So you need to ask "law enforcement" when they plan to give the go ahead and release the funds?
Anyhow, "law enforcement" are probably trying to open Poloniex accounts as we speak and create short positions.
You will have to wait until the "law enforcement" is ready now, they could do it in the next 10 min or the next 10 years.
Just think yourself lucky that the "law enforcement" is involved, at least it gets them off the street and away from executing their citizens.  
I think its in one of those countries that "enforce the law" rather than "uphold the law".  i.e. a police state! so prob corruption involved.

In Poloniex, I saw the price dropped 4% today. The ETH price rose about 4%. But the ETC price might rise later.

It's all over for Apple anyhow.  Firstly, they get in bed with the NSA.  Secondly, they are tax dodgers and don't contribute.  Thirdly, the Chinese make better cheaper phones with better security.  Finally, Europe will dump TTIP.  
They will soon be where Nokia is now.

Yep, we were expecting it.  This is ETC moving from people who don't value it to people that do.  After this dump, there will be no stopping ETC.  Also, we are one of Polo's best customers.  Just think of the money they have made from the Ethereum Twins so far,

This reminds me of the time leading up to the 0.006 high. Such cheap ETC just up and down in very small differences. I'm just stockpiling at this point haha
