What a day for the Indians. First, the Indian women's U-19 team won the World Cup comprehensively. Second, the Indian men's team are decimating the New Zealand team in the ongoing second T-20 match.

Almost all Indian bowlers bowled well to be honest while the New Zealand batsmen performed like crap. Looks like the final T-20 will be the decider.

Yesterday England men's cricket team lost against South Africa despite a very good performance in ODI, while England U19 women's cricket team lost against India in Women's T20 world cup 2023.  India defeated New Zealand by 6 wickets yesterday to level the 3-match T20 series at 1-1.

It was not a good day for the England men's and U19 women's teams. They lost a match. But they have a strong squad. England men's team were defeated after scoring 342 runs. I would say they were very unlucky otherwise they could have won.

You are right. It was a very good day for India. The Indian women's team was not the favorite to win the Anurdha 19 World Cup title. Still, the Indian girls performed brilliantly throughout the tournament. And as a result, they were able to become champions.
On the other hand, India won quite easily against New Zealand. But if New Zealand had set a target of 120 then it would have been difficult for India to win this match. The series is tied at 1-1. The final match will be very competitive.

Rangpur Riders won the toss and decided to bowl. Dhaka Dominators scored 27 runs in 4 overs.  .But Dhaka Dominators lost two strong wickets. Azmatullah Omarzai of Rangpur Riders is bowling very well. He bowled 2 overs and took 2 wickets with 15 runs.

Considering that this was the first U19 women world cup and India being the first women U19 women team to win it. The prize money announced by the BCCI that is INR 5 CR is less compared to what they had paid to the U-19 boys in 2022. I do understand that the U-19 boys have lifted the world cup 5 times in a row but as it was the first for the girls a somewhat similar amount like boys could have been paid. I am pretty sure BCCI never expected the girls would win the world cup and amount of price money announced proves they were not prepared for this win.

Considering that this was the first U19 women world cup and India being the first women U19 women team to win it. Even though Rangpur lost the first wicket quickly, Mehdi and Rony are able to play very well. Mehdi scored 26 runs off just 12 balls. At the end of 6 overs, Rangpur's collection is 48 runs. Rangpur now needs 97 runs off 84 balls to win. If Rangpur does not lose quick wickets then Rangpur will not face any problem in defeating the Dhaka team.
Dhaka may be defeated again today. The Dhaka team was able to win the last match after losing 6 consecutive matches. I thought they might win a few more games. But their overall performance is still very weak.

As usual this picture is seen most of the matches. In the BPL printable who are currently at the bottom of the points table, they are always   losing matches except one or two. As a result, the stronger team is guaranteed to win. Basically, there are no good foreign players in BPL this time, so there is nothing to attract in the league. Rangpur Riders got a weak target opponent of Dhaka Dominators, they didn't face any challenge in this match. The target of 144 runs, Rangpur Riders won by losing 5 wickets.

I didn't watched the game but I am very much sure that pitch is definitely for bowlers. Indian batting struggled in the chase or they were in pressure because of first T20 defeat and absence of players like Rohit and kohli. Anyways its a moral boosting win for India.

I was watching the game until Gill got out after which I switched off the TV and finished some of my work expecting India to finish the game within 15 overs. Checked google later and was stunned to find out that they won at the last moment.

If Sky got out during that critical period, NZ probably would have won/drawn the match. Tripathi and Kishan were the main culprits in this innings.
