When I used to use Facebook (in Facebook's early days) it wasn't polished either they only improved it overtime and took several years to become what it is now
Of course, you always have to improve and put in new features otherwise your social media network will day as user will just move to the next one with better features. A good platform will do regular update/upgrade to meet the need of the users and to make the platform more secure. No perfection comes suddenly. Generally, the devs have to learn the mistakes made by opponents and create the errorless platform based on the previous experience. That's the fastest way to enter the market effectively With this, yes, I agree, but to be interesting and attract new users, you must always increase the available functions and constantly upgrade your product. Exactly, basically there's no ready platform, it has to remain interesting for your existing users as well as attract new ones. This can only be done by constantly improving and adding new features. But the platform can already be used, right? What do you mean by "there's no ready platform yet"? Surely they gonna improve some features, add new ones maybe, but there is an app, there is a browser version already, that's a product, a bit rare, but it's definitely more than majority of projects out there have. Yes, you can use it already on smartphone and with a webbrowser. The search function has to be improved, but its working. |

If it does not reach the soft cap will the investors be reimbursed or continue with the project? Will the unsold tokens be burned?
AFIK, if the project doesn't hit the softcap then the investors will be refunded.That is the practice most commonly used by most ICO 'projets. |

AFIK, if the project doesn't hit the softcap then the investors will be refunded.That is the practice most commonly used by most ICO 'projets. i believe that the ico will reach the soft cap, the project is valid and already has a working version (to be improved) both for mobile phones and web browsers which is already an excellent advertising for investors |

You cannot compete with Facebook. I know, they said the same about MySpace. But that was before the smartphone generation. Facebook has way more users, it has become part of people's daily lives and is integrated in too many apps and websites to be dethroned.
Sphere has to target that group of people who are not into Facebook.

Sphere has to target that group of people who are not into Facebook.
Even though Facebook has been bleeding users - especially the younger generations, a lot of people are moving away not because they want a Facebook alternative. Sphere needs to not just be Facebook-on-a-blockchain, but to differentiate itself as a different experience. |

I think it shouldnt be called not ready since it can already be used and even its already being used, the rest is only the maintenance. The team is organized and its platform will only depend on adjustments in joint support of the community, so that it can reach its objectives, there is not a long work to be done, but they will go through fundamental adjustments to the success of Sphere, let's be together in this journey |

Yes social network are now a part of the life of many people, big social network platform are everywhere now. I think that there is a place for a platform in the crypto world too, sphere has good chance to sucess I think, with the decentralization spirit people who like crypto will like sphere.

Read this in whitepaper: Instead of aggregating data unanimously and indiscriminately, the opt-in data sharing system will allow both users and advertisers a more accurate and pleasant means of communicating market demographics, product placement, the issuance of goods and services, and etc. So they will have paid adversiting in this SN like in facebook? |
