Is Charityminingpool down?  I cannot get to the website, and I am not home to check my miner to see if it's hashing.

Hello people!

I'm a keen libertarian from New Zealand. I met TeeGee online whilst having massive debates against liberals and conservatives on facebook. He's a brilliant buddy of mine. I thought his post before regarding crypto-currencies was excellent and I hadn't heard of Hayek's denationalisation of money. Very informative. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and I hope you guys are well.

If you guys are on facebook, which I'd perfectly understand if you aren't, it'd be great to connect up and have some discussion there too.

Is there anyone here who programs in Python? We're currently building a website for an group TeeGee and I are setting up and need a bit more expertise. I'm learning but have to juggle other jobs.

Regards,
Phil Donovan

Hi Phil,

Thank you for joining and posting in the forum. We appreciate all the hard work and research TeeGee has done as well.

I wish we could help with your website project, but as I'm sure you understand, our project list much larger than we can handle lol.

Good luck with your website!

Looks like it might be. If it's not back up shortly I'll send Charity a message to see what is going on.

Just sent them a message to see if anything is going on.

By the way, not sure if you are familiar, but in CGminer you can setup multiple pools and configure them as backups or split up the hashing power.

Yeah I knew that but forgot to set up.  Was mining with Nvidia hardware and cudaminer doesn't have that feature. :-)

Hi Phil. Thanks for dropping in to say hello. Welcome to DNotes. TeeGee has certainly done a lot for DNotes and convinced many of his friends to join us. He is a great guy that believes in the power of a stable honest digital currency as an alternative/supplement to fiat currency which has been loosing its value and confidence among the global communities.

We are focused on a number of high priority projects and, frankly, fully engaged, at this time. I am looking forward to the day when we can have our own office with full-time support staff. That may be the time when we can take full advantage of facebook and other social media platforms.

That is a record high. It is showing a steady up trend with solid support at 1,000 Satoshis and resistance at 1,300. What is most surprising is the amount of short-term or day trading at Poloniex. Day trading drives up the volume and improves liquidity, but it also widens the daily trading range. DNotes' daily trading range is much narrower compared to its industry peers. However, there is certainly room for improvement.

Based on trading history, from day one, DNotes is the most stable digital currency in our space with the most reliable long-term value appreciation. Long-term is the key word here for long term investors. Long-term investors typically put their investment to work for at least three to five years and not concerned about the daily highs and lows.

DNotes historic performance chart clearly shows a solid up-trend consistently creating higher highs and higher lows. That is the ideal characteristic of a good investment candidate. Once discovered, DNotes will be the preferred choice for any investment portfolio that includes a selection of digital currencies. We believe that DNotes offers the best store of value with the potential of substantial returns over the long-term. We will be staging a major campaign offering a large family of “CR.I.S.Ps”   (Ctyptocurrency Investment Savings Plan) starting with CR.I.S.P. for kids., http://cryptomoms.com/forum/cryptomoms-com/5/kids-with-a-cr-i-s-p/530/

Pool operators have to complete setup.

What else is there for them to complete? I've mined almost every DNotes pool without any issues.

Two months ago Firefighters for Digital Currency contacted the registered non-profit organization, National Firefighters Endowment, urging them to accept DNotes donations. Today I`m pleased to announce that they have ventured into the world of digital currency by accepting Bitcoin donations. They aren`t accepting DNotes just yet, but that`s ok, because we are making progress in swaying public attitude toward cryptocurrency.

Here is a quote from their site, "National Firefighters Endowment is please to accept Bitcoin. We believe long term value can have a powerful increase in ability to protect the lives of our firefighters and the communities they serve. Please consider making a donation on the form below either in Bitcoin directly, or in your currency of choice to be converted to Bitcoin."

You can learn more about National Firefighters Endowment by visiting http://www.thethinredline.org/

If you wish to donate Bitcoin (or FIAT that will later be converted into Bitcoin) to National Firefighters Endowment please visit http://www.thethinredline.org/donate-bitcoin.html

Great job CryptoBroker79. That is progress! It does appear they have foresight to hold on to their digital currency.

Just wanted to give you all a update on my hashlet  cloud mining idea.  I have been generating an average of 0.0005045361 BTC per MH/S of mining power I have.  Was around $.27 a day before BTC dropped off the last couple days.  But it is still on target for the growth I figured in my last post about my daughters college farm so I am very happy so far about 2 weeks in.  Anyone who wants more info can ask or msg me I'm happy to answer any questions.

Hypothetically, any idea what would happen if the maintenance cost was higher than the return?

Well they take it out of the mining profits so I would assume they would just keep the mining proceeds till it started getting to be more than the maintenance fees.  However their stated mission it to keep mining profitable for everyone so I have a feeling they would drop maintenance fees if it were to get to that point.  GawMiners and Zenminer seem to be a honest company, everything I've heard about them is they do right by their customers.
