Get the pitchforks n torches ready, lets chase 561818 out of town and back to frankenstein tower.
Just cant help myself to stop thinking of some conspiracy theories 561818 - the fastest user in this pool with 1PH/s 561818 - 7th place with share count 561818 - not in the list for found blocks, and hopping BTCGuild like a crazy monkey...

With almost a Ph how in the hell is he / she / business not in the top 25 needing only 35 blocks found to appear. You did make a good point though about the luck thing when "it" came back lol

I like how the witch hunt is already starting. Just to add some facts to this:
561818 is a user account that is extremely new overall, they started mining around July 9th. Which means they started mining on BTC Guild when the network difficulty was over 16 billion.
Yes, they are 7th on shares submitted and not in the top 25 block solves. This shouldn't require a degree to understand, since the difficulty is orders of magnitude higher than when the block counting started for the rankings.
Assuming every one of those shares was submitted *in the first difficulty they mined in*, they would only have an expected solve count of 19. How many have they solved? 22. They are currently *above expectation* on their block solves vs shares submitted. You can now direct your ire at the next witch hunt target.
EDIT: Obviously this is insider information, since I'm able to see block solve counts for any user, but only the Top 25 are given in the rankings. However, you should have been able to use some logic to realize that it was a newer account (very high UID number), meaning they started mining at a very high difficulty, which means 317b shares is likely not enough to solve 35 blocks.

1PH/s or not, the pool has increased dramatically since dinner time. From 9000-ish to over 11000-ish. that's not coming from just one user. Now if we could just get a little bit of good luck before this thunderstorm makes me halt mining and shutdown my computers for a couple hours...........

I am bummed out I lost 1.4 th/s today. I was at 4.2 to 4.3 I had to sell my SP10 so I could pay my medical bills. The rest are for sale too. This is all I have left for SHA-256/Bitcoin ASICS. Variance is a bitch that is for sure. I would have loved a good run before I sent it off today but it is ok. Overall BTCG is the best pool. Eleuthria I love the stats you can pull. I learn a ton when you post with info and explanations like this. It is good to see new miners joining as well. Very cool.

It is a Bit-Tech miner it goes between 850 and 950 depending on temp. Right now it is a bit warmer. I can PM you. Why is your dragon hashing so low ?

Not a problem. I reviewed it as well and was in contact with the Bit-Tech people then they disappeared. Not a good thing and it is going in my comparison article I am working on for late august. It runs great just that odd swing. I have not had a problem and I have a custom image not released to the public. I am sure if I mess with the freq settings I could get a better poolside hash rate. It works best on BTCG with the diff set to 1024 I set it lower but the swings were more it would dip to 800. It is a Bit-Tech miner it goes between 850 and 950 depending on temp. Thanks eleuthria, Now I can sleep relaxed, knowing that our luck is just a matter of mathematical probability

I was joking as well. It was a quick post written before I unplugged my workstation. Almost done moving into the new house...well at least getting everything physically located in it. The unpacking process is probably going to last a few years.

Unpacking never ends, it is not years but a lifetime. LOL I hope your move went well. I know my last one to where I live now was utter hell but now that I am here I actually feel like I am home. I have not felt like I had a home even when I owned a couple they were just places. Lol, all I said was Psa ma an intersting point.

I have not felt like I had a home even when I owned a couple they were just places. Going well so far. I can definitely sympathize with your last statement though. This is my 4th move on my own (and about 12 other moves while I was growing up). Feeling significantly more at home even with a mostly empty (other than boxes) house than I have in quite some time.

That is good news. Home is definitely one of the states of mind I love the most. Enjoy. Unpacking can be fun too as you get to put things the way you want.
