Sorry but there a shit load to read and I'm cheating by asking. http://hashfast.org/List_of_Lieshttp://hashfast.org/TimelineFirst batch didn't got shipped. The deadline for the second batch is getting closer by the second and at this point they could miss it. At least partially. They are issuing USD refunds of the eq amount when you ordered, but only if you purchased with BTC. you have to sign a treat with the devil if you want an USD refund and you paid with USD, basically giving up every right you had. Meanwhile IceDrill has received several/4 working units.

Can some US forum member call and check if 415-577-5523 is still Simon Barber's private number, he gave it in May 2011, so it can be outdated. If it is, maybe we can get some info what is he thinking about all this.

PS: Bonus points awarded if you can identify what's wrong with the following sentence: "Having spent 9 yrs of my own higher educational life in the Bay Area, a new Silicon Valley/Palo Alto based mining development team peaked my interest." In addition to using the wrong "peaked", the sentence uses the phrase "Having spent ...[time in]..the Bay Area," to describe a development team instead of describing the author of the sentence. "Having lived in the Bay Area for nine years, I found myself drawn to a Palo Alto development team" is the correct structure. If there are any bonus points left, please have them sent to me as Crashfast common stock.

Gotta love this quote at ~4:45: "We plan on being in this game for many years to come." Read: "We fucked people in the past, and HashFast ISN'T our second iteration in that field. Wait till you see how we fuck people in the future now that we're flush. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've gotten myself pretty excited with all this talk about fucking people."

Nice catch! Any lawyer worth his salt would love this info. BTW, according to http://www.bitcoinsingapore2013.com, the conference was held on Nov. 15, 2013, when the interview was taken. The 25th is only when the video was uploaded to YouTube. I would say Skropenis was laying outta his ass if he didn't have it plugged with LDJ.

If not, what about Kink Coins?: Someone needs to go to CES and stand in front of their booth with these pictures and information to hand out to anyone who stops by their booth. Doubt anyone is going to give money (for bitcoin devices at least) to a prostitute.
Anyone in vegas? I'll pay.
Of course, if a potential customer is into getting raped via role play with a prostitute, then all bets are off, and the customer wins regardless if s/he receives a HashFast product or not. That's some expensive role play Maybe they'll accept Kink Coins. http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/12htcb/should_kinkcom_should_use_bitcoins/526c3f277cb1 5 points 1 year ago

It looks like it is done manually by some guy, who may have gotten bored with it by now. ONCE AGAIN, bonus points awarded if can figure out where you've seen User 526c3f277cb1 before. To be clear, I've shown two instances of BT forum member 526c3f277cb1 being closely aligned with the marketing team of HashFast prior to HF becoming formally formed: Once by two days, and once by over a year (Nov. 1, 2012).

Wasn't it surprising to see who the only poster was that replied to that particular thread?
It's uncanny that cypherdoc posted in that thread. I don't feel quite so bad now for trusting my gut that something was "off" with Hashfast when he started shilling so hard for them at the onset.

You should be feeling good, your gut saved you from further aggravation. To be honest, the whole show was off-putting for me. When looking at KNC it sounded like a genuine effort and you could tell the team was composed of people that knew what they were doing, not so much here where it was more marketing than anything else. People forget that while you can have another company build the chip for you, you have to build/take care of everything else mostly by yourself and that takes considerable effort and expertise. If you don't have that expertise in house you will end up subcontracting just about everything and you will run into issues. Then, when you run into issues and you have multiple parties involved you end up like this.

I guess I am finally going to put a course together on performance marketing. Still making $45k a month but looking for new challenges.
4:39 AM - 13 Aug 2009 Feel free to read the other 39 tweets: https://twitter.com/jameskottmeierIn case it wasn't clear, if you want to sell an ebook or a course on how to make money on the internet, this is the kind of reputation you need to build for yourself.

Having reviewed a lot of the web crumbs left in many places by Kottmeier (and I do believe that his real name is Abram Kottmeier***), my impression is that he's a serial liar who probably has generally led a very pathetic and modest life. All that marketing crap that he was involved in is just another scam, and the way to get "ahead" doing it seems to be encouraging others with lies about income from it. Don't believe crap like "making $45k a month" for a second. I don't personally know any people that apparently work(ed) as hourly male prostitutes, but I have a hard time believing that one would continue to turn tricks with random people, risking arrest and disease, if you actually had an income of over US $500,000 a year from legitimate and safe sources. As to whether or not he really has a wife and daughter, I'm not sure, although I tend to think not. But this guy is just some two bit hustler who has spent his life moving from one shady business to another, and who might of spent some time in jail. He frankly doesn't seem to be worth of much respect. He's spent too much time lying, too much time trying to personally gain at the expense of others. He's a lowlife. *** Just like the CEO's real name is Rodriguez De Casto, Eduardo L.

Did you get a PM to shill for HF as well? I did. Rejected that and put HF in perspective. If you can NOT live on the earned praise of this community and or face this community when the shit hits the fan then I suspect you don't deserve the support of this community. It is telling HF is not coming clean, paying people their BTC when asked to do so. The community is still waiting on product? Really? People here just want one of these "companies" coming out of the starting gate that sells a product off the shelf with no bullshit, with a real refund policy that doesn't attempt in anyway to bait and switch this community. How hard is that? A few have done some modest in roads but to be honest no one has really satisfied the demand for hash power yet.

I'd post it here I didn't delete it... let me check. ---- Nope I guess I found it so foul I didn't bother to reply to the offer. It was basically reward to keep the thread at the top and disseminate information they fed I believe. I am pretty sure that a fair number of people were contacted there is evidence of that clearly in the thread after they offered it of people pumping / bumping the thread up. I had been in discussions with HF for chips for our project but given the hard sell as well money they wanted upfront it just wasn't going to take that risk with HF or anyone. Most of these chip vendors are playing the funding game with chip orders. That is too risky given what has happened to me with the Avalon chips. I am never getting into that situation again unless I am working with people who have chips in hand or designing an asic ground up with our group. Found it: Quote from: HashFast on October 13, 2013, 00:59:01 Dear Bicknellski, This past summer, HashFast created a huge splash in the Bitcoin community after the announcement of its Golden Nonce chip. The Golden Nonce—a 28nm ASIC chip that performs 400 Ghash/s at nominal speed while consuming notably less than 1.0 W/GH—is projected to change the future of Bitcoin mining. Your thoughts, comments, and questions have acknowledged just how far HashFast has pushed the envelope in the Bitcoin market. Your interest in HashFast's products, as well as your expertise in Bitcoin mining hardware, makes you the perfect candidate to join HashFast’s BitcoinTalk support team. As a member of the HashFast support team, your overall role will be to facilitate healthy debate and insight within the two HashFast threads in order to make sure that those threads remain at the top of the Custom Hardware message board. Sustaining a flow of supporting posts will encourage interest in the HashFast company and our products, which will lead to increased traffic on the HashFast website, and ultimately drive up purchases of HashFast equipment. In order to achieve this goal, the HashFast support team member will be responsible for posting at least 1 – 2 supporting posts in each thread every day, or how ever many posts are deemed necessary to maintain a top position in the message board. Because we want to focus on the positive aspects of being a part of the Bitcoin community, verbal attacks by other forum members should only be met with immediate, persistent, reasoned, knowledgeable, and mature responses. Therefore, posts will be monitored to make sure that the language reflects the genuine nature and main objective of being a part of HashFast’s support team. In exchange for your services, HashFast will keep the support team reasonably updated on engineering information, and any other valuable details, that can be used to enlighten forum participants. Compensation will be $15/hr for 10 hours per week – paid in silicon. If you are interested in the position as a HashFast support team member, please contact us team@hashfast.com. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers, HashFast Forum Liaison My reply: Interesting... we are keen to discuss getting sample chips to work on our boards if that is possible. The Wasp Project Cooperative together is more interested in some sort of arrangement. At the time I was really focused on getting chips but thankfully that didn't pan out given the state of their project. I emailed them in attempts to get chips and nothing more.
