i have problem with cloudbet, i play there 2015 and forgot that i have BTC on account.

December 2017 i receive mail from cloudbet that i have bitcoin on account login and find 1.4BTC (see picture) make 0.2 btc withdrawal and receive.

After that i try again withdrawal but he cancel my withdrawal, disable me to login (wrong password) and ask document. I send him all what he ask many time but he never answer or verify my account and allow me to login and withdrawal BTC.
He decide to take my BTC with "never do verification way"

When did you try to verify your account? Back in 2017 or recently?

If it was back then, then I suggest you contact their support again and ask them as to why they blocked your account. At least you deserve to know the reason

Last time may 2018, after that i think that cloudbet is scammer and lose all hope I can take my btc back.
I try search "cloudbet problem", find this forum but only complain without answer (early 2018).
In the meantime i receive many promo mail from cloudbet and now again make search and see that @cloudbet is active here after april 2018 but i make search feb 2018.
Hi never answer, 2015 this was around 300$ now is 85.000$ and that is problem i think he don`t want pay this.

Still waiting over 35 hours and now they blocked me access to talk to them in chat and I have an option to contact only by email, I have never experienced anything like this, this is the email I received from them several hours ago and there is no change.

ETH gas price has skyrocketed in the past few days, and your withdrawal was initially broadcasted promptly, but with a gas price that ended up being too low to get it into a block. We had this issue for a number of customers, and I expect other operators and exchanges did too.

We've had to drop those transactions and increase the withdrawal fee, as the gas price is much much higher.

I know $50 is brutal and I wish we didn't have to, but it isn't up to us - those are current ETH gas prices. As soon as gas prices fall, we will drop our withdrawal fees.

FYI the withdrawal fees are only to cover gas price - in fact we subsidise it.

Future experience? I brought you another chance and this time I made a withdrawal in the middle of the week and it has been more than 48 hours and requesting a withdrawal is still in pending mode and at first I was told it would take 24 hours maximum and after that they changed it to 48 hours maximum and now just tell me to wait patiently.
It's just shocking that your site does not meet the rules you set for yourself in terms of withdrawal times and even that the $ 50 commission you do not meet your conditions. The funniest thing is that even your support person "Sue" contacted the payment team several times and they ignored his messages and he said he understands what I was talking about and that he was speechless like me.

@dezoel indeed delays in withdrawals definitely hurts, and hence I believe that Cloudbet is on the right path by adding new coins and hopefully in the long run they’ll enable instant payments too. That is something different with the terms. Cloudbet has got some accusations, but they used to overcome those with their service and support. Now the terms for withdrawal is completely unacceptable. However we the users need to be cautious before making an investment. Most of the time users just think about the deposit bonuses and go for it. Later only realise the mistake of not reading the terms.

Personally I never had any issues with this site. They paid me my withdrawals very quickly in the past, also 5 figures.
I do not play with them any more, because I think the odds and markets are very limited. But the experience from my side was good.

They might have charged according to the network congestion in the Bitcoin network and i assume this because there were times in the past several months that the transaction charges jumped multiple times and when you are trying to withdraw during those times you are bound to pay more.
If you could compare with the average charges during that period in the mempool with the charges cloudbet charged then i hope you will have the clarity.

They have been charging a flat 0.5424 mbtc for withdrawals for close to a year now while I haven't seen them pay this much on the blockchain for the past 10 or so btc withdrawals which I made across various months at various times when the mempool was relatively empty. At maximum, I have seen them pay close to 0.39 mbtc for couple of my withdrawals. I was still okay with it, but recently I am seeing them pay only 0.11 and 0.13 mbtc which is way less than what they charge their customers. At the time I placed these withdrawals, btc price was over $ 50,000 so it does pinch me that while I paid 1.0848 mbtc to cloudbet while they have paid a meagre 0.24 mbtc on the blockchain and pocketed ~0.85 mbtc ($42+) to themselves. I did ask for the refund over discord and to their live support but with no luck and I let it go but when I see them mention "we subsidise transaction fees" is when I thought I will share my experience.

I have started using litecoin for my betting and really dont care if they now charge me 5x of the transaction fees they pay. Haha!!

The best option is to always make bets with Litecoin, no matter how much we are used to betting with BTC, many times we think, uff I bet with BTC to earn more BTC also the BTC is going down in price, when it becomes an uptrend it will be a lot more juicy my profit, but we do not take into account when we are going to withdraw funds, and that is where it hurts, because the commissions are usually large.

Yes, thats what I have been doing. I bet in ltc only on cloudbet and they have been able to process my withdrawals in a few hours. So basically, I can ask for a withdrawal everyday (if I am winning...lol). But having mentioned all of this, cloudbet is really superior as far as user experience & odds is considered and I am happy with them on that front. The only wish I have is if they have more promotions like the other books!
