I don't want to be a downer, but you really need to work on your password management especially in the Bitcoin space. That said, the site is in some kind of transition so you won't be hearing from customer service quickly. I recommend you keep trying old passwords.

I'm not so sure there will be anyone who can help you, because the party that can best handle this is freebitcoin but you see TheQuin has not been active in this forum for a long time, the representative who was introduced to answer all complaints that appear in this thread is no longer so active, if you can contact them via email, you should continue to do so even though there is a big chance you won't get a response either, but who knows they have changed or mention them on their twitter account (X) can help.

I remember I had the same problem a few months ago. I got error saying the passoword was incorrect while I was sure it was correct. There have been similar reports by other users in the past months too.

I'm going to give it a shot. Samurai was real çomplicated though. I used to use the whirlpool and it would send copycat type transaction with it to basically make it more anonymous or less likely to be tracked(no idea why I thought that was a good idea)

How do you know that "the funds remained on the site"?

For now FreeBitco.in is not ready to resolve any of their issues but I believed they will in the future. Just like others have done it before. And the best nwayntondo is to come here and create a "resolving" or "refunding" thread so those who have problem with the casino can visit the website and resolved their problems then they in turn come back to the forum again and continue their business activities in the forum. We pray for them to come back and resolved everything because they were reputable in the forum.

I checked tos aswell and I too think they have curacao licence. But wouldnt that make them have to put KYC, maybe they have problems with the law and thats causing the loss of WOF

TheQuin has said that Freebitco acquired a license to look more professional because old, three-line TOS was making them look amateur. They have also said that license adoption wouldn't affect the website in any way, which means that they would never ask for KYC documents. I know it sounds strange but that's what TheQuin said.

That is the risk when entrusting our assets to an online platform, yesterday they might be trusted but slowly there will be unexpected things that will ultimately be detrimental to investors.

Freebitco.in was the website that got many people introduced to Bitcoin. It's the website where probably most of us got their first Bitcoins. Years ago, they were giving away 1 Bitcoin every hour and also since they are one of the earliest adopters of Bitcoin, I assume their cold wallet is full of thousands of Bitcoins. Someone even posted an address of their wallet where some funds are stored but I can't find that post. If I remember correctly, they had one million USDT but I am not sure. If I find that post, I'll include that here.

Again, what do you expect from a casino that has been having issues almost since the year began? I haven't actually played on this casino for a while now because of their issues as I wouldn't want a situation where I wake up one morning and discover that the site is no longer online, which simply means that I and every other persons or users who had fund in the site have lost access to it.

I am advising gamblers to stop playing on freebitco.in, but all should make sure they are doing it with a most minimal amount of money they can afford to lose, and to also expect errors like this from time to time.

I hope they one day wake up to fix their sh*t and return this casino back to its glory days, because up till now, no one can tell what went wrong with the freebitco management.

And I also advise those who have an account with this casino to withdraw them all if they can since the problems can be fixed at times. And now that the problems can be fixed for continuous refreshing because they will be a time that it will not work again. So they should use this opportunity to withdraw if possible and leave the casino for good. This casino is having issues for it participants yet people are still there. Though it is a personal choice.

He may actually be right by saying the token is worthless if he said that judging from the price he bought that tokens at, or the price of the token when he bought into it.
Like I can see from coinmarketcap that the all time high of Fun is $0.33, now imagine he bought 40,000 fun tokens at the price of $0.1 (for example), that simply means he spent a whooping $4000, and now, Fun token is $0.0033 for each token, 40,000 tokens times $0.0033 each, that's around $132 left.

Imagine putting $4000 in a token, and locked it, only to be able to potentially withdraw $132 when the tokens unlocked, that's completely worthless if you ask me.

December is just a month away after this month is over, if there the market condition remains positive, then likely the the price of Fun token will remain in its current price range.

I agree with you, end of december is in 2 month and a half only. FUN token is able to fall below 0.0025 before the end of the year but I don't think it will go down further. 0.0015-0.0020 will be the bottom range for the 2 next quarters IMO, that's to say till March 2025 at least, if nothing new happens of course and if we get back the WOF spins feature and the premium membership level program. Because if they don't go back within the next 6 months, I think more and more people will start to sell them instead of staking them into the investment plan offered.

You used to be able to look up their wallet on OXT.me. The problem is that the database was ran by samurai wallet and taken down. It was one of the best tools ever. I remember them having a healthy amount of BTC.

I just rolled and it was fine. Usually when the roller doesn't work. Refresh the page. Double check your VPN if you're on one. Usually it's not a Freebitco issue.

Price only stops descending when the last person has given up and sold all.   Same would apply to BTC which has always moved lower then people wanted or expected it to so I presume a token with alot of liquidity could move that way also.   The counter to price is possible benefit from holding it, it relates to the user base for that possible application but with no activity its a plain empty use token (underlined by the spins absence) ; population of active users I would expect correlates to price some.   Presuming this site gains alongside any gain of users BTC itself has then in continuation it should benefit over time.

    I could never remember that, can anyone or has a screenshot.  That would be funny to see, I would say my own very dimly lit memory would be no more then 500 Satoshi per hour which is nothing close to what you mention.   I dont dispute it exactly, I do have a screenshot somewhere of other faucets to do that & there was many more originally.   To encourage involvement, interest and a wider user base, the idea of a faucet was not exactly purely selfless but a kind of positive advertisement for BTC; mutual benefit.   I do try to say that still applies now to every long term 'open' site that they are the useful backbone of BTC imo.

Some people have strong affiliation with this casino as it is one of the oldest one and they are optimistic that it will come back to normal. Also there are gamblers when their stuck money is released, they think that the casino is back to normal operations and they keep on depositing and playing at the same casino. Also, we can see there is no decline in the popularity of this casino. I just wonder whether there is any official data available of how many gamblers were active on this site few months back and how many are the current active gamblers there ?
