Hi friends! I need your help! I would like to send some Dero coins from wallet to account on stocks.echange. I used the old wallet, it needs paymentID but my account on stocks.exchange does not have paymentID.
Download latest from http://seeds.dero.io/alpha/ sync first. Now stocks.exchange does not require payment_ID, they use integrated_address. Hi CaptDero! I downloaded the lastest wallet and synced. But, after I recovered my wallet with seed, the balance is 0. Did i lose my coins?

Can anyone share some pearls of wisdom relating volume to price on the exchanges?
I am full-on speculating here for the fun of it.
I noticed that Dero's volume and price went up more or less as a constant ratio in the last few days.
Note that Monero and Dero share the same total supply and tail emission schedule.
Currently Monero has a daily volume in the region of 119 million USD, while Dero has a volume of something like 233 thousand (if we believe figures quoted on the exchanges - a big question mark).
I know we can't conclude anything as crude as: Monero's volume is roughly 500 times Dero's volume, therefore if Dero gets to be traded at a similar volume, it will be at 500 times the price it is now.
But can we conclude *anything* from a comparison like this?
Silly stuff, I know.

FYI - I tried to withdraw some of my DERO from Stocks.Exchange yesterday and it didn't show up after more than 24 hours. I just checked the status on s.e and was incredibly annoyed to see it was still marked as "unconfirmed" despite that I had to both enter the 2FA code (expected) and then also confirm the withdrawal via an email (unexpected, and rather annoying as it just adds friction to the process).
I'm really not sure what else I could do to ram it through those idiots heads that, yes, I really want to withdraw my coins, but until I figure it out I would say withdrawls from s.e. is broken again, but in a new and exciting way compared to previous times.

After reading your post, I personally tried withdraw with success. I am sure you have taken all care but Pls can you check all again. Edit: FYI , I have no 2fa as there are only < single digit DERO for test deposits/withdraw. Just mail confirmation. Rd.

I just repeated the withdrawal and did exactly the same steps as before: enter 2fa code on withdrawal page, wait for email asking to confirm withdrawal and confirm it, suffer through the Cloudflare DDoS bullshit that S.E does every 5 minutes (literally!) and this time, lo-n-behold, the withdrawal was approved. When I did this 2 days ago I did not check the status of the withdrawal immediately afterwards as I did today, so I don't have a point of comparison there. It is entirely possible the withdrawal was initially marked as approved and then changed back to awaiting confirmation. I'll update this post if/when the transfer arrives at my local wallet. In the meantime, I just checked the pool and saw the network hashrate exceeding 200MH/s... incredible, really. UPDATE - well, that didn't take long... the transfer arrived so guess it was just a glitch yesterday.

Maybe this was already asked & answered before, but considering the price increase, would you consider lowering the payout threshold on pool.dero.live from 2.0 DERO down to 0.5, or even 0.25?

Daily volume isn't necessarily correlated to price in that way so, not really. However, (just for fun) if Dero had a market cap of 119 million at this point in time, it would be valued around $60.

That happened to me the other day, too. Cancel, try again and open support ticket... Good ol' stocks.

About DERO The Dero Project has written a unique new blockchain technology that is based on the CryptoNote protocol. Dero's goal is to create a unique state of the art blockchain technology with enhanced reliability, privacy, security, usability, and portability by bringing together some of the best proven technologies like the CryptoNote protocol and smart contracts, thereby allowing for the creation of truly private smart contracts.
The Dero development team has implemented complete SSL across the Dero network which is a first on any blockchain. This encrypts the entirety of our network traffic, which greatly reduces our attack surface, while simultaneously preventing ISPs or other users from analyzing Dero’s network traffic.
Dero's Key Features - DERO is a completely new and unique CryptoNote blockchain written in Golang
- DERO is the first blockchain to have complete SSL in the P2P layer
- DERO will be the first CryptoNote blockchain to have 500 transactions per second on its native blockchain without any lightning networks, validators or off-blockchain solutions
- DERO will be first CryptoNote blockchain to have smart contracts on its native chain without any extra layers or secondary blockchains
- CryptoNote privacy
- Smart contracts
- Atomic swaps
- Mobile and offline wallets
- Lightweight wallets
- Subaddresses
- Escrow services on the blockchain
- Address signing and certifying
- Voting on a private blockchain
About The Developers There are three developers working on the Dero Project who have been working in the field of cryptography and blockchain development as a team for more than a decade. Dero's research and development team are devoted full time to the project, and can often be found in our Slack channel. For now, the development team are choosing to retain their privacy until the Dero Project incorporates.
Coin Specifications - Proof-of-work (PoW) algorithm: CryptoNight
- Max supply: 18.4 million for the first 8 years followed by an infinite emission rate after year 8 of ~157,000 DERO/year
- Block reward: Smoothly varying
- Block time: 120 seconds
- Difficulty: Retargets at every block
- Ticker: DERO
Dero's Roadmap - Q1/2018 - Dero's new unique blockchain written and full Activation. - Completed ahead of schedule with the extra addition of complete SSL across Dero's network
- Q2/2018 - Record CryptoNote TX/sec, GUI wallets, sub addresses, atomic swaps, and smart contract testing.
- Q3/2018 - Smart contract support on chain. Q3 2018.
- Q4/2018 - Strategic market expansion, team growth, and more (coming soon).

I'm trying to withdraw BTC from there right now and they aren't even sending the email to confirm my withdrawal...
I was just about to do the same today, but then I saw the fee was 0.001 and decided to convert my entire BTC balance to XMR. I'm otherwise not at all surprised that S.E operates inconsistently from user to user and day to day.
