So I want know that is ETH and ETC is same or different. As both of addresses are starts with 0 and have same wallet properties.
So can I use ETH wallet address for ETC or ETC wallet address for ETH.

Don't do that. Generate separate addresses for ETC and ETH. If you use the same address your coins will move on both chains at the same time and you don't want that.

If ETC switch to PoS, it will have less community support, at least not from miners. None of the PoS coins are increasing in value fast enough.

I think Poloniex will hang on to those funds until there has been full investigation.  I anticipate the lawyers being the ones getting fat off that one.
 
We do not have the issue of Devs with stakeholder interests.  As I understand, our devs are employees / volunteers of Ethereum Classic.
This is why we need a good governance structure.  Charles H will not be around for ever and this coin will need to stand on its own two feet one day,
(hopefully a leaderless and decentralised governance model but ultimately, autonomous governance).

The miners kept this chain alive after #192000.  They will not give it up.  Any movement foreword has to include them.
PoW is proven science.  PoS is experimental.  I see us going forward with both.

I attempted to install this Wallet on a Windows 10 machine today and it is complaining when I run the EXE that it cannot find geth running.  So I am either doing it wrong, or the .exe is looking for the other software pieces to be installed and running which apparently are not part of this download.

There should be a demand for the time frame of the return of the ETC.  Only reason anything is being done is they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

Have you got round this issue yet @Longsnowsm?  I have just tried to install on a windows 7 machine and had the same problem.  I went to start the node with a .bat file to see if that worked and i went to look in .../Ethereum-Wallet-win64-0-8-1/resources/node/?    and...  no geth?
