No, actually that is not true. There are people mining XSH ( Shield ) since the difficulty is more stable.

Best

Wijnand

About my question, why is showing xsh for people mining xvg?

Because it's the same Algo i think.
@mine_Phun
Same problem here- mining XVG only and it shows XSH and XVG

1. So will the XSH showing on the website be converted to XVG

2. Also i see a XSH wallet address with some balance - But this wallet does not belong to me- I only have a XVG wallet
what is this XSH wallet?

see https://ibb.co/cW6ji7

I noticed this situation too... probably I’m mining for someone else.

I'm trying to figure that out too, tonight i will see about it.

all these pools are trash the http://mine.nlpool.nl , been up and down all day , crashing my damn rigs with thier bull shit

umining are straight up thieves , somone like nanopool needs to start a legit pool

Unfortunately Nanopool will not be making an XVG pool :/   I wrote them and they specifically said that they are not making one as they are focusing on new equihash based pool.

It is very disappointing that we can't rely on reputable and trustworthy pools to mine XVG via the blake2s algo at this time.

Maybe if more of us write them, simply to request (nicely) that they come up with a pool for us to mine XVG, they will reconsider and make it a priority, considering that there are thousands of us out there dual mining XVG.

If I ran Nanopool, I would absolutely, without a doubt seriously consider making a solid blake2s (Verge) pool, based on the sole notion that a fair amount of us are mining ETH or ETC from them using Claymore's miner, and that most of us are dual mining.

Seriously guys,  send out a quick message to nanopool's support and kindly request they give us a blake2s XVG pool.   Perhaps that will persuade them.

To avoid most of questions:

NLpool restored from backup this night. This means that we placed a full backup back of 24 hours ago, and your earnings are not visible anymore on the website.

However, the old server is still running and will finish it's payments, so no money is lost.

The pool is running stable again..... Finally.

First time trying dual-mining ETH + XVG yesterday and used antminepool.

Whattomine stated i'd be able to mine 38 coins a day, but came home to only 30 coins with 28hrs run time and counting.

Something's definitely off if I'm losing 20% of my supposed to be earnings.  Angry

I build and sell rigs! I also sell ssd clones of the most stable Windows+Claymore+AMD driver combo you'd ever used.

I had only 8.87 XVG when you restored from backup- so I have zero showing on the website now - will this 8.87 be paid out as is ?
I ask since the website states min 10 XVG payout

I've got some updates:

1. I finally set my undervolting to 800v for all 8 GPUs. Why did this take me so long to do?
2. Antminepool seems to be down (XVG), so switched to unimining. Still just these 3 pools for XVG?

Wow, 800mV? Report back if it's stable - i'm pretty sure it won't be  Grin

Lowest undervolt i've applied is 825mV and that's for a 580 Gaming X that hashes 30Mh.

Curious what cards are these and what OS.

nlpool still seem to be having issues. I just got a shield reward on my verge address. Also my miner details are no longer showing up.

Seems the restore hasn't fixed anything.

Probably rival pools are dns attacking nlpool. Best thing right now is solo mining until a good pool like nanopool adds xvg.
Solo mining is pointless unless you have a shitton of hashpower.
