Has anyone received a batch 2 shipment? This company is unbelievable... "guaranteed delivery" Jan 31 without so much as a peep from these scammers
If it's anything like the first batch, you have 15 days to give them notice that you require a refund.

Otherwise, if it is anything like batch 1, they will automatically assume you are giving them 30 extra days for delivery.

(In case Batch 2 customers don't know OR realize this)

They don't care about us. I ordered 12 Baby Jets + 12 Upgrades.

I can't see them standing by their word and me having 30Thash.

They took gambles on us. When it did't go in their favor, they took the easy way out of things and we had to pay.

You will have 30TH. Once that they are useless.
(after having repeated it for 4 months or so...)

Yes, they decided to sacrifice the customers on the altar of their own greed. Talk about poor business ethics.

When the interests of the customer and the company are this misaligned I doubt they will be in business very long.

I wish all of those that decided to take legal action against HF the best of luck. Even though I took the easy way out by rolling over and accepting my losses I fully support those customers that are willing to the legal route to protect their consumer rights.

Could someone in defaultTrust give a well deserved feedback to Cyperdoc? It annoys me to see his posts and nothing red under his name.

Apart from that... Batch 3 deadline is in two weeks. (tm). I'm continuously wondering what's the status of their shipments. With this thread dead, it's hard to keep track of it.

Gather some consistent information in the form of quotes from his posts and make a thread in Scam Accusations.
That'll usually do the trick if someone deserves negative trust.

Status of Batch2: 0 shipped, AFAIK.

Okay I have my BJs set up.

So we have a confirmed delivery of how many Batch 2 BabyJets?
Sure about Batch 2? Not a Batch 1 back order?

Any Sierras?

im batch 3, and im still waiting for my refund since they said to me that they will process my refund, last reaction was 2 february on e-mail.

Im expect my money in the week of 16-21 february. Hope they will hold their word. Because its about 10K men.

Hashfast is really 1 of the baddest company with no any communication between company and customers.

If they delay like this but at least update their customers like cointerra, then it will not blow like this tread...but it is already wors... and the support make it even worser..at the moment you think that it cant be worser.. lol

At least if u are too late, be honest and let people know the steps instead be quiet, that is not the way how you should work like a company, they will never come back ever again. but i guess hashfast has everything that related that they are exactly the opposite of doing things good.  Trade their own rules, make new TOS, ridicilious!

qwk, i will start that thread, thanks.

Seeing Bitcoin @ 250$ @ MtGox gives me false hopes on having my BTC back...
Everything else related to HashFast is sooo booooring.

I admire their constancy.

It seems there are Sierras, maybe just not for you.

Yes, we're mining, though we've only recently (last 24h) been able to stabilize at a measurable, relevant rate of around 50Th/s (after the latest f/w:20140205-0 aka 0.3 and cgminer 3.12.3 updates). DT will post details on where (addresses) those proceeds are going, I shared it with him earlier.

Did anyone actually successfully set up arbitration with them? I know usually settlement includes non disclosure but i figure we'd at least hear about something going on on the legal front.
