My understanding is that a date is never really set in stone and has more to do with the way the system is running.

I'm sure that if I am in error here - somebody will chime in :-P

Enforcement did kick in before and worked like a charm. Then Evan coded a schedule for MN payment adjustment, beefed up enforcement, and changed the way the MN payment list syncs, so it was necessary to go through the changes again. This meant turning enforcement off, giving everyone some time (where we are now) and turning it back on again(very soon).

• Increase Masternode payout from from 20% to 25% is hard-coded to happen at block 158000, so it already happened.
• Pools/Solominers can still use an older version, thus pay 20% or even less or nothing at all
• When enforcement is activated blocks mined via those older versions are not excepted in the blockchain anymore and get orphaned
• enforcement will be switched on (and back off if there are errors) by Evan using the checkpoint functions, which were originally designed by the Bitcoin developers to name a block height and blocks BEFORE that one cannot be forked, the clients will just ignore that fork.
  Of course what Evan does is more an ab-use of checkpoints, but in a quite clever way.
• I think it's a good idea as long as so much developing going on, and it's much better than having to offer an emergency-repair version which everyone would have to install.
• In the long run I would like see this to be removed, because I don't trust Evan.
• For those who wonder, I trust no-one, so it's nothing personal.

If you haven't had time to review his claims then why are you even posting about them?  All you're doing is spreading a rumor at this point.  If I had said that the new QT was corrupting wallets there would be a dozen posts calling me a fudster, etc...  Regardless if I was just quoting someone else or not.

Since nobody has been having this issue other than an individual that suffers from extreme emotional issues and is likely under the influence of drugs it would be wise to take anything they say with a grain of salt and wait until you could verify their claims before repeating things that you yourself admit to not reviewing.

For the record, I have not experienced any corruption to any wallet with the latest QT.

I have some problems to sync my wallet and my friend to it takes forever to get from 21 weeks I haven't made it yet and the wallet says not responding when I click on it but just for like 10 sec Ian not really worried but I want to make a master note so it's kinda annoying when I have quite some in the wallet to. Anyone know a fix on this ? I have tried to delete all and start over but it gets to the same

Remove everything from your Darkcoin roaming profile except wallet.dat

Start the wallet again, wait 20 mins.

No I upgraded with a new wallet.dat nearly 5 days ago and upped as required since.

One of mine has already 6 days without payment (actually this one has already gotten quite a lot of payments). That's called variance, and you can't do anything about it.

It is normal. One of mine didn't get paid for 4 days and then 4 payments in a row within 24 hours Patience.

Again he's having problems? WTF? Wasn't he having issues with all his backups when RC4 came out? As if every single backup he made was fucked, get real, it's a system problem most likely.

Probably stems from him thinking he is better than he is with linux, but can't follow a masternode guide which in and of itself is straight forward enough. If you don't want to copy and paste things without understanding them, that's completely fine, but what you are copying and pasting is easy enough to understand, even from a basic sense.

Don't get me wrong, he's a unique character nonetheless, but any issues (if true) in regards to corruption rest solely on his end. Period.

Mangled blue, I dont understand what are you trying to accomplish.  Why are you posting on behalf of someone else? This can be misleading specially since no one have had any issues. You can bring it up to Flare privately before creating a problem for no reason, I am sure he will check it out for you.

Camosoul way of addressing other community members and newcomers cant be justified, it was not healthy, hopefully he will take some time and be more flexible in the future.

Oh my gosh, I shouldn't admit this here and now, but I totally forgot about mixing on Friday!  My daughter's computer went out on Thursday, my laptop's wifi broke (it has the wallet I was going to mix with, but that doesn't matter, because I totally forgot!) and I spent the entire day today rebuilding machines, and trouble shooting!  LOL.  I hope it went well, and that some people got their coins mixed. 

Gosh, I'm such a flake!  I have so much trouble remembering things like this!  So sorry!
