I'm trying to learn how to meditate.  I actually tried couple times, but it wasn't successful(( However, for some people, like me, meditation is hard.  Now I found an app for it... trying again.

For me, cleaning. Usually when I'm stressed it's because of something outside of my control, so organising my home makes me feel better. It helps because I'm doing something, it doesn't take long, it works out tension and at the end everything looks better.

My favorite thing is water fasting, completely frees your mind and body and puts it at complete rest.

It you want to handle stress. Simple just don't think of bad things and also you just need to do some positive things that will help you lessen your stress. Stress is bad and you should do some activities.

I think meditation works really well... there are some apps now which could help you to meditate or at least to start meditating if you've never done it before

Meditation. Clear your mind from all your worries. Do some yoga exercises. Then eat a bucket of ice cream while watching Vice Ganda's show.

Best way to deal with stress is
PRAY
Throw everything to God. Offer a prayer to Him. Talk to Him and be free to pour out your emotions. Stress is the way of the enemy to snatch out our focus on God. The enemy wants us to focus more on the problem and less on the blessing. Just focus on the positive side in every circumstances. Cast your cares unto Jesus because He cares for you. I hope you'll have a good day ahead of you.

[dragonballa]
exercise is the most important factor to reducing stress in my eyes.
It is the perfect way to relieve stress, nothing makes you feel more alive than pushing your body.]

Do your favorite thing, go in for sports, run, throw out negative emotions, relax in the bathroom or watch a cool movie.

Preoccupying myself with other stuff always works for me. Whether that be doing overtime work or binging Netflix, it doesn't matter. Just keep in mind that you have to let it go. Stress causes harm to both your physical and mental health.

You don't have to deal with the stress. You just have to tell to stress that everything is is as right and as good as it should be, it doesn't matter how much deer tries but it will have to get slaughtered by tiger, and it doesn't matter how much tiger tries, it will have to work hard for his food unlike easy food of deer. Learn to accept what nature has made you Wink
