Did you ever worked with development software from companies like Rockwell and Siemens. It´s my bussiness to work with both of them day by day in automation industries. These products are used in around 95% of production lines around the globe. Each new version and product pops up, the endusers are betatester. Sometimes i am searching on bugs over long time and i always think i did something wrong. In the end it´s a develpment bug that you can report and they fix it with a patch. I followed the process from the beginning on testnet with each new version and the progress i have seen day by day was amazing. It´s time to put it on mainnet. Thanks devteam for your great job.
Couldn't agree more. Some bugs will not be found until it is on mainnet but they will be minor. Very good points borne from experience.

After all that has happened people are OK with letting 400k darkcoins sit on Mintpal.
4000 btc worth people are not keeping in their wallet. Crazy. Soon that could be 8000 worth of btc Mintpal holds in dark.
If you have thousands on Mintpal why not move a few?
And I wonder how many of those accounts don't have 2FA... Is, is, that really needed though? I mean windows is secure enough. Why would you need 2 factor authentication? Windows is secure? LOL hahaha! Good one! If you don't have 2FA activated then you are crazy man. 8 year old kids will hack your shit. They get your password for your email address and use that to reset your exchange password and BOOM they have access to all your coins. 2FA stops this from happening.

It's no the only dev, and this is what makes us different to other coins, our devs engage in conversation with community. Now why would you only register an account to post this? Looks like you're a fanboy of the other coin here and just trying to stir shit here for no reason.

It's the darkcoin forum you are quoting they can discuss whatever they like there. You posting it here is actually spreading fud.

Is nobody allowed to ask questions about other coins and investigate how they work, or don't, without your permission? If someone could prove something was a non-functional scam would you rather they said nothing and just let people go on being fleeced?

And the response to that was "not interested". Yet you've just posted their conversation in one of the most active threads on BCT? I'm quite sure there are less than positive views expressed on cloaktalk too. But that's their playground.

What you say is fine, investigation is fine of course, it just seemed like they were trying to spin some doubt on the coin out of essentially nothing an ip address belonging to someone (oh wow someone who tested one coin also tested another coin! /s) and make it seem like a big deal to non-technical people, and i quote "it would be a shame if ..."

DarthPiggy, with Darkcoin we know who the lead developer is. You can follow him on twitter, look at his LinkedIn profile and see him interacting regularly with everyone as a real person. His core team are also real people that are noted and listed on DarkCoin's website. With Cloak, we only have a pseudonym (which of course isn't unusual....Satoshi started that of course) called TheDagger and @Alty on IRC (please correct me if I have this wrong). That's all good and fine but leaves many unanswered questions. In the 'normal' world no one would dream of buying stock in a company where you couldn't know (or even ask) who the CEO was or who was on the board; you just wouldn't do it because it's a bit sus. Now crypto isn't like the normal world, so many of the standards one expects don't exist (and I'm not suggesting they should), but clearly there's more uncertainty as to who's behind CloakCoin and this is something many of us (some of which also hold CLK) would like to know far more about.

Looks like you're a fanboy of the other coin here and just trying to stir shit here for no reason. DarthPiggy by quoting that conversation here you've just made everyone aware of it... What was a semi-private conversation between DRK devs is now being read on the most popular thread on BTC... My personal judgement of cloak was the quality of the process map, it wasn't professional. If what the DRK dev's are talking about comes to fruition, I don't know how the Cloak Team sleep at night...

The pools are lying in a foetal position at the moment, and have been since yesterday: Maybe it's just me, but it feels like the alt scene is waiting for RC4, it's calm everywhere except the DRK Network Hash... Evan, enjoy the moment, you've worked hard for this...it's all eyes on you...
