Here is a sure fire way of balancing out the hashrate and making the coin stronger. GET NEW MINERS. How about some sort of marketing campaign that will attract new miners. We know that UTC is still roughly twice as profitable as any other coin. We also have a strong hold community. Since Nitro has closed registrations, new miners would just go to other pools and balance us all out.
Any thoughts on this??

just find pool that gives how much it say, me and my friends give up mining since on pool say i should get ~200 coins i get 70 in 24h, so we go to another coin, i know there is many with same thing happen

Future is looking bright. Awesome updates! How many users have we given out 5 UTC to? How many more can we afford to give out? I even got my completely non-crypto friends at work to sign up and get interested in Ultracoin. Now some of them are thinking of buying video cards to mine it. |

Sure thing sakr! And jakiman, I'm not sure exactly. Bum has been handling the payouts. Last I checked, there were over 40 submissions so we are well within the clear as the wallet had several thousand. |

i think nitro pool can donate the extra fee to help other pools to have like zero fee and giveaways
there are too damn many stupid chinese miner who think this isn't a problem

p2p looks like it works with UTC .. just need to find some nodes wiling to host
the devs at virtcoin did all the hard work making it work for N factor changes / low khs miners we just need to get it working with Scrypt-Chacha
also a reminder its possible to insert fee's into using p2p .. so I honestly don't know why pool owners do not just run p2p as well and add the pool nodes in as well
the only thing I can find that’s a problem is the profit side of things .. really can only have 1x wallet for fee's and split it among nodes hosting the servers ...
or else we are back to square 1 multiple p2p pools competing with each other ...
just sick of these darn orphans nitro gets the block done in 30 secs and my miners take about 30 mins to get the block completed ... = lots of waisted electricity for an orphan because my completed status does not make it through the majority of the network
