See that's where the true current vs. Charted Luck Graph get thrown off because the luck chart and 24hrs. Earnings quickview both update as the first "Closed Shift" drops to the second line. Hence the difference of 20% vs. 40% at the time with respect to who's referring to what set of numbers. Good thing we got those last two blocks in. Now if all the pools could gain some credible ground in speed against the private farms and manufacturer's we'd be back in business.
Either way, ending the day with 0.07x isn't bad when it's supposed to be 0.095x, I mean it coulda been worse but I still wish we would have gotten like 2-3 more blocks yesterday.

But ya, that's how I look at my, what I consider true, 24hr earnings.

To be decided...

I think the only way you could improve the accuracy of the calculators is if they had current data from each of the pools and you would have to tell it which pool you were using so it could adjust for your % of claimed hash power and how that compared to the other workers in that pool who have more speed as well as where your pool factors into the network speed. BIG DATA

Well, for the most part the calcs, the few I have used always seem be petty accurate.

Day one with the dragons I got like 0.1 when we had 15 blocks, the 5th I got 0.085x with 12 blocks, the 6th you already know... and that's doin the 24hr thing my way. The rest if under, I just chalk up to luck.

I think you mean my X3 order, ya, I cashed it out and bought three dragons which is the equivalent of my X3 order plus 50% comp BA offered. Dragons were / are the better deal anyway because even if I got the X3 last thursday when the Dragons came online. It wouldnt have mattered because I wouldn't be seeing the 1Th comp for a while. They say they don't wana dish out comp til Batch 1 & 2 have been shipped and closed or some shit like that.

So right now with everything I got I'm pulling 3.2+ Th/s. Will be over 4Th/s when my X1's show up. That order I can't close out unfortunately. I mean I could, but I wouldn't see a refund for a long while if at all.

I'm not convinced this is randomness anymore. Its been weeks since the block withholding bug was fixed....

Yep, it's been a month.  And those users have been the pool's top block solvers in the last month.  We're 8-9% under expected this month (again, 99% is expected after accounting for 1% orphans).  Our 3-month actually went up recently (apparently a bad spell from early April has rolled off the window).  Curious to see what it will be once the block withholder's effect is no longer a part of the 3-month average.

Do not use pools as a bank

Posting this reminder as once again a significant number of coins had built up in the hot wallet and have been transferred to the cold wallet.  Please do not use the pool as your bank.  The incoming coins to the pool should be almost exactly mirrored with withdrawals, with the exception of small balances unable to meet minimum/auto withdrawal levels.  When this doesn't happen, it forces the pool to move coins into cold wallets, and in the event of a sudden spike in withdrawals, can severely delay the availability of funds since they have to be moved back to the hot wallet.

Something just happened to the BtcGuild.

Some of my miners just switched over to my backup pool.

Hmm, it could have just been a server restart or something, but all of my miners switched back to BtcGuild now.

Now that I'm running some serious gear, 3+ Th/s... every time we find a block I find myself checking stats with a small amount of excitement hoping it was me lol.

Is there a way to tell specifically which member found which block ?

Look at found blocks column bottom, to see if you have found a block or not.

I know that, that's what I keep checking to see if I found a block. But my query was specifically about which block one finds.

Ex. Lets say of the last two blocks found, 309989 & 309991, I found one. The question becomes which one.

Oh, I believe, there is no such option on our pool, yet Smiley

That sucks, I think bitminter has something like it with the last 50 or something.

Wonder if it's something Michael might implement and if not, maybe if there was enough interest in such a feature he might if we pooled a small donation.

Nothing fancy, maybe just something that says who found what of the last 50 blocks or even 20 etc.

Could we, please implement some good luck? For a small donation of course  Grin Grin Grin

Now seriously, what would it give to you, say you would know, last block found by user #468521. How can someone benefit from that?

Just being able to see who found which of the last x blocks.

Of say the last 20 blocks, you found 2, wouldnt you have some small amount of curiosity of which two of those 20 you found ?

Or is it kind of a sweet found two blocks and leave it at that ?

I just think a small amount of in depth info wouldnt hurt in regards to knowing which block you found of say the last 20 if any.
