Just received my third Jupiter (Australia).

to give some indication on order #/payment date

Order #: 10XX - Payment Date: 6/5/13 - Ship Date: Oct 3rd - Received Date: Oct 8th
Order #: 10XX - Payment Date: 6/5/13 - Ship Date: Oct 3rd - Received Date: Oct 8th
Order #: 14XX - Payment Date: 6/10/13 - Ship Date: Oct 4th - Received Date: Oct 9th

I was in 1-500 group for a very low order # in that initial range prior to actual orders.

Edit: Also in regards to condition after about 8 different stops on their journey, total 'damage' 1 fan fallen off  Grin

I am second day June 4 with order number 8xx..still in progress ...anyone else in the same boat?

i am also day 2 #16xx in progress from monday

reply from KnC yesterday:
The production of your order is almost finalized.

We will get back to you with shipping information shortly.

This is getting ridiculous, the guy quoted had late orders and paid late and got his orders "received" not shipped but received before me ....i don't know how they are shipping but this seem to me a queue jump.....i ma unable to understand there logic or queue order....

This may sound crazy, but 5/6 means something very different to me and to a Swede than to an american. To me that's 5th June, but in america it's 6th may? So 6/7 would be 7th june one way and 6th july the other?

I can't see any way they can be following any kind of order that leaves day 1 and 2 paid orders behind otherwise. I wonder how many or what % they have produced so far? That would be handy to get an idea. Also, maybe type of rig might come into it? Producing them in batches of one type maybe?

Second clarification on my dates.

Order #: 10XX - Payment Date: 5th June - Ship Date: Oct 3rd - Received Date: Oct 8th
Order #: 10XX - Payment Date: 5th June - Ship Date: Oct 3rd - Received Date: Oct 8th
Order #: 14XX - Payment Date: 6th June - Ship Date: Oct 4th - Received Date: Oct 9th

Read my post above about pre-order from April.

I understand man mine was also a preorder and now order number is 8xx with paid before you on 4 June, so i was in line before you in order number in payment order and was also a preorder for which i don't remember the number but do remember it was very early ...now you have your units ....(by the way congrats on that) and mine are still in progress for last 3 days ...i just don't get it ....even if i ignore your orders completely ..i was day 2 production and still i am in progress after 9 day of production ..i just dont get it ...

Upgrade 0.94 has been released.

I'm getting way more hardware errors with that, the miner I update was steadily hashing at 525GH/s (+3 hours average) and its now struggling to keep up to 500GH/s (just a few minutes hashing thou).

I'd not recommend upgrading if your miners are running fine. You know how we say, "if ain't broke..."

What they added to the webui is the temps, pretty scary stuff, ASIC slots preaking at 70 Celsius

er could it be the production line ramp up I heard they had 10 lines and expanding...could it be just the expansion of such throwing some lines ahead of others (I know zip about mnfg just saying)

You should wait and see what happens to the 3h-average with the new fw before calling it bad. Peak temp here is 60 degrees. I'm running with an open case though

the only thing I can come up with now is that your device has been assigned to you per order#/pay date....but then your unit happens to be defective....now it gets bypassed until new parts arrive for your unit, while the guy behind you lucks out, gets assigned a GOOD unit, and it gets shipped/delivered....and the rest of us suckers get passed on by.....order queue is sacred....so sacred that if you unit is bunk it gets by passed so the guy behind you keeps his position in the SACRED QUEUE?Huh?

Very interesting, hashing what looks like 1btc/hr more or less to re compensate people who havent received their hosting setup yet. LOL, this is so fucked up.

EDIT: Looks as if plasmoke edited his post and took KNC's bitcoin address out. Here it is anyway:

I updated only one of my miners, will wait 3 hours to check the average and decide then.

About temperatures:

ASIC slot #1: 57.0 ℃
ASIC slot #2: -
ASIC slot #3: 63.0 ℃
ASIC slot #4: 69.0 ℃
ASIC slot #5: 63.5 ℃
ASIC slot #6: -

What I can tell you is that for now I'm seeing much more hardware errors and a crazy amount of this "core disabled - core enabled" messages, way more than before.

After 24 hours mining my unit is quite stable with firmware 0.93: ~550GH@766W.

The unit needed at least 12 hours to climb out of lows with less then 350 GH (hardware error rate at 25-30%).

HW error rate is now around 8%. Ambient room temp 22 C. Is used diff 64.

766W for a jup is one the highest consumption I heard with fw > .90

are you planning to upgrade to 0.94?

as usual thanks sharing Tongue
