so they've run with the money? not good. :-[
didn't say that (yet). Only they should effect proper and immediate refunds where needed if they still can't deliver. Do you have any further info or pointers as to what's going on there behind the scenes? Any input/experience/reports would be highly appreciated!

It's a shit feeling - so I wish you all the very best of luck in getting sorted with this.

On 18 June 2014 Dear Customer,
Acknowledging your refund request and your BTC wallet. I have escalated your request to my supervisor and you shall receive a reply once your request has been processed.
But now, there is nothing. No refund, No tracking. Nothing. I send them messages everyday, they merged these to one, but they don't reply. Only on Friday, they copy news from website and paste it for me. And today is Friday, i think there is a news. And certainly, they will update it for me. Sure

Sure so far, they appear to be talking about your "e-mail request" only. Did you receive any message stating that they "will soon process" your refund yet? As in **actually sending back your pre-paid bitcoins**, I mean? If you get them THAT far, THEN you'll be talking...!

Yeah, i have been sorta at peace with not receiving my two x1s lately as the thought that people have ordered multiple x3s and not recieved them either makes me feel sick for those individuals.
At the same time, that six hundred bucks could come in real fuckin handy right now. Bastards. The absolute worst thing is that by the time we get these we can't even recoup what we spent on them by reselling them. It is a total loss. If you decide to go the other route and mine with it, if they ever come, by the time you get close to your roi, if you were to try to sell it then it is nothing more than a fancy paperweight.
And boom goes the dynamite.

Today or tomorrow there is normally an update....every week...wow what will they find now... boy, am I curious too -- already biting my fingernails here... ;) How about the truth then -- it would be so much easier to assess our (common) situation here if they, for once, would tell the whole truth and/or disclose their communications with China etc etc. All that "continues to ship" and "resume shipping" stuff doesn't cut it (and isn't true)! We want (1) mining hardware, (2) a true and honest report on when we will see it at our doorstep if it isn't on its way (proof would be a tracking number) (3) due to overly missing all thinkable deadlines, a no-nonsense AND IMMEDIATE refund where requested If Minersource do care about their business and their overall future prospects, they better start talking and/or doing no-nonsense refunds NOW. I would be the first to post good news of them still turning out to be reliable immediately after receiving my hardware or my money back. It would be in THEIR best interest, seriously...

Ya know, i was just thinking, if black arrow really doesn't deliver, can minersource file suit against them? Or would minersource have to do that after they are sued them selves to then recoup loss?

naa, they absolutely do not have to wait for being sued themselves -- they could (maybe should) do that right away, depending on where the bigger pressure's coming from (and whether there is ANY milestones whatsoever completed in time on BA's part, which is rather doubtful here). So let's take it up a few notches, boys... ;)

So is this it? Is the long wait for a conclusion to this long con finally here?
No product, no refunds and now no communication. Looks like the delay train has reached its final destination!
Perhaps Interpol could make themselves useful no? This is a multi-million dollar fraud after all....
no, this is just hearsay so far -- Minersource still can do the right thing and (1) DELIVER or (2) do no-nonsense refunds in order to stay out of trouble -- and they better!

Minersource has been put in a terrible position and are refunding people out of their own pockets. I wouldn't be surprised to see minersource sue the shit out of BA in the near future. I really hope that minersource gets through this mess without suffering too much damage, as they are good guys who are doing the best they can in a shitty situation.
We should all band together and set a firm cut-off date until which we'll wait for REAL information or shipment of our products. If that date passes, we can pool our thoughts and funds to hire a firm that can help us recoup our losses. There's enough of us hear that if we stand together we can't be ignored.
I'm still hoping for a miracle in this mess, but also am ready to start preparing for the legal battle that could be coming.
Whats everyone's idea for a cut off date?
Bobsag3, Thomas s, anything you can add?

no, this is just hearsay so far -- Minersource still can do the right thing and (1) DELIVER or (2) do no-nonsense refunds in order to stay out of trouble -- and they better! Unfortunately most of us ordered directly from BA. While I'm not 100% sure that Minersource isn't hosting our ASICs in a secret location for BA it does look like they are just as fucked as we are if not more so. Well MS can't deliver anything, as there's nothing for them to deliver. Them hosting a bunch of X-1s would make no sense for them. At this point, they are just trying to wash their hands of all of this. I think they like us have held out hope for as long as they could, and are now refunding people out of their own pockets to rid themselves of the whole thing. The guys at MS have been amazing and helpful through all of this, and I feel for them. I, like many others, plan to take any refunds from MS and spend it at their store on other equipment.

I think that those who are to blame at this stage in my opinion are VeriSilicon! and you can't tell me that you would attack a trusted name company
I just have one question to ask staffs if they pass through here what is the deal with the X2 and how it relates to the recent customers if it is running could we exchange it instead of x3 or x1?

The X2 isn't going to be available if the X-1 isn't.

Could this be the surprise they were referring to all along ?!?! Oh wait, that's no surprise. Maybe the surprise is that BA owns both, GHash.io and BTCGuild and they will issue a new blockchain which effectively refunds all of us who spent in BTC by wiping out those transactions? Too bad I sent them the wire....

First off I would like to apologize for the loss of communication and information. The past few days have been very busy for everybody, and contact was a bit difficult at some times. At the moment we are in full production. The X-3 backplanes we tested are working and we are producing them now. We are also busy shipping the X-1's. We have a few X-3 backplanes that are made by hand undergoing tests and software tuning. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfwnKZTeAG8The noise in the video is not from the miner but background noise. Sorry for the inconvenience. Here are also some more pictures: http://ecointalk.net/gallery/album/41-05-07-2104/
