wtf i deposited 0.0011 in bitcoin and everytime I try to buy litecoin it says ammount too low
too low?
what kind of scam exchange is this
I cant withdraw now either, also too low
Ddid you say 0.0011BTC? Did you do a typo and meant 0.00011 BTC or 0.0011 LTC ? They have some "minimums", I think it's about 5€, but if you can't trade 0.0011BTC then that's about 10€! Well, every exchange has some minumum trade conditions. Most I know of have 0.0005 BTC though, 0.0011 BTC is indeed very low. then they shouldnt accept deposits lower than minimum btw i found out that minimum to withdraw is 0.005 = $35 - which is pretty lame this is bullshit, cant withdraw, cant buy Hi 4x4et. Sorry for the inconvenience. The reason you can't trade your funds is because there is a minimum order size that isn't being met. You're welcome to look through the list and find a currency that you can trade to. Please also have a look through our minimum withdrawal support page to find out which currencies you could withdraw afterwards. If you need anything else please let us know! Thanks for understanding.

Hi samlitecoin. You're welcome to withdraw cryptocurrency to another Kraken account but not fiat for compliance reasons. Please note that you cannot withdraw Ripple, Stellar Lumens, Monero or Zcash to another Kraken account either. These funds would first need to be withdrawn to an external wallet. If you need anything else just let us know!

Hi samlitecoin. Typically you would contact support and let us know then we would take steps to give you access to your account again. They other option would be to create a backup on another Yubikey and keep it somewhere safe, such as a vault or safety deposit box. Please let us know if there's anything else! Also, if you enable our MasterKey feature, which is a very strong static password, you can bypass the login 2FA if you lost your Yubikey.

I could probably fnd this out by wading thru the kraken site but maybe you are in for a quick reply saving me the effort:
what is the cost in % of sending my litecoins from my wallet to my kraken account, then converting them to fiat, then collecting fiat via my bankaccount
vs.
leaving the coins in kraken until such time I convert them to fiat and pull them off?
thanx again, -sam

Hi again samlitecoin. Sending your funds would be a minimal miner's fee, but the actual cost would be up to you and which wallet you use. Assuming you aren't trading more than $50,000 in a 30-day period, the cost would either be 0.16% or 0.26% depending on if you make the order yourself, or if you take someone else's already pre-existing order (maker vs. taker fees). You can find our full fee schedule here. There are different costs for different currencies and countries. You can see what the cost would be for yourself here. If you deposit your coins and don't sell them there would be no cost after the miner's fee to initiate the transaction from your wallet. There would be a small fee to withdraw your funds at a later date.

Hello, Is it possible to withdraw FIAT into Russian bank account (I have EUR, USD accounts)? The thing is that we don't USE BIC or IBAN and I don't have it, maybe I need to ask my bank to provide it? I'm using Raiffeisen bank, so it's purely European bank with a subsidiary in Russia. Also what is this: Description * Unique description used to identify this bank account. I never meet anything more difficult before than withdraw funds from Kraken What is the fee for FIAT withdrawal to bank account?

Unfortunately, we don't have a banking partner that can facilitate withdrawals to Russian banks. However, if you have a bank account in the SEPA zone you can withdraw Euro to that bank account. You're also welcome to deposit, trade and withdraw cryptocurrency normally. Thanks for understanding.

Warning to all Kraken users! Please note that Kraken continues to display false OHCL data, and they are thereby knowingly manipulating trade trends on their platform. Please check today's ETH/EUR market around 6 o' clock (CET) this morning. The peak of up to 510 ETH/EUR is false as no trades took place according to given information.
This issue has been reported several time, and Kraken does not care to solve this problem, even though according to them they know the cause of the problem, but it has not been solve since at least spring 2017. This make us wonder if they are doing this on purpose.

Hi CryptoTeng. I'd suggest opening a ticket here so our trading specialists can investigate this for you. Thanks for your patience. Our informant already opened a ticket, and Kraken denies to take any responsibility. Please stop your pretense of trying to solve this. When clearly you are not doing so. you have lied to us before about this issue, and we expect nothing more from you, but there is the tiny of hope that Kraken will finally solve this problem, and take responsibility by issuing adequate refunds and/or compensation for your faults. Most important is however, stop your fraud, and start displaying correct OHLC data.

The CFTC seems to be interested in your data as well and apparently this lead to the start of an investigation on illicit trading practices. We have some more new Kraken reps starting! Kraken-RJ will be helping clients on Bitcointalk. Please keep in mind that no Kraken rep will ever ask you for personal information about your Kraken account. The only things we may ask for are your ticket number and possibly your Public Account ID. This is different than your username, which should not be shared for security reasons. If you have any questions/concerns please let us know! NEW REGISTRATION

Hi samlitecoin. For that request I'd suggest that you open a ticket here and escalate that ticket using this form. One of our verifications specialists would be more than happy to answer any questions you have about your ID. Please let us know if there's anything else!

Hi CryptoTeng. I'd suggest opening a ticket here so our trading specialists can investigate this for you. Thanks for your patience. Why do you suggest opening a ticket if Kraken does not care to take care of this problem? Again, why does Kraken still not keep to its own Tos? As far as we get it Kraken still denies to pay refunds and/or compensation when it is clearly Kraken's faults. Furthermore, why does Kraken not correct the OHLC data, and why are customers not informed about this issue?
