So you put your money down on some guy called Simon off the internet instead of ORSoC IC engineering. Who have a track record of bringing ASIC's from conception to market. I'm not having a go because I made the same mistake too and got bummed (excuse the language) off BFL 65nm ASIC's. The only reason BFL got FPGA's to market because a single programer can program them. Then the program is emulated. Even I've studied Verilog and VHDL and could do what BFL and HF did. Back in August.. HF had all the appearences of being legit.. I personally had to choose between HF and KNC. Ultimately it came down to picking a USA company. cough. GO USA.. cough cough

I've not called you a shill, I've said that you were shilling, or inaccurately voting for someone with no objective reasoning.
Do we really want to discuss who is better between the partners that knc and HF used? I dont think this to be the time nor the place.
Losing money hurts and you was just trolling. I'm not arsed it's a public forum for bitcoin education and my posts were on topic. I bet my 20nm chips that I bought at $1K/BTC ship before your 28nm chips paid for at <$100/BTC. Enjoy the thread have a nice evening. GO USA.. cough cough I've already made my comment that after both BFL and HF that I would find it very hard to ever again trust a US crypto-coin ASIC manufacture now. Just put a wedge down on some Indians whose office is in a ghetto in Manchester UK and I bet they pull through. After all they only wanted a deposit and their IC design company has thrown their hat in the ring. So not only is this company of immigrants based in a ghetto at risk of tarnishing their name but an already established company who'll want to be touting for international work after this project has too. They've left the all the electrical and electronic work to company that already does that and has a track record of doing that. While they just manage the crypto-coin community. Unlike BFL and HF or did Uniquify fail to design and manufacture your chips before October. Or was HF lying and they promised late December?

No sweat maybe I'm just tired and being arsey. As a bitcointalk.org community member I think HF should get all that's thrown at them and I'm trying to help even tho I have no dog in the fight. Plus my favorite lady friend speaks Italian and her Father is Italian I've never eat so much pasta and olive oil recently

http://hashfast.org/List_of_Lies#We_Are_Shipping comes to mind. About the italian cuisine... What can I say, I'm writing from an Italian pizzeria in Dublin I've not been to Dublin in a while. Back on topic I'm still butthurt over giving BFL over BTC200 in July 2012. Although there's not much more I can do on this forum about them any more. I thought I saw HF pulling the same trick with all the NDA talk. Although my previous post explains my updated opinion about the three month difference in engineering announcements and the three month difference in producing actual chips. Anyway back off topic if our current pre-orders do well and especially if BTC hits $10K this year. Then www.redstarmining.com is planning on a board meeting in Cyprus next winter due to the NEOBEE payment network being set up over there. That anyone is invited too. I have a friend at NEOBEE and am hoping on a tour of the bank. About KNC shilling well RSM isn't putting any more money down on Neptunes and we only made the 15(TH/s) order due to it being batch one and day one with a discount. I think we'd have to see at least $2K a coin before spending $10K on 3(TH/s)@20nm for Q2 delivery. Bitcoin mining profit margins are only going to get tighter and tighter. While it come down electricity costs and Moore's Law over then next year IMO. That's why we're trying our luck at LTC ASIC's pre-orders currently.

Wait, they did it, since that the deadline I gave then was today! There is not a lot to discuss about HF, they probably have the means to give to batch 1, customers what they deserve (like MPP before the end of the month), yet they prefer to ignore us... Who gives a shit anymore, I agree. Let's talk about ltc asic preorders! Is there any Chinese company doing preorders? Maybe one with a designer that was doing mod chips for a ps2 in the past? I would bet on them!

I would bet on them! Cross-post - I assumed you ordered the Alpha Technology ASICs. I personally am wary of them being a scam or not delivering until well past the original pre-order delivery date. I am looking more at Jasinlee's Fibonacci ASICs, which also have an earlier release. Though a problem some people have with the Fibonacci ones is that it will only be hosted mining until other Scrypt ASICs arrive (as in fully deliver).
http://dexceldesigns.com/news_events.html < That is what has given me confidence to put the deposits down. That company with a track record of bringing ASIC's from conception to market is handling all the design and manufacture. While Alpha is just providing all the crypto-coin community support. Another thing is we paid with bitpay and they're very fussy over who uses their payment network. Which makes me believe it's not a fraud. While with an established ASIC manufacturer handling all the design and manufacture leads me to believe they won't fail through incompetence like BFL and HF.

I think that next time that I do a preorder (it will be in another life), I will do a background check on the CEO and I will try to buy some informations about the company from the inside.
And once that I've done that I will ask to Josh what he thinks and I will do the complete opposite.

I have hashfast.co.uk which they didn't register either. Was originally hoping that they'd do a reseller scheme and I could use the domain, now just stuck with it. Might sell it.

You are right. There was no risk when I ordered from HF. Everything was clean. The problems were hidden. Look at Avalon for example, they made the people who belived in them first rich (a batch 1 avalon made what, 400 btc?), and gave just their money back to everyone else (or almost all of them). John instead keeps believing since November that their customers are gonna be fine (have you seen the price brooooo? ?)... He was kinda of proud of being new to bitcoin when we met. Bah...

I think that missing to register HashFast.org was just plain stupidity. And btw, why no one did before me? I was gonna buy it back in October, but a friend of mine stopped me... We still had trust in HF.

Hahaha! Maybe you should have read my posts, or crumbs ones, at that time. So many red flags to begin with... That was a textbook scam from the start, sorry but I can't let you say "there was no risk".
