raptors VS Cleveland Cavaliers SCORE 100 - 88 - WIN

A close game at 1st but the Raptors bested the Cavaliers in the 2nd half for the Raptors to win,

Utah Jazz VS Chicago Bulls SCORE 107 - 114 - LOST

It was another close match and for me, the Utah Jazz could have won this they are crushing it in the 1st half and gaining momentum with so much deep, but the Bulls is just good at getting those free throws, Defensive and offensive rebounds were mostly for the Bulls, why they slightly win this game,

Los Angeles Lakers VS Indiana Pacers SCORE 115 - 116 - WIN

Close game for sure Russell Westbrick was really crazy and for me, this is really the best play the Lakers had to offer their fans, well this is just my opinion but again they still lost this one, but they nearly won it if it wasn't for Andrew Nembhard's 3 point shot,

That's the same thought I've got, the help isn't enough since they're lackluster at the moment. Honestly, I like the roster of Mavs and I've been a fan of it since Nowitzki's days until another young caliber and likely to stay on them just as Dirk's stay which is through Luka.

Yeah, it was really a hard pill to swallow lost for the Lakers, maybe they are not lucky and didn't play defense but this is the Lakers that he have known last year and part of it shows this year until Davis took over and they have a good successive wins.

But it seems they are back to their old self and just a simple slip of concentration cause this huge game. I consider this huge game because they are trying to built a momentum run with Lebron back on their line up.

I'm excited about Celtics' performance in this season as well. Because they have made a really solid start to the regular season. They are the leader in the Eastern Conference currently and their performance is really promising for playoffs too. They must be aiming to finish the incomplete job they had in the finals of the previous season.

This time Warriors don't seem very impressive but we are still in the earlier stages of the season as well. Curry is still showing a high level of performance as usual. They just need to be better as a team. Their recent form is good actually. They need to keep this up to secure a stronger position.

The comment above was right, Lakers problem is when LeBron try to take over and hold the ball, his teammates are all waiting for him to call the play and will end up throwing a force shot, unlike when he's not around, all the guards are aggressive, and they are finding an open man to take the shots.

Not sure how coach Ham will be managed and see this, but like what you said, it is the same Lakers last year when LeBron is inside.

They need more good adjustments to fix this problem and they need to play as one with more confidence and not to look for LeBron or AD

I'm excited about Celtics' performance in this season as well. Because they have made a really solid start to the regular season. They are the leader in the Eastern Conference currently and their performance is really promising for playoffs too. They must be aiming to finish the incomplete job they had in the finals of the previous season.

They had improved a lot, and bringing consistency in the regular season makes them the best team in the NBA now.
We were a bit worried when their head coach was suspended, but here they are, they are having a great season and looks like they would win every game, regardless of their opponents.

This time Warriors don't seem very impressive but we are still in the earlier stages of the season as well. Curry is still showing a high level of performance as usual. They just need to be better as a team. Their recent form is good actually. They need to keep this up to secure a stronger position.

Just leave the Warriors, they are always a good team, as long as they are complete and healthy, they are the team to beat in the playoffs.
