Do not worry, you will all receive your kit v.soon. UPS picks up once a day, but the facility is working around the clock now production is in full swing. Plus....additional parts have just flown in. my status:
I have a hosted 1-500 Jupiter order and no activity on my pool account. (Also have a day 1 hosted jupiter, and a day 1 USA shipping Jupiter). I should see movement on my 1-500 unit but nothing yet.
Sounds like a number of people are in the same boat. Just letting everyone know so if someone is in the same boat they won't think that they are the only one with no unit.

The professionalism of KNC has been superb. I love the way they have hired a massive production facility rather than try to do it in-house and hire loads of staff. I'm sure this incentivises them to get the job done quickly to reduce the costs of production. Very logical. You should tell the couriers to send a bigger van, maybe a truck, for the next collection! |

Don't trust us then - wait until we get them hashing tomorrow. PS no one should give out the tracking number - this is an expensive item and you don't need that kind of exposure on the internet. |

I think I share some first ear information I just received from a phone call with KnC: The ordering of the hosting option will not have an influence of the timing of installation. They never (intended to) promise(d) that all hosted devices will be up running before any boxes get shipped. If you are at your place in the queue (and it looks this is the payment queue), your box will either be sent to the hosting facility (which will take some hours ?) or send out via UPS. There will be no ssh or other direct access to any hosted miners. That's for security reasons and I totally agree on this. There will be a webinterface (and it looks like they are not speaking about what you see on your current order page). This webinterface also just gets finalized (omg, that's not professional!) and they can't promise that a backup mining pool will be in the first revision of this software.   Starting the production lines did not go as smoothly as they did expect. But the production is running. I congratulated them for nearly meeting the promised timeframe and it looks like they are very proud and happy they did! This does not completely match what they wrote to me on the 28th of August: Our devices will be shipped with CGMiner preinstalled, this has been further configured to work with our miners. You have access to the Linux platform via SSH to install any other mining software you wish.

I just offered to pull my sleeves up, and graft, so as many of you could be all smiles as poss., as early as poss. There's going to be a lot more out the door tomo as there's a full 24 hours of manufacturing commencing now. The refinements you will hear about later took place throughout the night last night. I'm a sweaty greace ball now, some of these guys look like Johan did after travelling to Korea and back for a couple of hours on the ground to hand carry, as well, and in case DHL's hand carrier came unstuck the other day. Both got here at the same time. Well DHL half and hour ahead, but Johan came back via Turkey to shave off two hours from a direct flight straight from Korea. That's how tight this has been. |

Having a tracking number just means that the label was created, but UPS might still not have picked up the boxes - FYI: i work a lot with UPS, you can push them to have 2/3 picks up per day, but no more, and they usually prefer to do only one pick up every day, but as soon as you introduce a delivery request in their system, they create a tracking number (which they can send to any email you introduce in the system). |

1-500 customer old #54X new since opened orderbooks #22X paid 3th june. UPS tarcking number: YES :-) MINING: NO This brings up the confusion of the original queue again Me 1-500 custimer Old #36x New #51x Paid 3rd June. No tracking or mining. Not panicking or complaining I'm sure mine will be on the way soon, but the original promise was to ship according to the original 1-500 order number so mine 'should' have gone before that order. |

I packaged more than one Saturn for sure, and yes it's respect of queue order. Also, no rest for the wicked. A load of hosting should be coming online tonight. Which means I get to leave here, and get at least somewhat closer to my clothing that' been holidaying the last few days. At least I'll have a choice of clean stuff to wear...at somepoint. |
