There's no doubt they can really win and update the number 1 team in the league because we know Leonard can really play and have some skills with him to help his teammates win a championship. This season has really been a big surprise because as you can see, in the western conference, the New Orleans Pelicans are already at the top with the help of Williamson and we see the Clippers today having no problem winning against the Boston Celtics. This is how the league quickly changes when the superstars of the other teams are healthy.

Clippers do not look like a "team" to me, never did. They did managed to get George and Kawhi to play together, and for just a single season it all looked great but Kawhi has been injured all this time, do we really think that he is still the player that could bring a team to finals?

I mean after missing so many seasons and games, do you think he still has what it takes to make that happen? I am not saying that it would be impossible but it is clear that we are talking about an injured older guy now, that should make it harder. Clippers looked like "lets hope kawhi can help us" thing and not a team and that is why it doesn't look like they will do anything better this year, one injury and it's all gone.

Regardless of that, he just need to be more careful because he's really prone to it but when he's already inside the court,

Can he keep on being careful on the court, especially with his position? hehe.

What he needs to do, which he is already doing since then, is to just continue to improve his overall physical strength and sturdiness.

Since he already faced lots of injuries at a young age, that takes a toll on his body in the long run even though he is recovered and fit to play.

Seriously nobody could predict their injuries along the way hehe. Anthony Davis won't be as effective if he will starts caring about his situation because his position also dictates its risks which I think almost inevitable. Moreover, Davis's build is not like the other sturdy centers on the league now, he may be look buffed but his build is not that really strong and that is exactly the reason I see why he's getting serious injuries even at a young age.

They cannot go wrong here. Buddy Hield is one of the top calibers when it comes to shooting outside but I like Bojan Bogdanovic more as he can be an all-around player that will help stretch the floor and can carry the team if ever the worst things happen. Injuries.
Anyway, any player will definitely give an enormous change to their plays.

Bucks is destroying Warriors right now. Giannis shows one of his good games in both defense and offense. Bucks made some easy mistakes but still points difference is very big. We may see Kerr throw in the towel early for this away game because they have five more games on the road.

Just bad start for the Warriors, and usually they are very bad in the round. And with another top team in the West like the Bucks, obviously it will be very difficult for them and that's what happen here.

17 point win, yeah I would say it's easy win for the Bucks, Giannis big game with 30 points for the blow out and Middleton back with 20 points. But it was Portis with his 25 points in the game that did the damage.

LA Lakers and Boston Celtics just gave us a spectacular treat.
The Lakers were winning in the regulation but they got careless, I think they need to see the tape of this game. 10 point lead was gone in a blink after the Celtics struggled for 6 minutes with just 5 points in the 4th quarter. They tied the game to overtime and the Celtics won it there with Tatum in the spotlight.
Lebron and AD were both exhausted, I won't blame WB here for shooting those threes, he is trying to step up while the two stars are out of breath.
Good win for the Celtics.

What a game from Lakers and Celtics. The Lakers were able to make a lead early in the 4th after down by 20 points with 27-4 run. Jaylen, Tatum, AD, and LeBron all have displayed spectacular performances. I thought the Lakers are finally winning after leading the 4th for as much as 12 pts. But Tatum helped his team recover from the scoring drought and we're also able to make it to overtime and win it all.
Too unfortunate AD had issue with free throws down the stretch. The other one was against the Sixers, he missed 1 ft that could let them have a 1 pt lead. Now, against the Celtics, he missed both ft to make a comfortable 4 pt lead.

Bucks is destroying Warriors right now.

The Warriors are 2-11 on the road before that game so you already have an idea on how the Warriors will play on road. It's an easy game for the Bucks and still, one of the most balanced team right now in the league. Elite defenders, a very dominant all-star in Giannis and three-point shooters. They have it all and will not be surprised if they will reach at least the Semi-Finals again this season.

LA Lakers and Boston Celtics just gave us a spectacular treat.

Celtics I think lead as much as 20. Lakers did a huge run on the 2nd half and also got a double-digit lead in the 4th quarter, got careless like you said and their defense crumbled in the last minutes of the game until it reached overtime.

When I saw that it will go to overtime, I already knew that the Celtics would win. The Lakers are very exhausted already just by looking on how they are defending. Well, that snaps out the losing streak of the Celtics. Lakers and Celtics fans should be happy with how both teams played. A back-and-forth game but congratulations to the Celtics.

On other teams, the Suns are now in a 5-game losing streak as they lost yet again against the Rockets. Also, the Pelicans who are in a 7-game winning streak also lost to the Jazz and that snaps their winning streak.

Not sure what pieces should the Lakers need in order to get over the hump on losing another close game in OT. But it seems that they still need a good outside shooter to open up the floor for them. And they have good players that can pass, Lebron and WB. So someone like what they did before when they become champion. Someone that they can throw the ball outside and shoot that 3 without any hesitation.

They missed the service of Booker, once he comes back, he will be able to help his team. Though they are still a playoff team, but as we can see, their struggle is real, just like the Warriors in the early stage. Anyway, it's still too early though, they'll sure bounce back with some win streak soon.

I am also concerned about this. On the road, they are having trouble winning. They are losing ground in the rankings. After a tiring four games against top teams, they should feel better in the Rockets game, a below to average team. Their morale appears to have plummeted after suffering consecutive losses to elite teams.

Watching the Utah Jazz is enjoyable. I am pleased that it maintains a playoff position. They ended the seven wins of the Pelicans that made it more special.

A good and reliable outside shooter/s since they have LeBron and Westbrook, who are both good at attacking and passing the ball. If they can add shooters who are also good in defense, that might fit it.

Yes! looks like the Lakers are on it and even if they lose this time, there is still hope for them to catch up undoubtedly they are completely different compared to the few games in the opening season.
If they continue to play hustle like that, there will easily get to the top 8 or might even reach their way to the top 6 before the NBA playoff games. It's really hard to compete against these young guns but there is still hope and I'm sure they will use every game as their chance to be at the playoff tree this season.

I think they are still missing some pieces to be able to see the Clippers becoming a champion. Just to bad that once they acquire Kahwi he tends to be prone to injuries unlike when he was in Toronto, he seems to be not getting himself injured but dominating games and I remember some analyst comparing how he play with the GOAT himself, Michael Jordan. And then they have Playoff George, but then same with Leonard, prone to injuries and there are times that he is also inconsistent. And probably is this another example of their inconsistencies, winning against top team and then the next game, losing big to low tier teams.

Also , Tatum seems to be in beast mode lately and he said in interview after game that he felt like he is the best player in the court  last night and I must agree with him as Tatum , like it or not , he is evolving in such a rapid pace that we might assist greatness from him this year and incoming years as well.

Besides this , dude still have room to grow in height, right ?This year only he got some height during the break or it was last year ? I don't remember exactly when but I know for sure Tatum is evolving very fast in all aspects, including gaining height at his age...

The Nets are now number 4 in the East. Just like that. Another example of a strong 2nd unit that beat the Pacers yesterday without Kyrie, KD, and Ben.

That's an impressive performance for the 2nd unit of Nets. They are really proving that they are competitive and they did it in a surprising way, teamwork and trust each other.

It's good to see a team who wins without relying on their superstars, as you mentioned your
what if, for the Lakers, getting that point, they should play the system together and start
doing it as early as now. They are all pro and deserve to play with decent minutes.

Easier said than done because the Lakers are really struggling in that part, some of their days, they are at their best and some of it, they are at their worst. No consistency that is why they still failed to work their team up on the ladder, with no superstars like Lebron or AD onboard in any given game, it's expected that the Lakers will crumble.

No matter how hard AD or LeBron carry the team, they still won't reach that far if the rest won't be on their best because when the league gets more intense, they will left behind against a well synchronized team. I'm afraid it will happen to them what happened last season if they won't pull themselves together to improve.

it's sad how they are having a bad performance, they lost against the boston celtics in a game they only managed to win in the second period, in the remaining periods they lost, and realized that they didn't have many chances to reverse the result, in the first period they lost by a difference of 11 points, but until the third period they managed to win by a difference of 9 points, but strangely that in the fourth period they dropped a lot in performance to the point of losing by a difference of 6 points, they are very inconsistent , that way they are hitting rock bottom every game

as a lakers fan i feel sad for the defeat, unfortunately celtic beat us and i must admit that they played very well, and that Jayson Tatum was a big obstacle for the lakers, the guy plays very well, the cameras were focused on him, it looked like it was Jayson Tatum vs all lakers players, I saw the summary of the game, honestly it looked like this Jayson Tatum was the flash on the field, I must admit that the talent must be above average, the guy was fundamental for the victory of celtics

Too early to doubt them but I'm doubting as well if they're that championship contender when they got choked up by the Mavs last season. For me Jazz is like a season leaderbut when it comes to playoffs (if they ever make it) I think they'll fail.

Not related to the Bucks-Warriors game but I want to insert a post I saw earlier. Green said in an interview that regaining trust from teammates has been different or difficult ever since that practice incident with Poole. It's safe to assume that they are not as cohesive and that continues to affect their season.
