I am active on most of the reputed casinos and from that only sportsbet.io terminated their service from India and others are still allowing the players and no VPN needed, not sure they are accepting new players but I have no trouble depositing or withdrawing crypto from there. And fiat was removed from BC back when I checked but still people claim they deposited INR using UPI method which I can't verify because I tried BC and it doesn't show me the UPI option.

Gambling is banned in both Pakistan and Bangladesh so they can't operate from there and their best spot is within India because the law doesn't prohibit gambling and anyone can run a physical casino in India as long as they get the required license from the respective state government but this complete ban is only on the online gambling which is stupid btw.

one way i can think of, is like how they do it in the US. they basically call it a sweepstakes website where all they need to do is add a way for player to win for free and you are all good, or they can add site balance (coins) that has "no value" but users can use those coins to win real money.
or maybe like they do in japan with the pachinko balls, tho that's more of a brick and mortar thing than for online casinos.

but it all depends on the laws in india and how loopholey they have.

The player reaches out for support, but the support team is unable to assist them, stating that it was released from their casino and they cannot take any further action. These issues can be escalated with the help of third-party mediators only. So, I would always avoid using fiat if possible.

True that. With crypto it becomes relatively easier to evade the bans using VPNs to access the site and making crypto to crypto payments to avoid using fiat.
Since the ban is on gambling sites, people can just go ahead and buy crypto from an exchange and then deposit it to their gambling accounts as an alternative.

if i remember correctly, there was a case in turkey where they arrested a bunch of people and the CEO of one of the biggest online payment platforms there for facilitating illegal gambling operations and payments.
i think they were using thousands of regular people accounts without their knowledge to move all the money around, it was a huge case.

You’re not alone, there’s a lot of user experiencing the same problem as yours that involves INR deposits.

BC.game bank account for INR probably has an issue that’s why both withdrawal and deposit doesn’t credited both ways. What I don’t understand is why they keep the deposit and withdrawal for this currency even though there’s s lot of complaints about this payment method.

I think yours is one of the many case faced by players trying to make INR deposits and unfortunately even in the forum, they are taking so long to have them resolved. I don't know why they won't just disable the fiat deposit until they rectify the issue.

But maybe in India is super dificult or expensive to change from crypto to national currencie, so you need to do it to use the money you win into real life.

We are being taxed for everything but many of us might just be aware of this. When you buy groceries, food stuff even a car. In all cases, the users are the victims here. The casinos deny the possibility that their merchants can scam the players. They think the player made mistakes, and they didn't transfer the amount to the correct account, or they are lying. But the reality is, these merchants are mostly scammers, and the victims cannot even reach the right person to describe their situation. As I mentioned earlier, we have encountered similar cases.

I am not sure if BC game deals with any payment processor companies to handle the fiat transactions, or probably they are dealing with individuals.
