I feed my family with my salary and if my boss paid me with bitcoin then I need to convert it to my local currency first before I can use it since there is no offline store that accept bitcoin as a payment in my area. So, I wont accept bitcoin as my salary nowadays. Idk in the future...just wait and see!
that's good that you are bread winner in your family where you are going to feed them with your money thats a nice work / if your boss are going to paid you with you bitcoin then hold it until you are going to need it before you convert it theres a chance that the price of the bitcoin is going high thats sad to hear that some store are not going to accept in your area, anyways thats a good choice where you won't accept bitcoin as a payment atm |

I would like to accept it, although where I live there is not a single shop accepting btc. I know this may change in the near future.
Then it would not make sense to accept it for your salary right? How will you pay your bills if there are no companies who accept it. At least that is the reason for me not to get paid in bitcoin. Being able to pay my rent, phone bill etc. would change this situation offcourse. bitcoin could be exchanged and could be used to load a bitcoin debit card so bitcoin actually being able to be used to pay your needs,there's a way but need to do some additional effort,althought with fiat will be more simple as it doesn't needed to be exchanged first but if you're trying to use bitcoin,this way could be used |

I do not want to receive a salary with bitcoin. I was a worker in the real world. and I want to get the same nominal monthly. if using bitcoin I worried my income is reduced because the value of bitcoin prices are always changing.
I have that worries too, if you receive your money in bitcoin you cant spend it easily because the stores accepting btc as payment are just few and you have to still convert it first to fiat before you can use it buying food etc. what i like about that idea is indeed its very easy and less fee when sending btc. |

Why would you worry if bitcoin can still be exchanged for fiat.? . the reason fiat is much more important than by spending less for btc such important!. Don't worry friends, surely it would be immediately when we can enjoy the better the bitcoin growth |

Well, I am not feeding my family but I tend to spend my salary as soon as it arrives into my bank account. I think saving money is a habit that a person learns when he or she is a child. If I agreed to recieve my salary with BTC, I would at least have a chance to some actual saving.However, in the short term your worries are on the point. The stability of bitcoin price is not to solved in near future. So any exchange that uses bitcoin as medium has to convert it to fiat unless they want to keep some of their profits in BTC, again with, saving purposes. |

Price may go low even low in future so if you are accepting salary in bitcoins then it will ultimately reduce your level of income and you need to think twice before spending it. |

i would also accept bitcoin if the price wasnt fluctuating that much in such small amounts of time, right now i think it is way too risky so i couldnt do that |

This is exactly what my answer would be. Bitcoin is too inconsistent to rely on. Unless, if all my basic needs can be bought by bitcoin, I would consider. But I don't think that will be possible in the near future. i am agree with you answer bitcoin is not that much accepted in some online or offline store where you need to exchange it into real money where you can use it , and you are right again that it will be possible that in the near future that we can use or bitcoin as a payment method to shop online or to shop offline to go some groceries |

How if your boss going to pay you with 100% pure bitcoin what are you going to do? and he can't play your 10 or 20% of your salary he wants all to become bitcoin are you still want it or not ? well for me i am going to accept it because even im going to exchange it into real money here in my country we don't pay for tax its for free |

I think you should think twice before accepting salary in bitcoins as it can be risky decision to make if price drops in future and if you cannot spend it directly then it will be useless to get salary in bitcoins. |

If you can earn btc then why you need btc as a salary, try to keep earning btc in various ways and get salary in fiat so it can be helpful to you in both ways. |

I think it is not the best decision at the time. The main reason is that bitcoin is a highly volatile currency, so I could not take the risk of having it as my salary, because the price may change every time that I get it, and manage it will be really difficult.

Why don't you accept 100% of your salary in bitcoins and later on exchange them to your home currency if you want or just hold them for some time and exchange them when the price grows a little higher. That is the main reason why I don't want salary in bitcoins, as of now I cannot spend it anywhere, and if I have to spend then I need to convert to fiat first and also need to pay transaction fees which is an costly affair. |

That is true. You can accept a portion of your salary in Bitcoin. That way, you will still be able to cover your daily expenses even if Bitcoin crashes. But you will benefit from gains in the currency. |
