Dealing with Stress is not easy, but there are certain for you to avoid being in a stressful situation. You, as a person, should be able to manage your stress. Sometimes, sleeping is one of the best way to cope it up. You should also learn on how to relax yourself. Do not make decisions when you are stress. As much as possible, make everything okay. Let yourself be ready and also your emotional feelings. Godbless.

I listen to music that exudes positivism and talk with people who could make me laugh or at least understand life better.
That's true, talk to a persons that can also understand any kind of situation, talk to a person that is already matured and not to talk to a person that will just bully you when you are stress, there are some persons that even if they are your friends they still bully you even if you already have a problem and especially when you are stress, but I, I just want to be alone and listen to a relaxing music and the after that sleep for a while.

With stress you need to struggle with physical exertion, after attending a sport you feel calm and up-down, but a little tired. This adds a good look to the figure and relieves stress.

I can recommend cannabis oil to everyone who has stress or and agitated mind - as well as vaping cannabis or smoking it straight

tobacco and cannabis don't go together

this man has a great canna coco oil recipe

Everything depends on the person himself. Someone has enough cups of tea to relax. Another occupation is sport, swimming. And also a trip to the cinema and a simple walk in the shops.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
For me, the best way to avoid stress is to take a nap or sleep. But whenever I can't sleep, I'll walk around just to take some fresh air or play some games and listen to music. In that way, it makes me forget the things that bothers me but in a short period of time only.

Try to accept everything that's happening to you right now so that you can handle it more easily.  You should always think those problems that you are into that in time it will just go away.  Stop thinking negative thoughts before bed time. Try to relax so you'll be able to sleep in no time.

Do not make it more worse by doing some stupid thing. Find the place that make you feel calm and peace, the best is could near the beach. Calm down for a while, then take out your phone call the person that you really care the much and also the person care for you also. Talk to him or her. The best is maybe your mother, and your father, or the ones that really close to you.

Take micro breaks! Try to clear your head. When you do take a break get up and walk around, try to go outside. It's tough eliminate it all unless you're away from the city. The city causes a LOT of stress on people.

Yeah the best way to handle the stress is to relax before going to sleep, don't think any problem because thinking about your promblem doesn't help ,its make you feel down and more stress, so just relax especially if you want to sleep.

Go somewhere else that will make you feel comfortable and far way from people or things that makes you feel stressful.  Find time for yourself.  And you will have a very nice sleep after those moments that stressed you out.

For a quick relief, you should ask for sleeping pills to a doctor.  And eventually seek help to your doctor to overcome anxiety. Try it if it will work for you.
