What's wrong with Jadeja, seems like bad things love this man so much. First rule out CSK's captaincy now he has been ruled out the rest of IPL 2022 with a rib injury. He simple passing a difficult time even not in a decent structure for a long time. Is it really his injured or somehow suffering politics? Anyway, I hardly believe that he will be back very strong in the next season for CSK.

Got a captaincy, suddenly lost the form followed by captaincy and now injury.

I'm also hearing some chatters that relations between management and him are not cozy atm, could be a rumor but there is no media coverage so as usual rumors are filling the vacuum.

Which is your choice today between Rajasthan and Delhi? The match is very important for Delhi if they want to qualify for the next round. Delhi is still 4 points behind of Bangalore. And so Delhi will have to win today's match. On the other hand, if Rajasthan can win today, they will be able to move to second place in the points table. Rajasthan's batting lineup is also very strong, so in today's match I think the Rajasthan team is the favorite.

Its an important match for DC, if they can win today then they are definitely in run for next round. On the other hand RR may afford a loss today. RR at the moment at 54/2 in 8 overs. Seeing the recent results of matches, team batting second is struggling to chase small target of 150. If RR can score somewhere over 150 they defiantly have bright chance.

Rajasthan gave a target of 161 runs. And considering the condition of the pitch, it was a good enough target. But the batsmen of the Delhi team are very experienced. At the end of 16 overs they managed to collect 129 runs, they lost only one wicket. The pairing of Mitchel Marsh and Warner was very enjoyable. Delhi Capital is heading towards victory for this extraordinary performance.

Just for fun i posted this "wishful thinking" in other thread couple of days back but after Delhi's win last night, now there is a fine possibility of >14 Points < clash scenario.

DC dependent on other teams win/loss ratio but they also have to win at least 1 more game in case of >14 points clash<

Mumbai is kinda kingmaker here. I would very much like NRR qualification instead of normal playoff entry.

Delhi would have lost the target of 160 runs given by Rajasthan if Warner and Marsh had not batted responsibly. I don't want to give credit to Delhi bowlers. CSK in there match against MI are in deep trouble as they have lost top 3 batsman in first two overs and just 5 runs scored. For CSK to score above 150 runs, Dohni has to play a genuine knock today. 150 these days has become a challenging total and team chasing anything above that are losing the match. ^ In my opinion, Delhi has the capability of qualifying for the next stage but for that to happen a lot of things need to go their way.

First of all, they have to win and get as many points as they can. Secondly, they have to hope that the teams that are in front of them lose. Otherwise, they don't have much chances.

The good thing is that they have a good run rate and that is surely going to help them if it comes to that.

But the way RCB is playing right now I don't think it is a valid option for them. The best thing for them is going to be winning all the matches from now on and the team that is above them loses. And yes right now it seems like T20 is the only valid format for ICC to increase the popularity of cricket because test cricket takes 5 days and ODI cricket takes 7 hours for only one match and that does not sync with the current world.

It is not a hard match to win for Mumbai Indians because total run is not high to chase. CSK should run more for getting a competitive match. MI didn't start well also but I hope they can win the match because they need only 87 runs to win the match against CSK.

Chennai has given a target of only 98 runs. Chennai lost two wickets in the first over and could not return to the truck. However, with a target of only 98 runs, Chennai is fighting for victory. Chennai's Captain Dhoni. I will not be surprised if Chennai wins this match. Chennai has the potential to win even after setting a target with a low run. Dhoni is a very experienced and awesome captain.

What the hell is going on? Another two digit total was made today, as CSK was bowled out for a total of 97 by Mumbai Indians. For CSK, the top 4 batsmen just made 8 runs. Only MS Dhoni was able to make a decent score (36 not out), and at one point they were at 39/6. Daniel Sams wrecked the top order with 3 wickets, while Riley Meredith and Kumar Kartikeya cleaned up the middle order and tail. But this match is irrelevant for the other teams, as both these teams are out of contention for the next round.

All you need to win is 43 runs from 66 balls. Mumbai can easily win if they can survive at the crease. Despite losing 4 wickets, I am still hopeful that Mumbai will win this match.
