a quick update on that: this changed after I hired a lawyer in Curacao, specialized on E-Gaming (thanks to Lonnie for the contact) a couple of months ago, and in the end 1bet temporarily re-opened the account, so that I was able to withdraw my money now.there are lawyers in Curaço who deal with online bookmakers' scams there.I don't know what country you are from, but if you go to the police of your country, most of you will be sanctioned for playing on an unlicensed site. What country are you from?

I’m not sure you should contact anyone you meet from a forum due to security reasons, hence I would suggest wait for Cloudbet to sort it for you. However if you want to pursue it legally then, do proper due diligence otherwise you’ll end up burning more money in legal fees.

I played on cloudbet, I won around 11 ethereum, I requested a withdrawal then refused for account verification, then after 2 weeks of waiting and relaunching, the support finally unblocks my account only for withdrawal from the fund remaining. but I no longer see my 11 eth balance, there was only 1.87 eth so the deposit I made to cloudbet. they canceled my winnings under the pretext that I have several accounts opened with them with the same IP address, I recognize them because in 2019 I sponsored my brother and promote the cloudbet site. why he does not give me my gaisn in games whereas on my brother's account there were only losses then for not reimbursed also if it was illegal. i worked hard then played hard as live blackjack, my winnings are legitimate and justified. moreover on old account it has been more than 3 months since he no longer played on it. just because of the same IP address, cloudbet reserves the right to withdraw my profits, if they were losses will he reimburse them?

this is a very tricky situation in which the casino should take into consideration that the other account that your brother has has not been used for 3 months, plus I don't see that another account would make you earn much on that account you said had 11 ethereum for them to cut your winnings, as I'm not a casino expert maybe I'm wrong and they're right, but I don't see how a second account can make the first account have many wins. anyway you at least have your ETH, better use another site because it seems to me that this site it's not providing good service, i see a lot of complaints

Snooker, pick any game, around 0.001 BTC, so ~44 USD

Are you allowed to rebet? Or bet multiple markets, like all the handicaps? Because otherwise these limits are pretty terrible, no?

By contrast Nitrogen might let you have 0.2 BTC on tennis (not that I use that lol) and probably 0.03 BTC on minor sports.

Actually, most of the casinos & sportsbooks will not allow you to just deposit and withdraw. I have been in such a situation and it feels terrible but you need to probably rollover once the deposited amount before withdrawing. I shouted at a casino's support initially because I was like, dude I am paying the transaction/withdrawal fees so just send it. But the support person informed me that due to money laundering and mixing issues they have to put such limitations in place.

I don't your exact problem but mostly that is it. Cloudbet has a live support option on-site so they might also help you out. I wish to see you get back your coins asap.

Cloudbet is one of the worst casinos for Bitcoin players. Besides the huge withdrawal fee, there are several other things designed against Bitcoin players. I will mention that in my detailed review that is going to be published soon.

Cloudbet charges extra fees for withdrawal and you can see in topic made by Pmalek that they are among few betting websites that charges highest withdrawal fees, but BetHash and BitDouble charges even higher fees for withdrawing.
It is not really stealing because you accepted their terms when you signed and registered with your account, but it's not fair towards customers and they should improve that.

@GamblingBro. It is not technically stealing, however, yes it should be understood that you were using the word as an expression that they are charging too much. But similar to movie theatres where they also make money in snack and drinks, I reckon small sportsbooks also try to have additional revenue from withdrawal fees.
