@hazek are you going to give us an explanation of
1. What happened. 2. Why there was zero communication to users via Twitter/forum/email - Twitter takes 5 seconds to tweet a message. 3. What you have done or will do in order for 1 or 2 not to occur again.
In short we accept there will be technical issues, but your zero communication (MtGox) style of customer relations is not going to do you any favors...
Huge +1 from me. This is not about the technical problem itself. I understand that DDoS and the banking software problem can take a while, and I also understand that you now have a backlog that hopefully gets worked through within a few days. But, really, Hazek: next time there's a meltdown like yesterday, please give us AT LEAST ONE UPDATE PER DAY.There is ALWAYS enought time for that. A quick note so we know you're working on it, and didn't run away with our coins/money. That's all I ask for, and I really think you should keep it in mind. One. Short. Update. Twitter, or email, or news item on the webpage. Your choice. But one update per 24h. That's all.

Same problem here, withdrawal confirmation emails not arriving.
Check Spam. Mine always go there. I was able to withdraw all my funds this morning, after some nail biting hours... That's not it, simply not getting the email. Got withdrawal confirmations just fine 2 days ago and received deposit confirmations just fine today. I just tried again, withdrawal emails definitely aren't coming in. Not in spam folder either. I've already received a password reset email and a message about my SEPA withdrawal being completed after problems with withdrawal request mails started happening. So it's just the withdrawal request mails that aren't coming for some reason.

Apologies, as I stated a few pages ago, we are waiting for our international tests to confirm the issues are resolved before making an announcement. I expect this to happen tonight or tomorrow morning.

You are demonstrating wilfully ignoring us now... interesting... Apologies, as I stated a few pages ago, we are waiting for our international tests to confirm the issues are resolved before making an announcement. I expect this to happen tonight or tomorrow morning. But dont you see, that is exactly the problem. Until now, you havent even admitted there was a problem with site down, unusable, API down.... blocking of legitimate users ... BTC withdrawals not happening etc etc... That is the problem. You need to communicate WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM that there is a problem and you are working to resolve it. At least them people know something is up. Otherwise, we are all in the dark. Step 1 is to acknowledge there is a problem - that works for you too because you dont have to wade through 1000 support emails etc asking wtf is up. You can do that over twitter. It's not hard,...5 seconds... Step 2 is when you things are getting near under control to give a status update - not resolved but we're getting to grips with it. Step 3, is the morning after stuff... You cant just jump to step 3... and frankly it looks like unless we hadn't goaded you, you'd have remained silent. That's not acceptable. WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS. We pay your salary, so please respect us a little. And have some respect for the fact failings on your side can have huge financial consequences for us.... you must be more responsible. Customer relations dont get better with silence - they get better by owning up, up front. tell someone higher up about this so they develop a better policy for dealing with incidents

Warning to users:
Another problem persists: Adding the order however is instant, and instantly shows in the open order list..., but cancelling an order takes about 60 seconds to register on the system - huge lag.
Buyer be ware!

My account finally got funded! Would you care to share the details of the transaction with us? When you sent it, from where and how big the amount was so we other folks know what to expect.

I did cash out about 20 BTC and all went pretty instantly. Also the mail for this cashout came instantly and also changed very fast to status: Finished:
ID Date Description Amount Status 228016 Nov. 20, 2013 Bitcoin 4.00000000 BTC Finished
BUT it never showed up on the blockchain...
Please fix ID 228016
Thanks
better check in your bitcoin client, it seems to me that there's a problem with blockhain.info

Hasek or anyone else in charge.
What's up with the broken commission fees? Are you going to compensate the trading fee loss back to customers? What's the deal with huge lag when cancelling open orders?

This, both my BTC and my USD 30 day history says 0, so my commission is .5% instead of .2%...

+1 on this. Also, just an FYI to anyone doing wires to USA - there appears to be a consistent "intermediary bank" wire charge of $27. I've done 2 withdrawals in the past month and both were hit with that fee, and I've confirmed it is on on my bank's end.

I've done 2 withdrawals in the past month and both were hit with that fee, and I've confirmed it is on on my bank's end. He already explained it: The fee has been reset and is now being recalculated which takes 2 seconds per every user(after maintenance server has to re-calculate the last 30days of trading for every user).
While the fee may not be correctly displayed the correct fee is applied when trading. This can be confirmed in your transaction's log.
I haven't verified that the correct fee is actually applied, since I already emptied my account.
