Ok, so BTCPool24 has a total of 18 GH and is at 41%, and MtRed has 400 GH and is at 23%.  Why would slicer choose BTCPool24?

Slicers main flaw atm is that it doesnt recognize poolhashrate, that is something dynamicpenalty will introduce once it gets added I assume.

If it isn't poolhashrate, what is making it select the 41% pool over the 23%?

Either random(?) based on name filter? B coming before M ? I really dont know but it seems it picks BTC pool above many other pools and coincidentally its the first in alphabet from the list in most cases atleast.

I do think c00w should add poolhashrate support to current slicescheduler/altslice asap to take care of these situations, most pools report the scheduler rate and for those who dont it could just be estimated based on currentroundshares and roundtime.

Holy contrast batman!  Refreshing was a bad idea.  Sorry to whoever updated the colors, but I have a fever, and the only prescription is more contrast.

Also, I could really use some help making the text bold as well as possibly applying the getColor function to the linecolor of the graph.

<b>these tags will bold html</b>

The line color looks to be set on line 300 of index.html.
...

Once the code gets into building the chart/table, I loose my understanding of what's going on. I'm not sure where the bold tags go or how to get the getColor function to work inside of the buildtable function. " + getColor(payload, srv) + " doesn't return the right color. I may be wrong, but I'm not sure if you can dynamically change the linecolor of the chart. Any more ideas?

You're probably looking at my changes. Dark grey screen? Bright red, yellow, green, blue? If so c00w already changed it back to original scheme about 12 hrs ago.

I call bullshit, I got 0.61 for 4100 shares, so getting 0.83 for 400 is far from possible. Using my shares as basis you would have gotten at best 0.06 for 400shares.

The only reason the guy got 2BTC+change for 23shares is cause he hit the block for 2BTC bonus.

Hmm with this new slicing I can't seem to get in the amount of shares I want on mtred and faster pools. For instance I'm at 42% on mtred and my estimated reward is 0.06393975 when it should be ~0.20. Is there a way to fix this?

Yes, I mined slush all night even though it's over 100 percent. I've got it set to mine_slush and no penalty right now.

i first update c00w client, but the errors remained.
only helped to reinstall twisted.

ok thanks for the info, I would recommend that if I see similar errors in logs

edit: btw, if you don't mind, what version of twisted for what architecture,32 or 64 ?
