I got the same letter too today ( UK also), but mine is written in English. Main point is to keep an eye on the Mt.Gox website for further instructions regarding submitting a claim under the Bankruptcy before 28/11/14.

Got a letter today from Tokyo District Court Civil 20th Division.
Written in Japanese with a footnote stating the English translation is on the following pages - but there are no following pages...
Any ideas?
The airmail is actually both in Japanese and English. Did you check how thick the paper is? It is because you can "open" the thick paper and inside that you find the English translation.
However, it seems like there is no more info in that airmail than what was on the mtgox.com website already.

So got this post card from Tokyo District court today about MTGOX
All in Japanese, no clue what it says.
Anyone got it and able to translate it to English ?
Makes me wonder why they send it out by Air Mail and then write it all in Japanese to foreignness.

I guess it is requirement of law to send the paper letter to creditors. Is the list of mtgox assets published already?

An interest thing about this is that this is one of the ways money will go down the drain. With the myriad (me included) of creditors, money, money, money will be (allegedly at least) spent with these procedures. :-) Bye bye goxcoins....

Got my card today. So, now we are back to cards. Keep it in good condition, it may have collectible value someday. Or at least a sentimental value. Maybe sometime in the future an exchange for such cards will CCMF to the moon.
