RCB is now one step closer to the next stage. They have 14 points after today's win. SRH had an excellent start to this season, but now they have lost 4 matches on the trot. Today's second match is going to be interesting as well (the one between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals). I don't think that now it is possible for Chennai Super Kings to qualify for the next stage, but Delhi still has a chance. As things stand, the 4 teams having most probability to advance to the knockout phase are - Lucknow, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Bangalore.

Yes, Delhi Capitals playing the crucial match. It looks like Delhi Capitals is quite confident in chasing targets. In most matches Delhi Capitals opted to bowl once after winning the toss. It has managed to reach targets that are within 180. In a match against Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals reached 207 runs while the target is 222 runs. I expected this match to be close as that, but it has turned to be a single sided match.

RCB big won by 67 runs against SRH.RCB did bating and bowling as well.Unfortunately RCB player Virat Kohli has bad form this season. He didn’t get runs this season. SRH played really poor cricket today both site bowling and batting. I hope RCB will win their next all matches and I hope they will be ended in top 4 in the first round.

RCB won today despite kohli poor form and CSK got another win today. CSK are having a good time ever since Dohni took over captaincy. DC still have fair chances to qualify for next round but they need to win upcoming  matches. Such 91 runs defeat against weak teams like CSK won't help them.

The two teams that batted first posted a total on board and the team chasing struggled in both the matches. Moving forward i am expecting this to be the theme as the pitch might be slowing down and it is difficult to bat in the second innings. I hope they will make a pitch that is much better in the quarter final as both teams get equal opportunity irrespective of the pitch condition.

RCB made 192 while CSk made 208 after they bat first. I don't think pitch has something to do with this, no matter what conditions are such total is very hard to chase. Pitch is very much same for both teams and I don't think there is much wear and tear in the pitch in 20 overs.

You are right in saying that Delhi game is mostly on Warner and today Warner didn't clicked that's why DC collapsed on 117. But still DC is in the run for next round as they are standing at number 5. As far as I remember, Mukesh Choudhary didn't had a good start to this season. But he has improved continuously and managed to fill the vacuum left by Deepak Chahar. And for CSK, Simarjeet Singh is also bowling well these days. All that said, off-spin of Moeen Ali turned out to be the decisive factor in yesterday's match. He picked up three important wickets and wrecked the Delhi middle order. And I agree with respect to David Warner. Delhi is too much dependent on him. The reason is that Rishabh Pant and Mitchell Marsh are turning out to be very inconsistent.

How many teams are left in IPL by now?
When is the quarterfinal. Lots of teams - lots of players. And not having an access of the IPL in our region is a trouble though. I get an idea of what is going on in IPL by reading the posts in the forum.

CSK and MI need to do something incredible in order for them to qualify for the playoffs. Everyone knows LSG and GT will easily qualify and for the next two positions in the playoffs 8 teams will be battling with each other. In my opinion RR should be the third team and the fourth would be either SRH or DC. I do not think CSK has nay chance in this season and the same goes for MI.
