I think they would announce a delay right before the end of the deadline. I would prefer to know it before but nothing we can do. Waiting patiently. The good thing is we shouldn´t have to worry about exchanges at least

February wasn't even announced as a deadline, Arthur said it was his "best guess" or something like that. I also remember reading something about further delays in a more recent comment by Arthur.
I can't find that post anymore and it's hard to tell because communication isn't very clear and spread across too many channels.
