Ken was man enough to listen to complaints and restructure his company and give share holders a much bigger slice of the assets and divs. Everyone has an ego but I don't think Kens is any different to the rest of us.
Cool! Then a logo change and removing hideous artwork from the front page of the website should be a no brainer. Yes? Hideous artwork is gone, don't have a different logo for the site. There you go. |

I would suggest at least focus testing with this logo, and see what the general sentiment towards it is. Last 2 cents I'm contributing towards this discussion. At the end of the day, it's not my company.

I also don't think he's an ego maniac due to him AGAIN listening to whining muppets on here complaining about a website that is drawing in 8X returns for the company. Also, whether you liked that image or not, it's not exactly the most important thing in the world and definitely not Ken's priority. He's made his website decision whether one agrees with it or not. He's happy improving what he has but it's not his focus at the moment.
And please be respectful when contacting him.

Lewicki has the rights and will transfer it across for what he'd pay for it. The problem was Ken's web guy screwed up and initially tried using it when he didn't have the rights instead of using the newer one now on there. That made it look like Ken was using it without paying Lewicki which caused some friction. And as you can tell, lewicki and Ken's web guy, not best pals. |

Yep, I sold the logo to Lewicki and signed a contract to transfer ownership. If Lewicki is reluctant to transfer it to Ken for whatever reason, I'd be happy to design a not-quite-the-same-but-very-similar logo  |
