Hi, Claymore!

I think, it will be useful to add a scheduler to reboot the rig (exec the reboot.bat), not miner in "-r" option. For example -r -180 - to execute reboot.bat if something wrong with gpus and to restart miner every 180 mins.

Or just to add one another option for calling reboot.bat.

I got some usb watchdog dongles from Aliexpress. They have an associated program and watch the miner and the gpus. If the miner, computer or a gpu stops working the dongle will reboot the computer. I have not installed them yet but on a test bench they checked out okay. Just search Aliexpress or eBay for "usb watchdog."

Buy a Trezor and Protect your BTC, BCH, BTG, DASH, LTC, DGB, ZEC, ETH and ETC from hackers.
If I was helpful please buy me a coffee BTC: 1DWK7vBaxcTC5Wd2nQwLGEoy8xdFVzGKLK  BTG: AWvN1iBqCUqG2tEh3XoVvRbdcGrAzfBBpW

I'm using USB WatchDogs, however I need to reboot the rig even if all it's ok every hour, for example. I believe it would increase my share count.

Hi, Claymore,

There are plans for the second coin, and the removal is no longer relevant for mining on the GPU? ASIC evil...

Hi, @Claymore! I'm parsing last log file in reboot.bat and if it was a minspeed reboot, I'm just restarting miner instead of reboot.
So a small bug was found: after restarting miner cannot aquire management port because it is taken by previous miner instance.
It repeats this constantly until next reboot:
server: bind failed with error: 10048 (port for remote management is busy, use different -mport value), next attempt in 20sec...
If old miner instance is closed, OS must close its socket. So probably old miner is still running. Or you use Linux...
I know it must ( but such behaviour only when miner is closed by minspeed. if I close it manually and start again, everything is ok
netstat shows sockets are in CLOSE_WAIT state.

I think, it will be useful to add a scheduler to reboot the rig (exec the reboot.bat), not miner in "-r" option. For example -r -180 - to execute reboot.bat if something wrong with gpus and to restart miner every 180 mins.
rtfm ) -r option already DOES work as you described: -r 180 reboots in case of gpu fail OR in 180 minutes

And btw crackfoo/zpool is well known scamer/scam pool(steal 10% to 30%).

Source?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1951402.0

My experience with zpool shows the same. Depending on the coin and moment, he steal between 10 and 30%.

RuMiner means "Russian" miner?

Read this manual more attentively. "Restart miner" not equal "Execute reboot.bat". I need to reboot my rig, not miner, every hour, for example

agree...

after all, I've used "shutdown" command from file "reboot.bat" (there is an example in readme.txt) with 10800 sec. delay in my case. I've inserted this command in my start.bat, which one is in autostart folder.

but option in miner would be more comfortable

Hey guys! I'm super new to the forum, thanks for all the great help!

I just downloaded Claymore V11 and im getting a virus: Win32/CoinMiner!bit  is it a false negative?  I downloaded it from the main page.  Just wanted to check.

Thanks again guys

Happened to me as well.. however I am not new to mining stuff, previous versions of Claymore never showed virus alert  Huh

Me too. Cause AMD Wattman problem and mining rig hangup after boot. Now back to 10.6.

I think all of you lads should make a group, discuss it internally and decide whether to continue with mining.

I can't download v11. Each dwl tells me there is a trojan backdoor inside the zip.
It did not tell me that for all previous versions.

Hi,

anyone willing to share which coin they are mining using Keccak, with cards stats and so on?
Thx

I'm mining Ethereum Classic + SmartCash and my GPU is a 8GB PowerColor Radeon RX 480 Red Devil.

ETC: etc.ethermine.org
SMART: pool-eu.smartcash.cc

My batch-file for ETC+SMART:

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1-etc.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0x83428c64cF11af81d8a1e70c48bb375172062F69.worker1 -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://pool-eu.smartcash.cc:3333 -dwal xuNsh1ne.worker1 -dcoin keccak -dpsw password -dcri 7 -mport 0

ETH: ethermine.org
SMART: pool-eu.smartcash.cc

My batch-file for ETH+SMART:

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0x54abE209A969A9f3B0BF07D54647b786F09753b4.worker1 -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://pool-eu.smartcash.cc:3333 -dwal xuNsh1ne.worker1 -dcoin keccak -dpsw password -dcri 7 -mport 0

You'll have to find the best -dcri value for yourself.
pool-eu.smartcash.cc requires registration!

Will look into the coin, thx! What hashrate are you getting?
About the -dcri, correct, I use -ethi 15 and -dcri 60 for mining XVG and I am on a Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8Gb, getting 30.5 Mh/s and 1800 Mh/s.

It's not the pools fault, but the diff is rising fast. Don't use mining calculators like What To Mine.

hi guys, i have 2 problem:
1) i set my exodus eth wallet  in my bat file but he wont work. i got some total share but i cant see my wallet on nanopool site and i dont see any money on my exodus wallet.
2) i have got a rx 480 nitro+ but when i mining i got only 18 mh/s. if i do benchmark test i can do 23 mh/s. i know, i dont have modded bios but some people can mine more then 18 mh/s with stock bios.
i tried play with dcri and the best settings is: -dcri 120 (18 mh/s)        thank you so much at all

this is my settings:

Nobody answered me so I have to ask again:
Can someone explain me please, why I CAN mine with my GTX 1060s 3GB without problem ETH but CAN'T mine ETC due to DAG creation error? Does they have not same size DAG?
