I llike this simple solution:

Put 100,000 GBYTE into a Byteball Foundation to use for marketing, corporate outreach, expanding the dev team, etc.

Put 100,000 aside to continue using for cashback merchant program and any other future programs.

Airdrop the rest.

Done.

I like it too, that would be my preferred model, airdrop the rest to Byteball Holder or burn them, it doesn't matter.

Freebe Blackbyte Exchange Report

There was some action this week at the Blackbyte market! Although we saw the price tanking a little bit (avg. price around 0.045 - 0.05) due to the price rise of byteball bytes the trading pair: GB:GBB seems relatively stable. I expect no big movements in the near future.

  • 24h volume: 376 GBB

  • Best Ask: 0.0533 (20 GBB)
  • Best Bid: 0.04 (1 GBB)
  • Total GBB wanted: 2788
  • Total GBB for sell: 5748

  • Total volume all time: 88816 GBB
  • Total successful trades: 1766

Partially traiding enabled! Instantly sell any amount of Blackbytes at the best marketprice.

Just type: sell <amount> <your address> for example: sell 1.45g QUVOQQRO42BWCUG7VH2G6W6CWFKTGGI4. For the amount you can use any unit, such as "g", "m" or "k".

Very true. This shows that market actually wants something like Byteball if only it was aware of the existence of Byteball and its implications. IOTA is only a bag of hot air pumped up with ICO funds. They bought their own coin with the ICO funds and also used those funds for marketing but they have no tech to actually justify the price. Byteball, on the other hand, has solid fundamentals.

There is a need to members/holders spread the word out instead complaining in this thread. Write articles, write editors to media outlet with a request to get more articles about Byteball, discuss about Byteball in discussions!

We have to remember that this absurd capitalization of Iota is entirely fictional, this value is the consequence of price manipulation by the few people who alone control most of the coins. This also could mean 50X downside potential for iota.

Also, Bittrex is closed for new accounts until they upgrade their systems. As per their notice:

"Dear new users:

We have received an enormous number of new account registrations over the past few weeks. We are excited to have so many new users who want to join the Bittrex community.  Unfortunately, we have to make a few upgrades to our support and backend systems to handle the increased traffic and load. As such, we have halted new user registrations for the time being. If you already have an account on Bittrex, you will not be affected by this change. Please continue to the log in as you normally do.

To our new users, we will keep you posted on when we open up registration. We apologize for the inconvenience!

The Bittrex Team"

hi guys,
is it possible for someone here to deposit byteballs on cryptopia. i am trying since a few days but no chance. only getting this message all the time:
Quote
Byteball Bytes(GBYTE) Address Error!
Unable to generate address for GBYTE, Reason: Investigating transaction broadcast issues
support is not answering for sure.
bittrex have similar issues from time to time. is it a fault of the exchanges or is it a byteball problem somehow?

Bittrex deposits should work.  Just test with a small amount before sending a large amount.  Cryptopia won't for a while, they are backed up with support tickets and need to fix their servers or something.

If you don't have a Bittrex account, and you want to trade gbyte, you can do cryptopia, but you won't be able to withdrawal byteball for probably a couple weeks, just trade it.

Cryptox.pl however would work for anything you would want to do (exchanging, depositing, withdrawing).  They also trade byteball.  https://cryptox.pl/
I haven't used cryptox before, but coinmarketcap lists it as a byteball exchange so I assume it's somewhat legit.

I like cryptox.pl, it is fast, easy to use and it works!
It is better than all the other bull**t sites, like bittrex, poloniex, bitfinex.

Tonych are you aware of the exchange issues and have you recently tried contacting any major exchanges (such as binance bitfinex coinone coinbase etc) to see if they will list bytes? Exchanges are most receptive to the dev team contacting them. There's also cryptochangex maybe try that out, it needs some volume. Changelly can let you market buy/sell on bittrex even without an account. That may be why the bittrex spread is almost 10%... Not very liquid.
